I already read this years ago. I was Just rereading this story and oh my fucking god sa kabanata 37 sobra akong na turn off sa nalaman ko or lets just say sa nabasa kong line which is

"I've seen him kiss other girls while he's inlove with Klare, Erin" Mas igniiit ni Azi sa mas mataas na boses."

for me that is mentally cheating you fucking asshole elijah! and don't throw me some excuses like "oh I'm trying to forget klare that time" "they are not committed to each other that time" that will not work on me! he fucking knew to himself that he is inlove and yet he do that? he's just fooling himself and I don't like that characteristics when it comes to fictional characters that's one of my biggest ick when it comes to books and in real life! I will not tolerate that! and take note he is just using other girls and see them as an object tf.

2 stars is my rate at the moment but who knows? it might change if I have more time to reread this again because I forgot some parts in this story that I need to remember.

The Montefalcos are so much fun. I love the bond and how close they are with the each other. I'm just not fond of some of the petty dramas that occured in this book. Nonetheless, it was a good read.


I would LOVE to read Pierre and Claudette's story though!

Best Jonaxx story that I ever read. 😭 The ending is beautiful but bitin! Elijah and Klare’s love story is far from ordinary. They faced a lot of challenges individually and as a couple. Theirs is not incest, because they’re not blood related in the first place. It’s just that the stigma of the people around them, who knew or used to know that they were cousins, is hard to avoid. I’m really happy that their cousins were the first one to accept and support their decision, plus Klare’s brothers, the Tys. In the end, their family started to accept their relationship, sans her Ama. But as what Klare said, you cannot force someone to accept something wholeheartedly when their mind is closed off. Time will heal, will forgive, and eventually will accept. I really admire Klare’s selflessness, and her resolve to fight for Elijah this time. The best Jonaxx boy for me is Elijah Riley Vasquez Montefalco. Now I know why readers are going gaga over him. He’s just too adorable and so hard to ignore. But what I like about him the most is his undying love and devotion to Klare. Yes, he tried to fight those feelings before, but he remained powerless. I know they lived happily ever after. I loved that Klare and Elijah managed to still be in each other's arms after all the frigging trials that came in their way. Like come on, if you're a reader, you know damn well what I'm talking about. Biruin mo, they started as an "incest" couple dahil akala nila they are true relatives but thank God and the saints na hindi.

I love the trilogy in general but may I say, mabibitin ka talaga sa ending nitong UF. Pero, magkakaroon naman ng Montefalco series so you'd most likely see more of Klare and Elijah thru the stories of the other Montefalco cousins.

Sayang I'd love to see them pa naman get married. Hehe.

Until Forever definitely worth ready~ sa sobrang haba ng trilogy, di ko na dapat to babasahin, buti nalang binasa ko :D I could say that Elijah was so weak (or I just find Klare so strong?) but they are so cute when they cannot hide their feelings to each other.

2 thumbs up for Ms. Jonah Mae Pacala for being brave to used a very sensitive topic but staying with reality. This trilogy is so sick yet so good :) Keep it up.

UNTIL FOREVER


1. After ng pangalawang re-read ko sa until trilogy, ito ang naging favorite book ko dahil nasa POV ni Elijah yung first 25 chapters. Pagnakabasa ka na ng ibang works ni Jonaxx bago ‘to, magtataka ka kung bakit after two epilogues wala pa rin pov yung male lead. Halos lahat (except sa Mapapansin Kaya) ng libro niya ay POV na ng male lead pagdating ng epilogue. Sa Baka Sakali Trilogy, lahat ng epilogues dun pov ni Jacob. Dito sa Until Trilogy, yung epilogues puro flashbacks siya nang childhood to highschool na aso’t pusang relasyon ng Klarijah noon. Ang maganda sa book 3, dahil prequel yung hanggang chapter 17, mas na explain kung bakit ganun na lang katindi yung pagmamahal ni Elijah kay Klare at yung struggles niya para mag-move on na wala rin namang nangyari (lol).




2. Although mag-iexpect ka ng continuation kaagad nung nangyari sa Davao (chapter 50 Book 2), mag-ienjoy ka naman ng sobra sa kakulitan ng Montefalco boys na mas mai-explore dito dahil ..well.. mas madalas naman na si Elijah yung kasama ng mga lalaki kesa kay Klare (so malalaman dito yung mga kagaguhan nila hahahahah).



3. At tulad nung first two books, mag-ienjoy ka sa pagsu-surf sa mga isla rito. Napakaganda ng pagkaka-flesh out ng settings. 10/10



4. The bad thing is, mas kaonti ang Klarijah moments dahil halos 10 chapters wala si Elijah at LDR lang sila ni Klare. So by the end of the book parang bitin.



5. Mas lalo pang nagulo dahil dun sa video ni Selena at Ej (na hinihiling ko hanggang ngayon sana nagkaroon ng confrontation scene kay Selena nang masampal siya ni Erin loool). Dahil inabot ng ilang chapters yung pagbabati nila, mabibitin ka sa romantic scenes nila.



6. Nakakatawa pa rin yung unti-unti nilang pagri-reveal ng relationship nila sa friends nila at sa ibang tao sa CDO. Di rin ako sure sa resolution ng Ty Family at Montefalco Family sa ending pero yun na rin siguro yung best option para sa Klarijah.



7. Nagkaroon ulit ng patikim na scenes para sa stories nila Erin, Claudette, Azi, Damon… and Knoxx, Rafael, and Justin.



8. Napansin ko sa ibang stories ni Jonaxx tulad ng sa Training to Love (theme: cheating) tsaka dito na may theme ng incest na ginagawa niyang wholesome yung story despite na sa tindi nung romance dapat may bed scenes na. Hindi niya nilalagyan ng erotic scenes kahit feeling ko kailangan. Para siguro maging justifiable yung love at hindi maging pangit yung whole theme nung story (kung idadagdag pa sa cheating at incest). Although may ibang books siya tulad ng Sands of Time, Ripped, tsaka Blown by the Wind na dinagdagan na lang ng bed scenes kahit medyo hilaw pa yung erotic tension sa mga mc.


9. BAKIT DI SILA KINASAL SA ENDING?! Hahahaha ito talaga yung pinakamalaking kulang, binitin yung readers, at hindi rin pinakita kung paano ba sila tinanggap as a couple ng mga nakakakilala sa kanila bilang magpinsan. Mas maganda sana kung pinakita pa tong mga scenes na to, although sabi ni Jonaxx ioopen-end niya raw talaga dahil may mga questions pang di nasasagot (probably sa ibang books ng MSERIES masagot! Sana ipakitang nasampal ni Erin at Chanel si Selena loool).



10. Favorite book in wattpad. Ito ang true love. Dahil sabi nga ni Klare, kung di lang sila magpinsan hinding-hindi sila maghihiwalay dahil lang sa mabababaw na dahilan tulad ng third party etcetera (na usually na conflict sa plot ng ibang romance na genre). Hindi love yun mayghad. Tataas ang expectations mo dito sa true love at right man.

Until Trilogy (Feels lang)

Obviously, ginagawa ko ngayon, 12:08 MN, April 5, 2015, ang feeling review na ‘to para sa obra ni ate Jonahmae Pacala, known as Jonaxx of Creative Corner and Wattpad.

Ang nagtulak sa akin para gaw'in ang review na ito ay dahil sa aking feels. Yes, you've read it right: feels. Hindi ko kasi alam kung paano ie-express ang sarili ko para iparating sa iba ang feels ko after kong mabasa ang trilogy sa loob ng tatlong araw. I don't know how to express these feels in a right way, walang kulang, 'yung sapat, sakto lang, at sabog lahat. Yet, alam ko rin naman sa sarili kong hindi mawawala ang mga ito dahil sobra akong nagandahan at natuwa sa daloy ng kuwento.

Everything's fresh like no one can change it. The flow, the characters, the setting... Everything. Everything's still fresh. Hindi mawala-wala sa isip ko ang flow ng story, ang pagnuod ng lahat na lumaki ang Montefalco cousins bilang magpipinsan, sa part na may nagkagustuhan, maraming umayaw dahil incest, may nagsakripisyo, may umalis para matahimik ang lahat, ang may malamang anak sa labas, sa pagnais na maibalik ang lahat, sa pagtulak sa desisyong nagawa at harapin ang kasalukuyan, sa pagpapalit ng apelyido, sa paghiwalay sa nakasanayan, sa pagpipili ng sarili sa pamilyang talagang kinabibilangan niya, sa muling pagbabalik na siya'ng may nobya na, sa muling panunuyo, sa pagkakabalikan, selosan, sa pagiging matapang, sa pagpili na sa taong mahal, sa pagiging handa sa lahat, sa pagiging matapang, sa pagharap sa mga taong may ayaw sa kanila, sa muling pagsasakripisyo, sa maling akala, sa pagkakaayos na muling humanton sa gulo, at sa kahulihan na sila parin talaga hanggang dulo;

Ang mga Montefalcos especially ang kagandahang ng pamilya nila - si Erin Louisse na totoo at straightforward at napakataas ng pride na kung saan e nagiging bitch siya na kinaiinisan ng lahat, si Chanel na nakakasundo ni Erin palagi ngunit nakakaintindi rin naman, si Josiah Travis na aakalain mong inosente pero daig ag kaplayboy-an ni Azi my loves, si Azrael Ian III na loko-loko't disgusting magsalita at kumilos in real life pero sobrang kyot kung tignan ang mga lines, si Knoxx na minsan ko lang mahagilap dahil sobrang busy sa business nila, si Claudette Jamila na pwede kong makasundo dahil sa KPOP pero hindi sa anime at 'yung mga mata niyang nagiging mala-pusa, si Damon na may Eba Ferrer at may cute na anak na si Xian, si Rafael Douglas na sobrang hot at 'di ako mapansin dahil nalululong siguro kay Tasha, si Charles na crush na crush ko dahil ang perfect tignan, si Klare na sobra kong minahal dahil sa pagiging halos perpektong babae dahil na sa kanya na ang lahat, si Justin na minsan ko lang mahagilap, si Yasmin na minsan ay naiintribidahan ako dahil sa pagiging careless niya sa t'wing may conflict at madalas ay pangunguna sa desisyon ng characters kahit na alam kong ate siya at kailangang lang alagaan ang kapatid, lastly sa magpipinsan, Elijah Riley na sobra kong kinaaadikan ngayon dahil sa personality niyang almost perfect [!!!!!] yet sometimes he didn't deserve Klare because Klare deserved the best at sa mga pinaggagawa niya noong bata pa siya, sa mga magulang nina Erin, Chanel, at Josiah na sina tito Benedict at tita Liezl, magulang nina Azi, Knoxx, at Claudette na sina tito Azrael Ian Jr. at tita Claudine, magulang nina Damon at Rafael na sina tito Stephen at tita Dana, magulang nina Charles at Klare na sina tito Lorenzo at tita Helena, at sa mga magulang nina Elijah, Yasmin, at Justin na sina tito Exel at tita Beatrice.

Tys - ang pagiging protective ng Ty brothers, Pierre at Hendrix, sa kanilang shobe na si Klare, pagiging totoo ni tita Marichelle, at ang pagiging sabik sa anak at mapagmahal na ama ni tito Ricardo, si Ama na hadlang sa mga kagustuhan ni Klare, ang mga pinsan ni Klare na impokrita especially Faina and Trixie, ang kahit papaano na kinakausap si Klare na si Cristine kahit ayaw nito sa kanya, ang mga impokrita ring tiyahin ni Klare na sina tita Luisa at tita ASDNKASHDKANAKALIMUTANKONAMEHAHAHA, at ang walang koneksyon ang apelyidong Chiong sa Ty pero apo ni Ama na si Selena the-bitch-na-sobrang-despereda-at-never-knew-na-magiging-bitch-dahil-nice-girl-daw, sa mga Cos nadamay dahil kay Ama na si Gavin, Angkong, and such.

Sa mga kaibigan nina Erin, Klare, at Chanel na sina Hannah, Liza at Julia. Ang mga Sarmiento na sina Eion at Silver. Ang nadamay na si Seymour. Ang mga nilandi ng Montefalco boys (not including Charles) (mga nabanggit lang but not sure kung lahat ba e nabanggit) na sina Alyssa, Andrea, Stephanie and such; the setting na sa Cagayan De Oro na ngayon ay gusting-gusto kong pagbakasyunan para makita at maging klaro sa isipan ko ang tamang setting ng story sa tuwing nagpaparty, gumagala, nagdedate at marami pang activities ng mga Montefalcos na mahilig sa party.

Everything. Everything's totally fresh.

Actually, I haven't found KlarIjah's story incest. From the very beginning, alam ko na sa sarili ko na may mangyayari. Alam kong may maayos. Alam kong kahit ano man ang mangyari, sila pa rin talaga. Okay na okay, bet na bet, pak na pak, ako sa plot ng story. No problem. Everything's perfect.

Queen J, this trilogy changed my beliefs. Hindi sa way ng pagtingin sa mga pinsan romantically, pero sa idea ng pagkakaroon ng isang mabuti at masayang pamilya. Example: Montefalcos. Bilib na bilib kasi ako sa katatagan nila, bonds, at closeness. Para bang, gusto ko rin siyang iapply sa pamilyang mayroon ako right now. Gusto kong iapply ito dahil katulad nga ng mga binabanggit ni Klare sa kanyang POV, we can't change what's in the past, all we have to do is to face the present. Na habang nabubuhay pa, dapat ay maganda at maayos ang magiging desisyon mo para sa kalalabasan nito sa future. Because life is short. We have to cherish every moment. I've learnt na dapat ay palagi nating inuuna ang pamilya natin. Dahil sa bawat circumstances na dumadating sa buhay natin, sila ang palaging nasa tabi natin at ang susuporta sa atin.

I've learnt how to value our family more. And it's all because of Montefalcos.

Habang binabasa ko ang story, minsang sumagi sa isip ko na sana belong ako sa pamilya nila. I don't know but I envy their family. Hahaha! Well, I envy them. Montefalcos almost have everything. May mga prinsipyo, may mga pinaninindigan. They treasure and cherish the ones they love. Ayaw nilang may titibag sa pamilya nila because one thing is for sure: they love their family.

Queen J, hindi niyo lang ako tinuruan na maniwala sa love. Hindi niyo lang ako tinuruan na pahalagahan pa lalo ang pamilya. Tinuruan niyo rin po akong pumasok sa mundo ng fashion. Hahaha! The boy and girl characters' style, attire, clothing and such thought me na hindi lang undergarments, t-shirt, shorts, at pantalon ang mayroon sa mundo para suotin. Hahaha! I hope this makes sense dahil may sense talaga siya sa akin. XD And lastly, kahit papaano, naibsan ng story ang pagiging ignorante ko.

The story's written in Filipino at minsan ay may English. Kaya ako natutuwa sa writing style dahil kaunti lang ang alam ko sa Filipino. Not that mas marami ang alam ko sa English, pero ang paggamit ng mga salita sa mga pagtawag ng galaw ng isang tao. Nalilito pa nga ako kung ano ang halukipkip, ang pinagkaiba ng ngiti at ngisi, ang singhap at tikhim, mariin at marahan. I don't know... Pilipinong-Pilipino ako pero ako itong wala gaanong alam sa mga tawag sa bagay-bagay. But like what I've said, the story just thought me everything. Natuto ako, sobra.

Queen J. I can say na hindi pa ito lahat ang gusto kong sabihin. But now, I'm out of words. Kahit papaano, naibsan ang feels ko. Hahaha! Natatawa nalang ako sa sarili ko kasi alam ko sa sarili ko na kahit kailan, hindi mawawala ang sobra-sobrang feels ko sa Until Trilogy. I hope ate Jonah, the story will be published soooooon. 'Yung tipong mala-English novel. Bakit po?

A wonderful and amazing story deserves the best.

I guess I can say this is my comfort trilogy because I've read this book so many times and I never get tired of it.

But I won't lie, this book is flawed. Kahit saan angulo mo tingnan, mali pa rin talaga yung relasyon ng KlaRijah nung una. They started to develop their feelings for each other when they still acknowledge each other as 'cousins' and that's literally incest. I remember those scenes sa POV ni Elijah how he started seeing Klare as someone na handa niyang pakasalan kahit na mag pinsan pa turingan nila noon. Also, yung actions nila ay sobrang obvious non at doon lang din ako nawindang na hindi agad napansin ng mga Montefalco. But idk maybe ganon talaga ang turingan ng sobrang close na mag pipinsan kaya di agad nila napansin. Tanda ko pa kung paano nagalit ang readers sa mga Montefalco noon dahil sa trato nila kay Klare but you know? I totally understand them. Their reaction was realistic, of course sino ba namang pamilya ang tatanggap sa ganoong relasyon sa totoong buhay? Their actions were understable but the way they invalidated Klare's feelings was wrong. Tsaka yung mga double standards din, fvck that sht. They all blamed it to Klare. Klare was the one they expected to avoid Elijah just because she's the 'girl'. I don't get it but anyway,

You really need to be open minded to grasp everything that you'll get from this book. It was hard for me when I re-read it. The first time that I read this was I think I was around 12-14 years old. I wasn't really paying attention to the incest part of this book but reading it now as a matured teenager, I've realized that this book isn't perfect like how I described it before. Yes, this is a good book. But every book that we read leaves a memory in our head whether it has a good or bad influence on us, we shouldn't let it affect our decisions and actions in life because not every good book just gives good lessons, it also leaves a mark that readers will always remember whenever they encounter the same experience.

3.5 rating. Alright, that's it. I'm not disappointed because they all had character development, except for that annoying Ahma. It's still weird to me that they ended up together, but it's better than if they were blood-related, I guess. I just love all of them. You guys are just a headache haha! Maybe the years of suffering and pain they caused EJ and Klare are already enough. 😪
