This was okay. Good story. Good plot. I am a little bit disappointed because I was hoping it would have continued with Saxon's romance from the previous book.
PROTAGONIST: Saxon SETTING: Hollywood SERIES: #2 of 6 RATING: 4.5 WHY: PI and sometime actor Saxon is asked by a gay man to look into the death of his partner who was killed when a bomb in his car exploded. Saxon suspects that Robbie Bingham was just a means to murder movie executive Steve Brandon, whose car was next to Robbie's when it exploded. I really liked this book. Other than a tell-all ending, I thought the writing was excellent. Saxon is an empathetic and caring man who doesn't take any crap from anybody. My kind of guy.
