From best selling author Mackenzy Fox comes the highly anticipated MC spin-off series from the Bracken Ridge Rebels:

Bronco: NOLA Rebels MC - (New Orleans Series Book 12)

Bronco is a gritty, motorcycle romance with friends to lovers, fake dating, kiss-cam moment, protective hero and a sassy heroine who's escaping a dark past.

Blurb:

Bronco

It’s the kiss that did it

Falling for her wasn’t my fault

I mean, she’s my best friend

And I didn’t plan on falling in love with her

But that’s exactly what happened

She’s always been in my life

But never like this

The more I get to know her

The more the secrets unfold

The past is never in the past

Not when the most precious person in the world

Could be the one to get hurt

And that would be my final undoing

The pact we made?

It’s about to be tested

And I’m ready to fight

Amber

I’m to blame for the kiss-cam moment

I kissed him, after all, not the other way around

I shouldn’t have

But we crossed a line

It was supposed to be one night

We made a pact that went something like this:

No feelings

No commitment

Definitely no heartstrings

He’s my best friend

The man who’s always kept me safe

He’d die for me

But I’ve found something to live for

And he was right under my nose all along

Then a dark shadow suddenly casts over us

One we can’t escape from

And I’m left wondering if I didn’t drag him into this

Only to lose him before our love story began

The men of the NOLA Rebels MC will do anything for their club. They’re a brotherhood, a club who stands mighty, and above all else, they take care of business, New Orleans style.

The bikers may rule this city, but the women of the club have their hearts, and the men will do anything to protect what’s theirs.

It is part of a series, but can be read stand-alone with a HEA. This book is recommended for mature readers

In a fictional world where we have so many Little Rabbit, Little Mouse, Little Lamb, Little Bird, Pup and even a Gutter Rat. It’s nice sometimes to have a guy that calls her “PRINCESS” or “PRETTY GIRL” 😍

Bronco oh Bronco I didn’t know you were the man you are 🥵🔥😍😩🔥🔥🔥🔥
He reads spice romance books with her. They created their own book club. He bought her spicy romance books. He knows Book Talk. He made a library room for her ! Oh Bronco, a man who knows his way to a woman’s heart❤️

As I mentioned before this series isn’t dark, it is motorcycle club but every man in this club are DOWN BAD for their woman, they literally do anything and everything for their queens and they are not ashamed at all to be walked like a dog, to be “p&:&: whipped” and they wear all this like a badge of honor! So you tell me how can we not love those BADASS SEXY HOT AS HELL GORGEOUS BIKERS FULL OF TATTOOS, SCARY AF and BROODY when they simply melt for their queens ? Impossible I say.
So I was a little surprised by Bronco because as yes I’ve seen him since the very first book in this series, he was never a main showcase character like Cash, Jet, Nevada, Ryder, Tag, Harlem, Many and Rock. He was always there but more in the background, same with Amber, she was there and I’ve seen her but she was never a full on character. Needless to say I was shocked and pleasantly surprised but how much I LOVED their story.
This is a best friend to lovers slow burn romance and it checked every single mark. The plot is very cool involving cult living, runaway best friend, an enormous cane corso dog that is the sweetest but is also the best guard dog. This book has as usual the involvement of all members and I loved how now we also have the group chat from the guys because we only had from the girls up to now. Cash is as always the best President in the history to motorcycle clubs and the smut is also great. It’s not the spiciest in this series but definitely is now sharing my top favorites along with HAWK, NEVADA, ROCK and now BRONCO. Don’t get me wrong I love them all but those are my top ones.

Friends to Lovers

If you are looking for a book that will have you rooting for a couple to find an HEA, this is the book for you. Bronco and Amber have been friends for quite some time and its now that Bronco is getting tired of the one and done relationships. Amber’s past was deplorable but she sure is one strong woman who knows what she wants.

The banter, drama and steam made this a real page turner for me that I couldn’t get enough of. Excellent work by this author yet again and I can’t wait to see what she has next.

You know what they say, sometimes friends make the best lovers, well Bronco and Amber definitely proved that! They were absolutely phenomenal! As soon as these two were introduced on page I fell in love with them. I love a friends to lovers relationship and these two couldn’t have been more perfect. Not to mention Bronco’s giant beast of love, Titan, definitely added to my enjoyment! I loved that with everything Amber had been through, she was still so incredibly strong and confident. When she made the first move with Bronco and kissed him I was smiling so hard. And I loved the group chat between the guys. It’s always funny with the girls, but with the guys it’s a whole different kind of fun! But nothing had me laughing like the chats between Bronco and Amber when they were discussing books- and cucumbers!
I’m super excited for Ryder and Crystal’s story next. Once again Mackenzy brought us one hell of a MMC and a MFC who I wholeheartedly loved and enjoyed!

Ohhhh Bronco, you did NOT disappoint, SIR.
This author took “friends to lovers” to new heights with this book. I am BEGGING for more of this trope in these books. It was just perfection, I couldn’t have loved these two more.
The chemistry between these two is beyond ridiculous, I could feel it SIZZLING off of my kindle.
There was some definite suspense aspects to this which kept me plowing through.
Amber escapes the cult she was raised in and is desperate for a new life for her, her sister in law and niece. As she navigates that, and then the responsibility of her niece when her sister in law disappears.. had me GRIPPED.
I am obsessed with the close friendship her and Bronco have, and him as a bf is top tier EVERYTHING.
These two are pure fire.

Bronco is a solid addition to Mackenzy Fox's NOLA Rebels MC series that kept me entertained from start to finish. The story centers around Bronco and Amber, best friends whose relationship takes a turn after a spontaneous kiss. It’s a classic friends-to-lovers setup, and while it hits some familiar beats, Fox does a great job of making it engaging.

I appreciated the chemistry between Bronco and Amber; their banter is fun, and you can really feel the tension as they navigate their feelings. Bronco is the protective type, which I always enjoy, and Amber's sassiness brings a nice balance to his character. The underlying themes of loyalty and facing the past add depth to the story, even if some parts felt a bit predictable.

The plot has its fair share of drama, especially with Amber’s dark past creeping in, which kept me on my toes. However, I felt like some of the conflict could have been explored more deeply. The pacing was a bit uneven at times, but overall, it maintained my interest.

If you’re looking for a gripping motorcycle romance with a solid HEA, Bronco is definitely worth picking up. It’s not perfect, but it’s an enjoyable ride that fans of the genre will appreciate. Just be prepared for some classic romance tropes along the way!

I’ve been a huge fan of Mackenzy Fox since the Bracken Ridge series, and I was so excited for this spinoff series. Bronco did not disappoint. Mackenzy has a true gift for making every biker romance feel fresh while still giving us those glimpses of the broader world she’s built.

The friends-to-lovers dynamic between Bronco and Amber was done so well. Their chemistry built naturally—starting off with that easy, familiar friendship and slowly morphing into something undeniably more. I loved how both of them came to the realization that they were in love with their best friend. It was sweet, swoony, and layered with just the right amount of tension and longing.

The spice? Chef’s kiss. As always, Mackenzy knows how to bring the heat in the best way. But beyond that, the story had real depth. Amber’s past in a cult added a whole new level of intrigue, and the storyline with her sister-in-law was just as compelling. There was romance, suspense, action—and of course, hot bikers. What more could you want? If you love strong heroines, protective biker heroes, emotional depth, and steamy scenes wrapped in suspenseful plotlines, this book (and this series) is a must-read.

I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review

Another sweet installment for the NOLA Rebels MC. And yes I realize that may sound funny for a MC heavy series. But it’s the dang truth…every rough & tumble member of this MC is a dang softie for their love interest. And Bronco is no different when it comes to Amber.

Their friends to lovers journey is sweet - and I love how the light bulb goes on for the both of them somewhat simultaneously. Despite Amber’s past - Despite Bronco’s hesitations…it very clearly has always been the one for the other. They just had to figure it out. That whole “FWB” thing just wasn’t going to last! 😂

Fox has a few more players up her sleeves for us — and I for one want to know where the last three end up!

I love reading the Nola Rebels MC series so much. This book centred around Bronco was the perfect addition, I believe. the whole book was shocking, unexpected, and amazing, all wrapped up in one.

Bronco's best friend Amber works in the bar at the MC club, and after a failed attempt to have a date, Bronco steps in, and everything goes from friends to more. I love these tropes in books, and the author did it so well!

I loved seeing the progression from friends to lovers between Amber and Bronco. It was utterly perfect in my mind, and I wish we had gotten more of them! I mean, Bronco must be perfect as he literally brought Amber a number of romance books to buddy read with her. What a dream.

I loved Amber from the start, but after hearing of all she had been through as well as her niece and "sister." They are definitely a strong family yo be able to even slightly cope with everything they went through.

Tropes:
🏍️ MC romance
💚 Fake dating
🏍️ Best friends-to-lovers
💚 Escape from religious cult
🏍️ Kiss-cam moment
💚 He tattoos her

Is it just me or do these Nola men just keep getting better and better?! 😮‍💨🤤

I love my MC romance and this one did not disappoint. 🩶

Bronco and Amber are our lead characters in this 12th book of the NOLA Rebels MC series. Bronco is a biker raised by a single mum. Amber grew up in a religious cult which she managed to escape with her sister-in-law and niece. She moved to New Orleans and began a new life working as the bartender at the biker club.

Bronco and Amber become best friends, never crossing the line - just teasing each other and being there to hang out and listen.

Bronco begins to realise he’s tired of being with different girls and wants to settle down. They end up fake dating and he starts to see Amber in a different light whilst at the same time Amber starts noticing how good looking her best friend Bronco is and how sweet he is to her.

They eventually end up together and it is hot. Steamy, spicy and all the romance too. Bronco is so protective of her especially when a few things start threatening the club.

These two were made for each other. I loved their tension, banter and the love they showed each other.
I also loved seeing what the other club members and their ol’ ladies were up to.

If you love MC romance with some fake dating and a best friends-to-lovers HEA, this is the book for you.

Every single time I read another one of these NOLA Rebels MMC’s I fall even more in love with them!

What I expected with this book:

- A FMC who was fierce and didn’t want any parts of a playboy biker
-A love story that would have me not only swooning but also fanning myself

What I got with this book:
- A MMC that was a reformed playboy but was also so loyal and protective of the woman in his life…especially a certain someone
-An FMC with such a tragic past that it makes your heart break for her..
-Incredible Banter and TENSION so much tension
-A best friend, a book club, and a cam kiss that’s heard around the world
-Spice that will have you needing a cold shower
-Twists and turns you didn’t see coming that willing you on the edge of your seat
-And some of the most amazing support characters you could imagine

This is such an incredible series and it just keeps getting better!

I've got to hand it to Mackenzy. This is book 12 in this series, and I'm not bored, we have no repetition, and I'm eagerly awaiting the next book! That's quite the accomplishment.

In this story, we meet Bronco and Amber, and they take friends to lovers to a whole new level. The love and trust between friends created the perfect foundation for a beautiful and hot relationship. I was rooting for them from the beginning.

Amber's backstory and current sitiation with her sister in law had me HOOKED. Hooked, I tell you. I needed to know what was going on! Bronco offered the right amount of protection without being too overbearing. Also, his dog Titan definitely added to my enjoyment of the story

Let me tell you, when Bronco and Amber were discussing spicy books, I was laughing out loud, giggling like a school girl, and crushing on Bronco hard. 😍

At this point, reading these books is like reuniting with family. A warm hug. These are honestly some of my favourite ever cheracters, and I'm looking forward to the next book in this series.

Thank you to author Mackenzy Fox and The Author Agency for this advanced copy. All opinions are my own.

🌶🌶 - Spice Level

Torin "Bronco" and Amber have been friends now for a few years after she started tending bar for the Rebels. They've always been each other's go-to for friends and chats. When she has tickets to the local Pelicans basketball game, Bronco attends, and they end up on the Kiss Cam that she initiated more than he did.

This couple has some really sweet and fun moments between them, which led to friends with benefits. We all know that they never work the way they intend as both fall for each other. 😉 When Bronco says he was going to buddy read vanilla romance, he was surprised the books were a bit more than he bargained for. I loved the tie into his cute and ferocious Cane Caruso that just wanted belly rubs. Olive was a cute side character as a niece, which makes me wonder if Erica will get a book, perhaps Pipes, since she's sticking around. ❤️ This story makes me want more of the Nola Rebels, and I don't want it to end.

ARC review:

This is an exciting, thrilling and sexy MC romance. This is a fake dating, friends to lovers story and I loved every minute of it.

The FMC was sassy (which I love), strong and a complete badass for what she had to go through:

The MMC was super protective of FMC. And when he falls, he falls HARD!

The plot, angst and suspense had me absolutely hooked and I could not put it down!!

The spice was super hot but the emotional connection was so well written too that you could feel tell that it wasn’t just a physical attraction.

Honestly couldn’t put this down. It had all the good stuff.

Another great addition to this series.
Friends to lovers is one of my favourite tropes so I knew I’d enjoy this book.
I really enjoy the way that the author focuses on the relationships first and the club aspects second. I don’t always want that in MC club books, but i enjoy the way that she writes it.
Bronco and Amber were so sweet. Add in a cute kid, a loveable dog and a sad backstory, and it hit the spot for me.
I love how we also follow along with previous couples and get glimpses of what they’re up to now. It always makes me smile.
Highly recommend this book (and the rest of the series)

This is Bronco and Amber’s story.
Amber is sassy, and she has escaped from a dark past, which even her protective best friend, Bronco, knows nothing about.
No spoilers, this is a must read for all MC lovers.
This is a well written action-packed story, with family, friendships, emotions, intrigue, friends / lovers, secrets, humor, witty banter, revelations, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, and heartfelt addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This is my first book by this author. I don’t read a lot of MC romance but when I saw fake dating I was super excited to read it.

Bronco and Amber have been friends for a long time. She ran from a terrible past and has made a life in NOLA. She has been around the MC for some time. Over the last few months Bronco has started to feel differently about Amber… feelings that go beyond friendship but he is afraid to act on them. Amber saw someone coming onto Bronco and she stepped in. She was jealous. Not sure what came over her because this is Bronco..her friend. They end up in a kiss-cam and you know how relentless this are…you HAVE to kiss…

I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys romance books. Bronco buys her books.. he agrees to read with her so they can have a mini bookclub. He is sweet, thoughtful, strong, protective and basically what you want in a good book boyfriend. Amber is no slouch. She is strong and loyal.

This book has some things that could be triggers so be sure to check. It’s not graphic.

This story touched my heart. It was sweet but full of emotions that you just can’t avoid. The storyline made me feel a lot of things and kept me on edge many times throughout the book. The past is horrible, and the present is full of healing, and the characters make it all so dreamy that I could easily get lost in the process.

Mackenzy writes amazingly, and her stories bring out the best kind of vibe for me. The MC world is just feral for their women, and I love all the possessiveness, so it’s always fun and engaging seeing the boys again in each book and knowing what they are up to. Meeting past characters is an experience in itself.

Bronco is loyal and swoon-worthy. He makes me drool every now and then in the book. Whereas Amber is a portrait of strength. She is a fierce heroine who stands for herself and doesn’t shy away from saying what’s in her mind, but the insecurities are just ugly things that rear their head in difficult situations. But this friends to lovers balances out everything perfectly.

It’s a 4.5⭐️ for me.

The Kiss Cam did it!!

Amber and Bronco have been friends for a while now. Both have secretly wanted more but not at the expense of their friendship.

With the club still having trouble with past enemies danger is right around the corner.

This is a slow burn can’t get enough love story.

Bronco is the 12th book in the NOLA Rebels MC series by Mackenzy Fox. It is not necessary to read the other books in the series before diving into this book, but I do think it helps give more background on some of the characters Bronco and Amber interact with. I didn't expect to enjoy this book as much as I did, but I really loved Bronco and Amber so much! This book is friends-to-lovers and focuses more on their relationship development then drama with the MC (although there is some of that too).

Amber has had a rough life and is a bit secretive about her past. She is currently taking care of her niece, Olive which brings out new worries which eventually forces her to open up to Bronco. There is just something about Bronco that I absolutely loved! He is protective and is such a genuinely good friend to Amber. I enjoyed the dynamics between them right from the start!

I am excited for the next book in this series because we have been hearing about Crystal and Ryder from the first book in this series so I am interested to see what Fox has in store for these two.

Bronco is the kind of gritty, emotional motorcycle romance that sinks its teeth in and refuses to let go. Mackenzy Fox once again delivers a heart-pounding, soul-stirring addition to the NOLA Rebels series, and this time it’s Bronco and Amber’s turn to burn the page with their fire.

Set in the bold and dangerous world of New Orleans’ MC scene, this twelfth instalment blends friends-to-lovers, fake dating, and a kiss-cam catalyst into a perfectly balanced emotional ride. Bronco is the protective alpha we’ve come to expect (and adore) from this series – fierce, loyal, and unexpectedly tender when it comes to Amber. And Amber? She’s a survivor with sass, carrying the weight of a dark past while trying to claim a future that feels like it’s slipping through her fingers.

Their chemistry is undeniable, but it’s the emotional undercurrent that steals the show. The pact they made – no feelings, no commitment – unravels as the truth surfaces, and secrets from Amber’s past come back swinging. What starts off as fake slowly becomes all too real, and their once platonic bond morphs into something neither of them is ready for, but both desperately need.

What sets Bronco apart is its depth of character. Yes, there’s heat (and plenty of it), but there’s also vulnerability, loyalty, and that raw, gritty edge that fans of the NOLA Rebels have come to crave. Fox masterfully weaves suspense with romance, never letting us get too comfortable, and ensuring we’re flipping the pages late into the night.

While this is the 12th book in the series, it reads beautifully as a stand-alone, with a satisfying HEA and enough world-building to make a new reader feel right at home. But long-time fans will appreciate the cameos and deeper club dynamics that continue to build the NOLA Rebels world.

If you love a protective hero, a strong heroine on the run from her past, and a love story born from friendship and tested by fire, Bronco will absolutely deliver. Add in a tight-knit biker brotherhood, emotional stakes, and swoon-worthy moments, and you've got another Mackenzy Fox gem.

I will fully admit…friends to lovers is probably one of my least favourite tropes. BUT…Mackenzy Fox really knows how to do it so well that I can’t help but get sucked in every time.

This is book 12 in the NOLA Rebels series. You do NOT need to read the other books to understand what’s happening. They can all be read independently…but each book gives a glimpse to other characters and the world that Mackenzy has built around these characters is so much fun. It’s definitely worth reading.

Bronco and Amber have been friends for a few years now…best friends. Amber escaped a traumatic past…having been married off in a religious cult. She keeps this part of herself secret from everyone, including Bronco. Despite all the pain she’s been through, she is still sassy and strong and I love that about her!

Bronco is the strong , burly, gritty member of the MC club. Kind of known for his playboy ways, he’s reached a point in life where he’s tired of the one night stands and revolving door of women. Ready to settle down and have something real. And that’s when he realises that he may have feelings that go deeper than friendship for his best friend. But Amber has walls stronger than Fort Knox built up around her heart…and she had made a promise to never date any of the guys from the club.

Fate intervenes when Amber invites Bronco to a basketball game and she decides to give the kiss cam a show by making a move on Bronco. Which opens a flood gate of fake dating , friends with benefits and promises of keeping everything friendly with no feelings attached. But that only lasts so long, because both of them have been harbouring feelings for each other for a while, and once they have had a taste of each other, it all turns to anything but fake.

There’s lots of tension and chaos surrounding Ambers past and the situation with her sister in law and niece. But through it all , Amber and Bronco stick together and have you cheering them on to a much deserved HEA 💚

Another fun installment

Bronco is book 12 in Mackenzy Fox's NOLA Rebels MC series. I only joined this series a couple books back but I love this group. As with most MCs, their loyalty is fierce. They treat their women well and have a lot of reputable businesses. If there is illegal things happening, it's never a focus on the books; there is some violence but usually in response to others doing something bad to women and children. Touch their women and you're writing your own death warrant.

It's time for Bronco and Amber's story. These two have been close friends ever since Amber moved to NOLA. She bartends at the club where Bronco is a tail gunner. They spend a lot of time together, tell each other most everything, and both have recently begun to feel more. A fun kiss cam moment changes everything.

Amber has a very traumatic past. The flashbacks to her story were sad and nervewracking. Even though she obviously gets out, it was well written and I had a pit in my stomach as we watched the outcome. She is so resilient and strong. A little reluctant to go after love again, I love how safe she felt with Bronco and was able to give up some control to him.

Bronco is a German shepherd (touch her and die vibes) with a smidge of golden retriever underneath (book club anyone?). He's very smitten with Amber. In typical MC fashion, he's willing to k!ll to protect her. And he has the freakin' coolest dog ever!

As with the previous books in this series, there's always some drama surrounding the characters and the MC. A lot happens in a fairly short time. It's always fun to see the previous characters and their growing families plus we got some insight into Ryder and Pipes, who's books are still coming.

The banter between these two, mainly smexy in nature, is great. And the spice is wonderful. The writing during these scenes was nicely detailed. Perfect balance of plot and spice throughout.

Mackenzy Fox's "Bronco," the latest installment in the NOLA Rebels MC series, delivers a gritty and emotionally charged motorcycle club romance. This friends-to-lovers tale centers on Bronco, a protective and steadfast member of the MC, and Amber, his best friend who is bravely escaping a shadowy past. Their connection, initially platonic, ignites after an unexpected kiss, blurring the lines they had carefully drawn.

Fox skillfully navigates the evolution of Bronco and Amber's relationship, layering in moments of sweet tenderness amidst the inherent danger of their world. The "fake dating" trope, while present, serves as a catalyst for their deeper feelings to surface authentically. Amber is portrayed as a sassy yet vulnerable heroine, her strength evident in her determination to build a new life. Bronco embodies the fiercely loyal and protective alpha male archetype common in this genre, yet Fox provides glimpses of his vulnerability, making him relatable.

The narrative seamlessly blends the burgeoning romance with suspense as Amber's past threatens to catch up with her, putting both her and Bronco in peril. The author effectively builds tension, keeping the reader invested in the outcome of their relationship and the looming threat. While part of a larger series, "Bronco" can be enjoyed as a standalone, offering a complete and satisfying story with a heartwarming HEA (happily ever after).

However, readers unfamiliar with the MC romance genre should be aware of the mature themes and occasional violence inherent in this world. Overall, "Bronco" is a well-paced and engaging read for fans of motorcycle club romances, offering a compelling blend of friendship, passion, and suspense with a central couple that is easy to root for.

Bronco falls for his best friend in this newest NOLA Rebels book. Amber works for the MC, she's never been one of the club girls and she's never been with any of the brothers. Bronco and Amber have grown close over the years she's been around the club, and that is the start of these two getting their own book.

Bronco's description of his dog is exaclty Bronco. He's huge and scary looking, but in the inside his soft as a marshmallow until your threaten those he loves.

Amber is sweet and fierce but her past has had a lot to do with the woman she's become. Her past wasn't a good one but she survived and even got stronger.

These two have a great friendship and they are there for each other no matter what. After an incident that put Amber in danger and Bronco came to her aid he's been seeing her differently and she's been seeing him differently. Neither want to admit it is more and ruin their friendship, but there is no denying the chemistry.

Bronco has a good bestfriends-to-lovers romance mixed in with some MC drama. Amber's past/present are also mixed into their story.

I had thought Amber's past would have been more of a focus, but it didn't take as much of the storyline as I suspected. Club business also took a part of the storyline. For me I felt that the club's past came out of nowhere and was dealt with quickly, almost like it wasn't necessary. I would have thought using Amber's past as the problem would have made better drama, but I guess it was the obvious choice so maybe Mackenzy took another option.

Overall, Bronco was a good addition to the NOLA Rebels and I'm looking forward more of this series.

Happy Reading.

Bronco is book number twelve of the NOLA Rebels MC series and is the story of Bronco and Amber. This is a MC, friends to lovers, fake dating story with a lot of banter and strong characters.

Bronco and Amber have been best friends since she moved to town three years ago, running from a past she is unwilling to discuss. Bronco is a member of the NOLA Rebels MC and owns a tattoo shop in town. As Amber starts working at the MC clubhouse, her and Bronco become best friends and banter back and forth and enjoy a friendship neither want to jeopardize. Then there is a kiss cam moment and things go sideways, feelings both have been trying to suppress are front and center. Bronco suggests they fake date to keep idiots from hitting on Amber and Amber wants the MC chicks to stay away from Bronco. Neither believe friends with benefits will work but after that kiss and the subsequent night, neither are willing to walk away. When Amber's past comes back to threaten her, her sister and niece, Bronco and the MC will do whatever it takes to keep them safe.

Bronco is part of the NOLA Rebels series but can be read as a standalone and has a very satisfying HEA. There are some dark themes in this story so please check your trigger warnings. There is no third act breakup which I appreciate but there are moments of tension and poignant moments in the story that show depth of the story as well as the charachters. The banter and spice between Amber and Bronco is fantastic and I highly recommend this book to those lovers of MC romances, OTT, morally grey men who will do whatever it takes for the women they love.

💋🔥 Best friends, a kiss-cam, and a whole lotta swoon! 🔥💋

Bronco by Mackenzy Fox completely devoured me! This book was the perfect blend of grit and heart, full of fiery chemistry, tender moments, and that slow-burning tension that makes you ache in the best way possible. If you love motorcycle romance with fake dating, best friends crossing the line, and a protective hero who would burn the world to keep his girl safe—this one is IT. 🙌

Bronco is the broody biker of my dreams—tattooed, loyal, rough around the edges but soft where it counts. And Amber? Total queen. Sassy, brave, and carrying the kind of darkness that only makes her shine brighter. Together? FIRE. Absolute fire. 🔥

That kiss-cam moment? ICONIC. It started as a pact—no strings, no feelings—but oof, when they fall, they fall hard. And the build-up? Mackenzy Fox nailed it. Every stolen glance, every moment of denial, every crack in their armor had me flipping pages like a madwoman.

But this isn't just a sexy ride through New Orleans—there’s danger lurking in the shadows, secrets that unravel, and stakes that feel so real you’re holding your breath. The found family in the NOLA Rebels MC is everything—fierce, loyal, protective—and I loved every second spent with them.

Mackenzy Fox brings the perfect mix of steam, suspense, and soul. Bronco is friends-to-lovers perfection with fake dating deliciousness, heart-pounding twists, and a HEA that’ll make you happy sigh for days. 💖

I laughed, I swooned, I screamed into my pillow—and now I need MORE NOLA Rebels!

Bronco is a gritty, emotional ride that hooks you from the first chapter and doesn’t let go. Even though this is book 12 in the NOLA Rebels MC (a spin-off from the Bracken Ridge Rebels series), it absolutely works as a stand-alone. I hadn’t read the other books yet, but I never felt lost or disconnected—Fox does a great job weaving in enough context without overwhelming the story.

This is a friends-to-lovers romance with a fake dating twist that brings all the tension and angst I love. The kiss-cam moment? Chef’s kiss. Bronco is the kind of protective hero you can’t help but root for—loyal, strong, and willing to risk everything for Amber. And Amber? She’s a total badass with just the right amount of vulnerability, trying to escape her past while figuring out her future. Their chemistry is undeniable, and the emotional stakes feel real, especially when secrets from Amber’s past start creeping into their present.

The writing flows well, the pacing is solid, and the backdrop of New Orleans adds grit and flavor to the story. I appreciated that this wasn’t just about romance—it had action, suspense, and heart.

Why four stars instead of five? Just a few minor pacing issues toward the middle, and I occasionally wanted a deeper dive into Bronco’s emotional journey. But overall, this was a damn good read that kept me invested from beginning to end.

I’m definitely intrigued to go back and read the rest of the series now. If you're into protective bikers, sassy heroines, and emotional, slow-burn romance with heat and heart, Bronco is worth the ride.

Bronco is book 12 of the NOLA Rebels MC Series. He was a playboy of the club that can't get his mind off of his fiesty best friend. Bronco and Amber are the best of friends, but there has always been something more there. Both do not want a relationship, but they can't fight their feelings after that cam kiss.

Amber has an abusive past and ex that she, her niece, and sister in law ran from. Years later, she is part of the NOLA Rebels MC as an employee and caring for her niece after her sister in law dropped her off and told her she needed to take care of business.

She could always talk to Bronco but has never shared details of her past or what is actually happening with her sister in law. She knows he is always there no matter what, but he has to help her see that she can always count on him not only as a friend, but as the man she needs, if he wants her to tear down those walls she built.

After Amber and Bronco share their on-camera kiss, their "agreement" gets blurry. True feelings can't be held back, and with danger lurking around, Bronco and Amber realize they are meant for each other. He even started a book club with her.

I love the NOLA Rebels MC Series, and it just keeps getting better. Mackenzy has a way of writing her characters so perfectly and the way the stories just flow together and never disappoint. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When Mackenzy writes a story, she sure does include those spicy scenes 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶. Bronco is perfect, and Amber sure does find out that those rumors of his 🐓 are more than true. I can't wait for Ryder's story.
