After an accident lands Zoey in the hospital, her life, once again, takes a turn in the wrong direction.
Andy starts acting differently and won’t talk to her about what is bothering him. He’s distant and broody, and the closer it gets to Zoey’s upcoming vacation, the more unsettling Andy’s behavior becomes.
Once Zoey leaves for vacation, life doesn’t get any easier for her, until she begins to volunteer at a local horse ranch. There she meets Josie, a former therapist, who spent her career helping orphans. While she is working at the ranch, unbeknownst to her, Josie is helping Zoey better herself and heal.
Zoey and Andy both realize they have issues from their troubling pasts that need to be dealt with during the month that Zoey is gone, and they agree to work on them. By the time she comes home, they’ve both succeeded at putting their previous tragedies behind them and are looking forward to their future together.
On what should be the happiest day of their lives, Andy is completely blindsided by disturbing news from his past. While Andy is away and trying desperately to find out if the information he’s received is true, Zoey suspects a life changing situation that could either ruin her and Andy, or make them completely whole.
Can their relationship survive Andy’s devastation, or will their lives fall apart forever? Will Zoey find it within her newfound strength to hold them together?
I live in a small town in Northern California with my husband and all of our rescued pets. Like the main character, Zoey, in my book series, I come from a family of mechanics. My father is a mechanic, all of his brothers are/were mechanics at one time or another. I have never NOT been around hot rods! My husband is a mechanic as well, so we have a few of our own classic Chevys. I have always been an avid reader, and finally decided to try my hand at writing after I heard a song. Yes, a song! It may sound silly, but that one song stirred up all of these ideas and emotions, that I began writing the ideas down so I would maybe, someday, actually DO something with it. I started writing my "Just Say Yes" series in October of 2012 and have completed three books for Andy and Zoey, hopefully to be released soon!
I fell in love with both Zoey and Andy in the first book and since it ended in a cliffhanger it made me grab the second book as I ended the first. The story continues where the first one ended as Zoey is in the hospital and Andy is by her side just wishing that she wakes up. Then after the accident problem is left behind Zoey decides to make the trip to Mexico as she has planned before.
In Mexico their relationship is at stake because in Zoey perspective she believes that is better to let Andy go because she is such a mess. Since the first book left somethings unsolved with Zoey past in this one they are solved. In Mexico Zoey meets Jossie which has suffered some and worst situations like Zoey in the past. Cabo becomes the paradise that helps her to become a stronger and better woman. On the other hand Andy is determined to give Zoey the time she needs but he isn't willing to give up on them.
After many of Zoey’s problem are solved the story continues and it seems that they can finally can have their happy ever after but on the first day of their new future together Andy receives news from his past that will change both of their life forever.
The second book if the series captivated me as the first one. In this one Zoey is represented in a better way, she becomes stronger. Andy continues to be the gentleman and caring. There is also new songs added to the playlist and new characters to meet, love and hate. Although Zoey’s past and problems are solved now the cliffhanger involves Andy’s past and problems. The situations left hanging will make you want to read more and grab the third book as it continues the path of both of them to their really deserved happily ever after.
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Okay, may I just really say that the freak accident is really imaginative and freakish? Like that is not something I would honestly believe if I heard it on the TV or the web. So that was really interesting and I've love the uniqueness of the accident.
And the reactions were interesting. I didn't even think about how Andy could react especially with his history. So I was a bit shocked when he acted how he did. But I did sort of understand? Anyway, both characters were interesting and I enjoyed the interactions as well as the willingness to work things out they both seem to have.
I was really happy for most of the book but then there was several shockers(although one less shocking than the others) and I just honestly couldn't believe it. It was difficult and took away my happy mood really quickly. This book will leave shocked, annoyed and upset at certain times and sometimes all at the same time.
Just Say Yes certainly lives up to the expectations I was left with from The Reason and even possibly surpasses it.
After Zoey's accident. Andy is cautious with her. She still goes away to vacation, which has her thinking about everything that's going on her life. Andy surprises her in Cabo. From there things for them are great.
Andy finally gets Zoey to go home with him. He knows she's his forever. He sees his ex's brother and finds out info that sends him into a spiral. It not only affects him, but Zoey as well.
He pushes her away and she loses it. Parts of this book broke my heart, but the ending tore me to pieces! I literally ugly cried. I couldn't believe he did that!I wanted to throw my phone! Completely shocked! I need the next book like asap!!
I received an ARC for my honest review. Really I’m sitting here with my heart in my throat with that ending. This story leaves us right where we left in book 1. Zoey is in the hospital. Andy I being distant and when it comes to her leaving on vacation they agree to both work on their demons from their pasts. When she gets back they are healed and are getting closer and closer. That is until devastation hits Andy and he needs to go find answers. Jen Andrews pulls you in from page one and has you wanted to see into the future to know what is going to happen. She brings out emotions in you and you get so sucked into the story it is like you are there. I am looking forward to book 3 for Andy and Zoey’s conclusion.
Zoey recovers from her accident, and goes on vacation as originally scheduled. She sees it as a chance to deal with her past and learn how to move forward. She wants to live without letting her past weigh on every decision. But just when she feels some improvement is happening, Andy is blindsided with his own issue. these poor guys just cant' catch a break.
The second installment in the Just Say Yes series is just as good as the first. If you haven't read the first one yet, go back and get it and read it before reading this one. Andy and Zoey are still getting kicked around by life but at least they are together. Or are they? Andy starts throwing weird signals and Zoey get overwhelmed again. Lots of twists and turns in this one - some good, some bad. All the same characters from the first installment are still here plus we get to meet some new ones as well. Even with all of these characters involved, the story still flows beautifully. Scenery is beautiful as well. Sex scenes are hot but do not take the story over. Once again, the author incorporates alot of music into the story line which I love. I even was aware of who most of the music artists were! lol Andy kind of pisses me off at the end of this installment so hopefully he makes up for it in the next installment. This is not a stand alone and does not have an HEA (at least not yet).

In this book, we see Zoey grow from an insecure, frightened girl to a strong, determined woman. Her accident caused her to stumble emotional and she was fearful of Andy's brooding. But the month long separation that was planned before she even met Andy turns out to be just the time and space she needed to deal with her past traumas and accept what is. She returns home much more clear minded. Now it is time for Andy to find peace with his demons. Just as the sudden accident was a catalyst to Zoey's emotional healing, Andy is blasted with his own life changing event. These books are so powerful, the emotions so draining. Excellent work Jen Andrews! I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. Five Stars.

Wow this book had me laughing one minute, shedding a lot of tears the next. It was a really good book. I loved the way it picked up right where the first one left off. It did not miss a beat, and I love that. Andy and Zoey really went through a lot more in this book. I love the way Andy surprised here while she was on vacation. The steamy sex scenes were even hotter in part 2. That ex-husband Rob was such a douche bag and so is that skank Nicole. Did my heart good though the way neither Andy or Zoey let them tear them apart. The Proposal was, oh my goodness, so romantic, and had me shedding tears. Loved the way he set everything up to propose to her. Jen Andrews is another author that is great with cliffhangers. Had to read part three before I could even do this review, lol. I give this book 5 stars as well.

I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.
I'm finding it hard to write this review! What a book! I am absolutely speechless! Jen Andrews has outdone herself with this one! Book one was awesome, but this was immense! If you haven't read Book one 'The Reason' yet please do so before reading this review!
We find ourselves where book one left off, and Zoey's in the hospital after her accident! I thought Zoey and Andy would finally get together and all would be well! Not a chance! There's huge amounts of drama to get through until that finally happens, and let me tell you I loved every minute of it!
If I wasn't smiling my head off throughout reading this book, I was tearing up! So much emotion I really felt like it was all happening to me! I was so mad at Andy at times I just wanted to throw my kindle at the wall!
As with book one Jen Andrews has used songs for the characters to describe their feelings to one another I absolutely loved this!
I have a huge book hangover now that I have finished this story! I absolutely NEED the next book straight away and am sat here eagerly anticipating its release! Once again I have sooooo many questions that need answering! If I could give more than five stars I would this is an excellent story!

YES!!! We are in book two of Jen Andrews, Just Say Yes trilogy. In this book, which happens to be titled Just Say Yes, we pick up where Zoey was in a terrible accident. Zoey is now in the Hospital and Andy is freaking out. Of course he is! After the tragic loss of his family who can blame him, right? Well, in this book he takes it a little too far and becomes an ass to Zoey and pushes her away. This book is much darker and deeper. I was once again sucked in and was in for one heck of a roller coaster ride of emotions. Zoey and Andy's relationship is rocky at best. Zoey is having to work out some personal issues to heal herself. Meanwhile, Andy is to be doing the same for himself. This book is even better than the first one and is so captivating. As I continued to read I can feel the joy when it's to be one of the most happiest days of Zoey and Andy's life. Then suddenly, you are blindsided by such devastating news. Zoey is once again pushed away when Andy finds out this life changing news. When he goes to investigate it alone Zoey is left alone again. When Zoey is by herself, she finds out some news of her own that is life changing. It will either destroy their relationship or strengthen it. Just when you think there can't be anymore of a shocker. BAM!!!!!! The ultimate soul searing, gut punching of a cliffhanger happens. I wanted to scream! Now I have a major book hangover. I need the third and final book like, NOW! Lol I give this book five stars and it is a must read!
Just say Yes for more but totally a cliffhanger. Holy cow does Andy and Zoey's love become more complicated. Can't wait to see what happens in the conclusion.
*A copy given by author, in return for an honest review.*
This book is like a roller coaster ride. Zoe and Andy go through so much emotion with their ups and down, they gave me whiplashed.
The story starts up where the first book The Reason ended, where Zoe basically got tackled by a really big guy..that left her knocked out for days and straight into the Emergency Room. Which of course left us holding our breaths hoping for the next book to come out quick, so we can find out if Zoe’s alright. The whole time she was in bed, Andy never left her side. He was distraught, he couldn’t do anything for himself..he wanted to be around for her when she woke up. When she finally woke up in the hospital, her healing process started. That whole process was painful and hard for both of them. After the accident Andy and Zoe went through a state of turmoil, neither one knew where they stood with each other.
When these two lovebirds finally get passed all that, they made up for all their missing time together with lots and lots of hot sex. There is a lot of sex in this book, Andy and Zoey went at it like bunnies. Anytime they were in a good place in their relationship, they couldn’t keep their hands off each other.
Anytime that Zoey and Andy are in a good place, something always snaps their happiness away from them and they both rip my heart over and over in this book. These ups and downs happens over and over in this book. Andy and Zoe are so broken inside, because of their past, neither one stays on a straight path.
I do love how sweet they are to each other, but Andy also really broke my heart in this story. When the story ended, I was left with a WTF moment. I literally said WTF out loud, after Andy rips my heart out once again.
Andy and Zoe’s continuation story is gut wrenching and painful. Also just like the first book, this ends with a cliffhanger, but way bigger than the first book. I hope Author Jen Andrews won’t make us wait too long to find out what happens next with Andy and Zoey. These two so deserve their happy ending and I hope they get it on the last book.
“His lips brushed over mine as we swayed together on the dance floor. I laid my head on his chest and closed my eyes, breathing him in. I loved the feel of his heart thumping beneath my cheek and his hands caressing my bare back.”
4 stars. Another great book in the series!! I really think I’m falling in love with this series, the further along I read!!

After Zoey’s accident, Andy is very careful with her. But Zoey still decides to go on vacation. While on vacation she thinks about her life and everything that has happened. Andy ends up showing up and surprising her in Cabo and everything seems to get better between them. Once back home but that’s when things take a turn for the worst, when Andy hears news that shatters him. This book was so heartbreaking and emotional at times. Excited to see what happens next

****4.5 Kiwi Stars**** *I was given an ARC for an honest Review*
I was anxious to start this book as the The Reason ended in a cliffie. Boy was I glad that I had Just Say Yes on Hand.
Just Say Yes.. There are so many emotions that I am feeling right now as I just finished the book moments ago. I would have to say so far that Just Say Yes is my favorite of the 2 books in this series right now. I yet again lived in Zoey shoes throughout Just Say Yes as much as I did throughout The Reason.
Zoey planning to go on a vacation so soon after the accident. Andy not wanting her to go, but not stopping her. These two are so back and forth with their feelings at times that it gave me whip lash but I survived and saw it through to the end.
Zoey and Andy are still trying to find the right medium in their relationship and yet again the world seems to be against them. Again. I laughed, I cried, I screamed, I yelled. (Which I do not do often when reading a book) Just Say Yes brings and emotional punch, so I am issuing a tissue warning when you start to read it.
The uphill battles that both Zoey and Andy have faced in their lives would be enough for me to call it quits and asking for help. We get to see a broader range of characters with the second installment. You learn what their families are about and what type of support system they have when it comes to the world being on top of their shoulders. This book ended in such heartbreak from me that I am sure I will be analyzing what I have read for days to come. You will find love, sexy time, romance, heartbreak all in this book.
I took a lot away from this book not only as a reviewer but as a individual who faces some of these same struggles in everyday life. This book is almost to real to be a work of fiction and if I have the chance one day I will have to ask Jen if it is or not.
There is not much more that I feel I can say because I do not want to give out spoilers. If you are reading this. I encourage you to click on the buy link above and enjoy Jen's first two installments (The Reason, Just Say Yes) of this series the way I have.
All in all. I am anxiously awaiting the third installment of the Just Say Yes Series.
My Hat is off to you Jen. You have done it again :)
Where do I begin, I fell in love with Andy and Zoey in book one. They both have so much tragedy and loss in their past that finding each other seems like it was meant to be. They had many obstacles to overcome and it seemed like they were figuring out how to do it together. Then the cliffhanger in book one left you with - what now…. This book starts where we left off from the first book; Zoey is still in the hospital and trying to come out of her coma but not really understanding why she can’t wake up. You can see and hear the pain and sorrow that Andy and the James is going through waiting to see if Zoey is going to be alright. So now Zoey and Andy are faced with a whole new set of emotional issues to overcome following Zoey’s accident. Zoey has no idea what effect her accident has had on Andy and his emotional state, so when she goes home and pushes him too far it causes further tension in their relationship. The Cabo trip could not have come at a better time, Zoey and Andy had personal issues they both needed to resolve on their own to be able to come together as the couple that they wanted to be. Zoey’s fear is that it might be too late. This book is full of emotional turmoil for both Zoey and Andy; they have their highs and their very lows. It is amazing the bond that they have not only physical but emotional as well. The love they share and show to each other is what every girl dreams of. During this book we get to experience some really happy times for Zoey with her family and friends and she also finally gets to meet Andy’s aunt and uncle. Jen Andrews you did an absolutely amazing job in this book. The way that you capture the raw emotions between Zoey and Andy makes for a wonderful read. You have a way of using words to describe feelings to the point that I, as the reader feel their pain as well. I LOVED THIS BOOK, Zoey and Andy are amazing characters, as well as the entire James family and friends. This book definitely has a jaw dropping cliff-hanger that I could hardly believe and made me want to scream….I can’t wait to read more of the story of the unmistakable love between Zoey and Andy.

THIS IS NOT A STANDALONE...
The story continues from book one when Zoey was hit by an oncoming car and she ends up in the hospital. With Andy by her side the entire time she was at the hospital. He just did not want to miss the moment she finally opens her eyes.
They both have issues to deal with...blocking each other out and pushing one another away isn't helping their relationship. They fought through their demons to be able to move on to the next step of their relationship. It's hard to try to let someone in when you can't accept what happened in the past in able to move forward. I'm not sure how I feel about Andy's situation. How he dealt with the demons he had, I wish he had a better reason than what he gave to Zoey. Their story will make you happy and will also make you angry and will gut you. I cried when I was on the last page of the book.
Jen Andrews, you sure know how to put people on the edge of their seats. I can't wait for the rest of Andy and Zoey's story. Everyone deserves a second chance in life and get their happily ever after. I hope they both do together in the next book.
4.5 Stars - Picking up where The Reason left off, Just Say Yes continues Andy and Zoey’s story. Jen Andrews left us in a place of uncertainty, ensuring that Just Say Yes would start off testing my emotions. Once again Jen had me invested in this book, feeling deeply and holding out for that happily ever after. I was absorbed in the highs and lows of this couple’s relationship, unable to walk away without knowing where they’d eventually end up. I continue to adore the characters in this book. Andy is still absolutely swoon-worthy. I’ll admit that some of his behavior surprised me and left me feeling upset with him – a sure sign that Jen Andrews has successfully attached me to her characters. As much as I wanted to slap some sense into him, I understood the emotional toll of the things he was experiencing. So instead of hating him, my heart simply ached for him.
Zoey undergoes a pretty significant transformation in this book. She wasn’t in the best headspace when the story began, but Jen Andrews has been slowing nurturing this character into a vibrant and confident woman. She took her time finding her way, but the journey was satisfying and felt completely genuine. The storyline moves a little bit slower in the beginning as we watch Andy and Zoey settle into their relationship and take the time necessary for self-reflection. As always, there are plenty of steamy scenes to keep our couple busy, as well as sporadic instances of amusing banter and lighthearted fun. As things picked up, the story really took off running. Jen kept me on my toes and one thing after another had me on an emotional rollercoaster with this couple. As many resolutions as this book brings us, it serves up just as much room for insecurity in the future. Jen Andrews seems to enjoy torturing me, so she left us at an absolutely heartbreaking place in Andy and Zoey’s story. I’m impatient for book 3, needing to know how the journey ends for this lovable couple.
This story was gifted to me in exchange for an honest review by The Book Enthusiast.
We met and fell in love with Andy and Zoey in The Reason. They were such a beautiful young couple that were so much in love. Each had their share of bad luck in their past but we were hoping for a happy ever after for them. Zoey needs to spend some time in the hospital after a horrible accident and Andy is by her side her entire stay. It is evident how much he cares for her.
Zoey has had a trip schedualed for a while to visit family and she decides that the break will be good for her. During this time she meets a lady who works with horses while using them for therapy and Zoey spends a lot of time helping her out and in the process heals some of her emotional scars from her marriage. She and Andy communicate frequently and they are eager to get back to one another again. Zoey is eager to get on with her life and her love for Andy.
Unfortunately, things never go as planned and there are still some hurdles for these two young lovers to deal with. Unforeseen complications arise and make both of them truly question what they want out of live and the importance of issues that they have always believed in.
It is a heartrending and sometimes heartbreaking journey. I did not see this coming. I was certainly very shocked. Only time will tell what the outcome will be. Whether they are strong enough to cross this hurdle? Whether their love will continue to hold true or whether this latest crisis will tear them apart. I am hoping that the answers will all be revealed in the next segment of the journey. I would rate this story a 4/5.

Jen Andrews absolutely outdid herself with this book. I was hooked on Zoey and Andy's story once I first started The Reason, and Just Say Yes has proven even more addictive. Just Say Yes follows the story of Zoey after the accident that falls at the end of book 1. I love how Zoey and Andy's story develops, and continues to develop, during this series. You learn bits and pieces about their lives prior to meeting one another, and you also see how being around each other shapes who they evolve into during the series. Jen has a way with words, and her character development is top notch. I am absolutely in love with Sasha, Zoey's bff, Will & Justin - the fabulous neighbors, and.. I must say it.. Andy Tate. I believe there will one day need to be a support group in place for all of the ladies fortunate enough to read and fall for the delicious Mr. Tate ;) I love this book, and I love Jen. She is an extremely talented author, and it really shines in this book. If you're looking for a book that traps you from the first sentence, and doesn't let you put it down for anything.. even sleep - pick up The Reason, then get on this one. You will not be sorry. Romance isn't my usual genre, but Jen changed that. Give her books a chance and she will give you THE REASON to JUST SAY YES to her books. I promise you. :)
I just finished this book like 5 seconds ago and I want more! I loved this book, I love the story of Zoey and Andy. I laughed in the book, I cursed allowed, I even held my breath, some of things that Zoey and Andy have gone through are enough to make you shed a few tears. Jen Andrews is an amazing writer, she doesn't write all that mushy crap and have the woman all needy and giving into the man to take care of her. Zoey is a fighter and a survivor, she is the strong, independent woman she is, because she takes care of herself. Sure, she loves Andy and lets him love her but she doesn't depend on him. Andy is a survivor himself, having to fight his own demons, figuring out a way to love Zoey the way she needs him to, not the way he feels he has to. Zoey and Andy go through a lot and grow throughout this book, just when you think they are getting there happy ending and things are looking up, shit hits the fan. Andy learns some terrible things about his past that makes him rethink everything about his future. Zoey finally lets her past be her past so she can have a future. She discovers something that could be the best thing for her future but might also be the worst. She needs Andy more now than she ever did. Can she save him the same way he saved her? I can't wait for book 3 and I will be stalking Jen until it's done.
I really liked the first book in this series and was looking forward to the second one. And Just Say Yes didn't disappoint.
The story continues right after the first one left off. Zoey is in the hospital recuperating from her accident and Andy is right there by her side day in and day out.
Their relationship goes through a rough patch and then BAM!
Yeah, I'm going to be cruel and leave it at that, you absolutely need to read the book to see what happens. I promise you won't be disappointed in the story.
There are very cute and plenty of sexy moments in this book but the love that radiates between Zoey and Andy is just magical.
What attracted me the most about this story is the fact that it's a tale of second chances for both of the main characters. They both had their fair share of bad luck when it came to relationship and marriage, and life is finally giving them a new start with someone who is worth the love they have to offer.
Jen has the ability to transport you to the story and let you live it as your own.The way she ended this book had me going NO, NO, NO, you can't do this to me now. But after taking a moment I figure good things are worth waiting for and wait I shall until Jen is ready to give us the conclusion of this trilogy.
Poor Zoey was injured, she was feeling in a funk. She has a boyfriend Andy they have been seeing each other for a bit. They both have issues and are starting to feeling it with Zoeys accident. Zoey is going away for a month to see her family. Zoey and Andy are feeling some kind of way. Zoey gets to Cabo and after a few days later Andy and her break up, they don't want to but they don't know what else to do. They are both feeling it, Zoey goes on a boat excursion to see the whales, she gets surrounded by everyone when they spot a whale. Zoey has a panic attack and falls scraps her hand and knee. Zoey's best friends see her and help her ask her whats going on, she tells them and on of the girls calls Andy and explains what is going on, Zoey and Andy talk and resolve to get back together and work on themselves while away from each other. Its one of the best decisions they made. Things go well for them. They go to to visit Andy's aunt and uncle, they get engaged and go out to dinner to celebrate. when leaving from dinner someone from Andy's past show up and shakes their lives up. You must read to find out everything that goes on.
Zoey and Andy's story picks up in book 2 where it left off in book 1. This book is by far more emotionally charged than the 1st. I must admit I found myself cursing along with the characters, laughing, and at times feeling as if I were going to cry, and holding my breath to find out what happens next.
Through this book, we are able to watch the relationship between Andy and Zoey grow into something that is strong and everlasting... Or we think everlasting, until Andy takes Zoey on a trip to Sonoma to visit his family. During a family dinner he is greeted with someone from his past and is given news that he didn't expect to hear. He is traumatized, and we watch him shut down. He sends Zoey back home and he stays behind to figure out the news of his past.
There are so many things that happen in this book. It is emotionally charged. It will make you laugh, cry, and even get mad. I do not post great details of the books I review because I hate posting and reading spoilers.
I will tell you -- There is a major cliffhanger.... Can't wait for book 3.
After reading The Reason, I dove right into Just Say Yes. I had to know what happened with Zoey and Andy. This book picks up right where the first one left off...not knowing what happened to Zoey.
My heart broke for both Andy and Zoey as they struggled to get back into the swing of things after her accident. There was so much going on in this book. And the steaminess...whew...those two had me fanning myself more than once. There was lots of sex in this installment of the book. That being said, it didn't override the actual story that was being told, only enhanced the connection between Zoey and Andy.
Just as things were on the up for them again, a blast from Andy's past swoops in and throws everyone for a loop. To see Andy suffer after he had been so strong really got to me. He had overcome so much and now to have to battle to get some answers....Again, we were left with a monster cliffhanger but a great setup for another book. I am so ready to see Zoey go to battle for her man and the happiness she can finally admit she wants and deserves.
I was given Say Yes by Jen Andrews for an honest review for Through the Booking Glass Blog.
Say Yes picked up right where The Reason left off. Again another obstacle was put in the way of Zoey and Andy with her accident. Zoey is so strong willed, while Andy is so protective of her. Zoey goes on vacation to find herself where again Andy doesn’t failed to surprise her. Just when everything is falling into place for them, they are finally happy and on solid ground, BAM another obstacle is in their way.
This book sent me on an emotional rollercoaster ride. I was initially drawn to the book due to the huge cliff hanger from book one. I absolutely love the story of Zoey and Andy and there strong will to be together and love each other. But the cliffhanger, again, good job Jen on leaving me crazy and wanting more!
The one thing that I disliked about the book was that there wasn’t much in the book about what Zoey did to heal herself on her vacation.
I cannot wait until book 3 comes out and I can ease my brain. I’m ready to fall in love with Zoey and Andy all over again!
This book starts off perfect and exactly where you want it to. We finally learn what happens to Zoey, while all this is going on, Andy is supportive but at the same time, standoffish. He was so afraid he was going to lose her, that he doesn’t know how to act. She is still going to visit Cabo for a month with her friends and family. He’s not thrilled but knows she had it planned before meeting him. They skype, text and call each other throughout the month. Zoey does a lot of soul searching during this time, she meets an incredible horse trainer who helps her reevaluate her life. For the first time in forever, she feels like she finally lets go and is ready to live her life. She has a new aspect on life and wants Andy in it. They rekindle and the sex is hot! They constantly do it like they are in high school again. On what should be a special night for them, a secret is revealed and throws things in a tail spin yet again. We are left wondering what will happen to them yet again. This book definitely takes us on adventure!
I LOVE this book! I really enjoyed part 2 - even more than book 1. If you didn't know, I have been hounding Jen for part 2 for weeks. She delivered in a BIG way! I adored Zoey and Andy in the first book, but now I understand them better and identify with them in a more real way. I see things in the characters that I recognize in myself -- I love books like this that make me think about what I'd do if I was in that situation.
The writing in this book is phenomenal. I read the entire book in one sitting. I am a huge music fan, so I love the integration of music into the plot and into the lives of Andy and Zoey. You need to read book 1 (The Reason) before you read this book. While this is a good story on its own, it won't be as good as it is without reading the books in order. Do yourself a favor - read The Reason and then read this book. I may have already been bothering Jen for book 3. Yes, it's THAT good!!!
I fell in love with Zoey and Andy in book one of this series and I still feel the same way. I might even love them more. This story picks up with the accident at the end of book one. Zoey is in the hospital and trying to recover from her coma. Andy appears to be her rock to lean on but the impact of the accident almost pushes him over the edge. Each agrees that they need time apart. Zoey begins to heal from the accident and most importantly, from her past. Andy is not so lucky. Unfortunately the past will not leave Andy alone and secrets come to light that rock his world. Needing to find the truth, Andy leaves Zoey to figure out his past. Zoey is devastated when Andy leaves but she decides to fight for the future she wants. Zoey might even have a little secret of her own. This is another amazing installment in this series and this story continues to keep you guessing exactly how it is going to end. This is a cliffhanger and will leave you needing more.

I am so glad I didn't have to wait for this book after reading The Reason. This book starts off where The Reason left off, with Zoey in the dark. Zoey was involved in an accident at the end of The Reason that landed her in the hospital.
I love how close Zoey and Andy are, well actually how much Andy fits in with Zoey's family. With all of the issues conspiring to keep them apart Zoey and Andy have to decide if there's a reason to fight for their relationship. The music soundtracks Jen puts into each book is perfect. As each song was mentioned I played it on Youtube, they really brought more depth to the story, and helped you to feel what Zoey and Andy were trying to express when words were unavailable.
In Just Say Yes Jen makes us fall more in love with her characters. I literally ugly cried a lot in this book, I had gotten so into the story of Zoey and Andy. Come on Book 3!!!

This is the follow up to The Reason and continues Andy and Zoey's story. This story starts off right where book one ended. I was excited to dive into this book and Jen Andrews didn't disappoint. Just Say Yes is steamier and filled with even more angst.
Throughout this book we see both Zoey and Andy making changes to better themselves. It's nice to see them grow and change. Just when everything seems to be going perfectly for Andy and Zoey, they are blindsided with some devastating news and Andy makes some choices that have a big impact and both him and Zoey as well as their relationship.
This book was quite emotional at times and really got to me. When it ended, I had to read more.
So we have already met Zoey and Andy is Jen Andrews’ first book, and now we finally get to see what has happened to Zoey after the last book left us on the edge of our seats.
It is wonderful to see Zoey finally start to live her life again and reach for the happiness that she deserves when suddenly a massive twist leaves you wondering what is going to happen.
The author has an amazing talent of creating lovable supporting characters as well as having the ability to make you want to shake the characters until they make the right decisions, and you become hooked in the story.
Another great read, but now the wait for book 3 begins!
