I’m in the uk and don’t tend to follow American influencers as they are not as relevant but there’s something about Lauren I can relate to being 41 and just feeling my life is changing. I bought her book and read it within 2 days. Every other page I was saying that sounds like me! I tried her practical journal ideas and found myself diving deep into why I did the things i did, felt the way and feel and how I can change my life for the better. Some of the book was a bit repetitive but overall a great read. Well done Lauren x

I think Lauren is great and love following her on IG, this book was good and I like hearing her story but not a lot of new content/advice I haven’t heard. I appreciated the perimenopause section that was thrown in, it was kind of random but since I am there, I was grateful! Highly recommend following her on social media <3

Wasn’t the best or worst non fiction book it just wasn’t a 5 star for me. I think there are so many relatable things in this book and I like the voice of this author.
