my brain rested while reading this book, i felt peaceful like i was meditating and learning at the same time. My biggest takeaway is the chapter on self regulation and serenity rumination. thankyou to my bookbestie Lei for lendin me her copy❤️
Maybe I've just read too many of these and I should be looking at something more challenging in the genre, but this one was completely forgettable fluff to me.
it was a good book for listening to keep an on going practice fresh and in the front of the mind. It is not a book to learn or do meditation to. informational and informative.
In my opinion, shallow. A poorly executed copy of many better books, such as "Wherever You Go, There You" by Jon Kabat-Zinn or "The Wise Heart" Jack Kornfield.
