Good read, helpful stuff.

Author seemed like he knew what he was talking about, in a way like a parrot knows what it's talking about; with a bit more experience.

A little corny at times, but overall inspiring, deep, and empowering teachings.

it was a good book for listening to keep an on going practice fresh and in the front of the mind. It is not a book to learn or do meditation to.

In my opinion, shallow. A poorly executed copy of many better books, such as "Wherever You Go, There You" by Jon Kabat-Zinn or "The Wise Heart" Jack Kornfield.
