The author's direct style while being refreshing feels at times like bullying attempts to ensure the fend off debate.
There are a number of personal vendettas in this book that deter us from some of her points. And unfortunately these are not explained in a researched and scientific manner.
A book of her impressions, some interesting, some not. A gallery of articles that unfortunately miss the strategic intent while giving us great ways to burn bridges.
One thing I wholeheartedly agree though: be a business leader, not an HR leader and the business will bring you along and ask you to make that difference.
