Paleo

great beginners guide for what to eat. would recommend as a start. easy to follow recipes. I don't consider this a weight loss program as I have not lost any weight after nearly a month. I feel much better though.

Something to think about

I had a notion that processed foods were not good for you and this firmed it up. I liked the recommended recipes that act as a guide line. They were easy to prepare as well. Good intro to the Paleo cuisine.

not enough information for a beginner. leaves me craving more.

I really thought the book would contain much more information than it does in how to go on the Paleo diet. A grocery list for beginners would have been a nice addition.

Free or not, there no excuse for not proofreading prior to publishing a document. Amateurish attempt at writing with little new content.
