In 1975, cancer forced Ian Gawler to have his leg amputated. He was twenty-five years old. He went on to suffer numerous health setbacks, but was determined to survive. He discovered different ways to heal through nutrition, meditation, faith healing, and other treatments to complement surgery and some chemotherapy. Fifty years later, he’s still alive and has spent his life helping others.

This comprehensive book focuses on many different aspects of treating and living with cancer. He stresses the importance of integrative treatment, which uses several different types of healing techniques together. Meditation is a key component, as is a healthy diet. The chapter on faith healing was fascinating. The author truly believes this type of healing worked for him, and he’s still here, so I kept an open mind as I read. There are lots of great takeaways in this book, and I’d recommend it to anyone who is facing, or knows someone who is dealing with cancer.

The book i loved the most in my life. This has changed my view on Cancer decease, the root cause and defeating it naturally.

The modern day Cancer treatments like 'Chemo Therapy', 'Radiology' are too pathetic. They aren't a solution, they are just implemented as a workaround, they just reduces the growth of Cancer and the decease can come anytime after these treatments.

I suggest those who are suffering from cancer and their families to read this book. It will give you the hope, strength to fight against Cancer. It tells us how food, mediation, massaging, exercies like yoga and Qigong can bring an environment in which 'Body can Heal itself'.
