Going hand-in-hand with Demi Lovato's #1 New York Times- bestselling book of affirmations, Staying 365 Days a Year , comes a companion journal. In a beautifully designed and free-flowing paperback format of lined pages and blank pages, this journal has everything for readers and writers to capture and reflect on what they feel at any given moment.
Staying A Journal also features new quotes chosen by Demi throughout to help inspire and motivate expression―happiness, sadness and everything in between. Demi reminds readers that it's important to express yourself in order to stay strong every day.

This book is written by Demi Lovato and is about her journey. It is filled with life advice about daily struggles. Demi talks about self harm and why life is worth living. It is a long and hard journey recovering from all she went through. She never gave up and even helped young people with their problems too. Every page is a new day. Each day has a quote, a personal reflection, and a goal. For someone with issues like that it was a great book to read. It helped me a lot.
I rate this book five stars. Although I'm not a huge fan of her, this is a great book. I recommend it to teenagers and young adults that are struggling through life. It is more for females though because she is a female pop star.
Demi is down to earth, loving, and very caring. She is one of the few stars that actually care about their fans. In this book we see her overcome the worse. She is a strong and amazing person.
I started this journal on 16 October 2014 and I’m using it as my current diary.
My copy of the journal is not in paperback, it’s in hardcover and I recommend everyone to get it in hardcover because it definitely looks like a real journal in a good quality. You can see in my blog-post how it looks.
The journal has 240 pages and on every other 6 pages there’s a page with a quote, which will remind us of the original ❝Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year❞ book. The journal itself is a good size and it’s very beautiful both on the outside and inside. Inside the journal there’s a different amount of blue birds on every page and a quote page on every other 6 pages.
Since the journal is so beautiful and the quote pages also have a pattern on them and not just the quote, I’m writing on every page except the quote pages. I feel like I shouldn’t write on the quote pages so I don’t and it will probably make me finish the journal faster but that’s okay.
I finished this book today and it had me in a emotional roller coaster. I didn't want the journal to end, it had me so sucked in I flipped the last page over and over wishing a new day would turn up. I guess this book hit me so hard because I could relate to some of the things Demi wrote about. I'm a teenage girl going through, what will look like minor hardships in 10 years from now, rough patches. I'm trying to figure out who I am, who are my real friends, and still deciding what to do with life. When I finished the book I felt like it's okay that I have realistic and unrealistic dreams I can pursue, and that relationships can do good or harm. You learn more about yourself through Demi's book because you learn from her experiences. I think a lot of teenagers will love the style of the book and how it's a journal and that there's quotes and goals for every single day.
OH MY GOSH!!!! I love this book entirely. Its amazing and helped me when I was going through tough days. I absolutely have read many chapters ( months ) twice. The quotes and everyday challenges have lead me through a month of finding who I am and what I should do. I really recommend if youre open and poetic.
Pretty journal. Lovely quotes. It's continuous though because as the title says it's a 365 day journal so don't know whether to start in January or read now lol
