It deals with many different topics without too much detail, and gives well-known suggestions.
In a nutshell a fast and not very technical read about how our brains work.
It could be a useful guide for those who have never heard of how important are sleep, water and sunshine, physical exercise, eating in moderation especially sugars and fats, managing stress, to list some of the most popular suggestions in matters of health.
