Don't even bother. This book is just a monologue of some of her life experiences. I did not find it helpful or interesting. AND there are grammar or spelling errors in every chapter which gets annoying quickly as Proofreaders can be found on Google. But it was only $1 and took about 40 minutes to read so I didn't waste a lot of time or money.
