What I liked the most about this well-known story is Nick's observations through this story. Gatsby reminds me of Romeo in "Romeo and Juliet", really. He has lots of money, but the only 'thing' he desires above all is Daisy. What a true love..

Le pongo 3 estrellas porque lo leí para clase de inglés, y como es evidente es una edición MUY adaptada, y yo les tengo cierto resquicio a las adaptaciones que se comen tanto libro...
La trama me gustó, pero necesito leer la versión menos adaptada, que no sea de unas 70 páginas 😓

Son 98 páginas y aún así se hace largo, pasan muchas cosas pero de verdad que aún así se hace largo y no llega a caerte bien en realidad ningún personaje. Es un libro muy extraño.

La historia es bastante buena. El problema es que al ser una version reducida del libro, meten demasiados datos, nombres, historias, etc., en muy pocas páginas (sobre todo al principio) y hay en momentos en los que cuesta seguir el hilo. Igualmente el libro está muy bien y el inglés del libro se entiende de maravilla

me perdi varias veces pero esta bastante bueno, es drama que se yo, mientras que sea ajeno compro
los personajes eran uno mas pelotudo que el otro y nick era mas plano que suela de zapato de obeso no compro
fuera de eso es un clasico como cualquier otro plano e innecesariamente descriptivo

Really enjoyed it tho and im probably gonna read the 180 page version another time
