What a way begin the new year with this book! /sarcasm

First of all, there is nothing on the cover to indicate that this is a series for men. I thought this was a non gender based workout program that you can take anywhere and use anywhere. Like using cans as weighs to exercise.

This book is not like that at all. There is nothing new here to learn, as it is based on a 8 week exercise plan (intended for men.) Also, there is blatant advertising at the end of most “chapters” via a link. If I had known it was aimed at men I would have never downloaded this book. Having the link throughout the book made it worse.

Finally at the end of the book is a chapter on how to keep harder and longer ejections and how to make yourself sexier. (Which only further enforces the idea that having a rock hard body equals being sexier and more attractive.)

This is the previously experienced dedicated workout people. Though, I don’t think even serious beginners should think about using this method until they are certain of their commitment.

Workout Day, Workout Day, Rest Day, Workout Day, Rest Day, Workout Day, Rest Day.
Rest for 30-60 seconds before repeating the Circuit. Rest for 60-90 seconds before moving to next Circuit.
Testosterone levels are at their highest in the morning.
Any food you eat after working out will go straight to your muscles and not have the opportunity to turn to fat.
Every Meal Must Have a Protein Source.

It is an good book for an complete beginner as it has all the things required to have an great start however it doesn't contain mistakes that an beginner would make such as wrong workout posture.
I won't recomend this book for an individual who is already into calisthenics as the book only contains basic exercise guide lines and lacks advance variations which I was seeking for.
