Very cute story that I think would be high interest to children in grades 2-4. I was amused by the dog narrator talking about trying to fetch a snowball but finding it impossible to pick up and return to his owners.

I also learned about S. American bush dogs. Who knew there were dogs in the Amazon with webbed feet?!
