After reading Fractured Moon, you know what happened to my mate, Aurelia Fridell. You were there with her. Here’s what happened to the rest of us during the time she went missing.

This story is a companion to Fractured Moon, and is not a stand alone read. This novella contains major plot spoilers and should only be read after you finish reading about my mate’s journey, and then you’ll understand. You’ll learn about Astrid, how we all coped, the hell Ville went through, and my intense struggle to free Aurelia from her mental prison.

This entire novella takes place during events in Fractured Moon - those two weeks of pure agony.

At the end of my side of the story, an excerpt from chapter one of book two, Moon Justice (Aurelia Fridell #2) is included to tide you over.

I'm a work in progress who adores dark chocolate, the fresh mountain air, and the sound of rushing rivers.

I enjoy the salted breeze from the ocean, and the warmth of the sun heating my body as I sit on the rocks listening to the waves and gulls. Just thinking.

My mind is a chaotic mixture of realism and dreams, tempered by my four spirited children and creative husband.

I'm a multi-genre author at the whim of my erratic muse. I'm a yoga enthusiast, natural food lover, and I love body art.

I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

First, this is a companion novel to Fractured Moon. You MUST read Fractured Moon first! The purpose of this novel is to give you a peak at events that were not explained during the original book. Basically what was going on in the background while Aurelia Fridell was kidnapped and tortured for two weeks.

After reading Fractured Moon I was left with some questions that I figured I would have to wait till the next book in the series to answer. I was elated when I realized that author E.R. Pierce was coming out with a short novel that gave the readers a more in depth explanation of how Aurelia was found. And how the discovery of what her best friend really is was made.

This has geared me up for the next book. Can't wait!

This is the perfect companion to Fractured Moon but it won't make any sense unless you've read Fractured Moon first.

This is Ceithin's side of the story, of when Aura was kidnapped and tortured. You will learn how he coped and dealt with the situation, the anguish and the torment of knowing his mate was gone and there was nothing he could do to help. You will also hear more about family and how they coped, especially Ville as he tried to deal without his bond with Aura. Although I already knew what happened to Aura because of reading the first book, the telling of Ceithin's story still managed to bring a tear to my eye.

Recommended for everyone who has read Fractured Moon.

Love Ceithin.
First off Thank You Er Pierce for letting me read Ceithin's story. You Must read Fracture moon before reading Ceithin, It is all about what he went through while Aurelia was captured and hurt. you feel his pain and agony while she is captured and then when she is found he does everything to bring her back to him and helps her heal mentally . I have to say I love Greta and she is such a lovely witch and she doesn't put up with anything. I love This series and so excited for the next book. remember this is a short story and it tell you such a heart felt love story.

The perfect companion to Fractured Moon! This story is full of spoilers so don't read unless you have read Fractured Moon! I'm warning you. This story fills in a lot of blanks and answers a lot of questions about what the others were up to while Aurelia was missing. Fantastic read!! If you love paranormal these stories are for you!
