This being the second in the series, we should get a lot of answers to our questions from book 1, right? Think again. I'm more lost than ever. If you love suspese like I do, that's not necessarily a bad thing.
So what can I tell you about this book? . . . . . . . . . . NOTHING!
Ok, maybe that's not entirely true, but to avoid spoilers, I can't tell you much about the plot, other than Bianca arrives back in New York and is more determined than ever to find out answers about Bradley, Inc. and her families involvement. She gets some help along the way, but I was never clear if that help was honest or a setup.
So, let me recap who I trust after finishing this book:

Ok, I guess I have to trust Bianca. Occasional she plays a game with the Bradley brothers, but it's ultimately in search of the truth, so I'll give her a pass.
And I guess I have to trust Blake, Bianca's friend, for now. But I reserve the right to change my mind.

Yes, this list sounds a bit ridiculous, but you'll understand if you read the story. The theme of this book is really, TRUST NO ONE!
There were times the Bianca frustrated the hell out of me. Her game plan seems to change by the minute, and she doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the shed. So many clues seems to escape her, until someone or something jogs her memory. She does point out her own lack of detective skills, but you would think she'd learn to be more perceptive with time. But, not so much. Also, it seems like Jakob is playing her perfectly, and she's too caught in his sex haze to even notice. I often wanted to shake some sense into her.
There's a lot of information laid out in this story, I wish I had taken notes along the way. Some information is withheld simply by Bianca interrupting whoever, and not letting them talk, but we do get some answers in this book. Which of course lead to more questions. Some of the plot is overly complex where I wasn't even sure of the timeline - one part seemed like an endless day and I wondered if I missed a part where Bianca slept or where her phone miraculously got charged. But I liked that this story kept me on my toes and there really was never a dull moment.
Just when I feel I have an idea of where the story is going, we get a major plot twist and a huge cliffhanger! Where this story goes from here is anyone's guess, but I know I can't wait to see it all unravel.

Still Seeking Answers
Much like the first book in this series, 'Disillusioned' will leave you with 2 new questions for every 1 question that is answered. Reading this book I felt like a hamster on a wheel, always pushing forward, but never getting anywhere. Some details are revealed, but the person behind all of the threats still manages to evade discovery.
I usually love a suspenseful, mysterious story. However, the back and forth between Jakob and Bianca became tedious. How many times can he lie to her and then question why she doesn't trust him? How many times will she catch him being deceitful, only to fall right back into bed with him? After a while, she just looks like a fool and the story loses credibility.
As far as the characters go, I still don't trust Jakob, but my gut tells me that he isn't the bad guy. David continues to be a douchebag. No change there. Rosie isn't the loyal friend she's pretended to be, but that wasn't particularly surprising either.
The characters that interested me the most were Larry, the attorney, and Steve, the creepy henchman. We find out a great deal of information about Larry in this book. Less is revealed about Steve, but his character makes a big reappearance at the end of this book. Hopefully, Steve's story will come to light in the next book.
All things considered, this was a middle of the road read for me. Some parts were good, others were like meh. I did skim a fair amount, particularly the sex scenes that followed each of Jakob's exposed deceptions.
I will probably read the next book just to close out this series, but I hope it doesn't drag on forever. I'm growing tired of waiting for answers in this series. The characters just aren't compelling enough to hold my interest without the mystery, so I hope the truth comes out and the series ends swiftly.

I'm really enjoying this series. This is book 2 and it was great. This book was definitely filled with tons of suspense. I was on edge almost the entire book! I am left with more questions in this book than I think I was after I finished book 1. One thing I do know is I love the chemistry between Bianca and Jakob and I cannot stand David! But everything I am unsure of and very confused. I need book 3 immediately! I need answers!!! Great suspenseful read!

First off, I want to thank the publisher for ARCing me book 2 even thought I did not enjoy book 1.5 at all. Im glad to get a second chance!

Okay WOW .. What is with this series and completing keeping me on edge! Its amazing.. I take back all the mean things I said about 1.5 because this… yesss this is the same writing style as 1. I can seriously still tell you… I HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON… and oddly that’s the best part. I still have no idea who to trust, who to root for or what to do with my life until 2.5 or 3 come out.. These cliff hangers are giving me the worst heartburn!
Bianca and Jakob are off the island and trying to work on building trust in eachother and in their pending relationship. Jakob’s character is still all over the place: hes sweet, and cute, yet elusive and stern… I need to know about you Jakob!!!

So we learn that Jakob and David planned the kidnapping…but im not even sure if that’s even a fact.. This is seriously an intense game of clue and no one knows where to find the facts. No one knows who to ask for help…

This book was so suspenseful and after reading it I have no idea what is going on in this series!?!?! Just when I thought I had things figured out, it takes a twist and I have no idea what is going to happen. Who can Bianca trust? I just don't know. I really am enjoying this story. I don't read a lot of suspenseful romances but I've found myself completely entranced with this series. I can't wait for the conclusion to see how this author is going to be able to tie everything together. What I like so much about this series is that the suspense has really pulled me in, it's sexy with some great steamy scenes, and there is a little humor. Some of the stuff that goes through Bianca's head really makes me laugh. There wasn't a whole lot of new information for most of this particular book but the last 15% was worth it. I can't wait to see where this story is going to go! I'm eagerly anticipating the next book in this series.

I couldn't put this down and I won't give anything away from this book all I can say is if you thought the first one was good this one is even better!!!

I was happy to see I've been approved to read and review this book because I wanted more of this story and hopefully we would get answers. What we have here, is more mystery and at the end you just end up with some answers and even more questions. I want to get to the end to see the main characters finally finding out what has been really going on.

Well good lord the plot twists and turns in this book had my head spinning. I love love love a good plot twist. At times I thought I had it figured out then something else would happen and I would be like, " oh lord I had it all wrong" lol. I absolutely can not wait till the next book to find out what happen.......I have some theories, but I have a feeling things are going to change. This is a must read.......read Illusions first then Disillusioned and wait for Resolution. You will not be disappointed.

Wow! What an amazing follow up to Illusion! After reading Illusion and Charade, I had to jump into Disillusioned and get swept away with what was going on in Bianca and Jakob's story.
If you thought Illusion was full of twists and turns, hold on to your seat, because Disillusioned is even a crazier ride full of so many secrets, lies, and more twists and turns. I now no longer have any idea who is good, who is bad, and why all of this is happening to Bianca! I was happy to see that one of the people I suspected to not have Bianca's best interests in mind I was right about, but I'm still on the fence about David, and Jakob, and even Larry and Steve.
Disillusioned picks up right where we left off in Illusion. Bianca is convinced that Jakob is Mattias, and she doesn't know who to trust. When she ends up back in New York, I wanted to strangle her for running to so many different people and trusting too easily. Especially after what had happened with Jakob. She trusted him, and look where that go her. When Jakob ends up back in her life things continue to get messy. I really wanted to trust him and his intentions towards Bianca, but I'm still on the fence about him.
Bianca seems to trust all the wrong people, but still pushes Jakob away, until he barrels into her life again and refuses to step aside. With them finally coming clean about everything (or have they?) the only thing they can do is work together to figure out who is behind all the bad things that have been happening to them. I really want to believe Jakob is good, and he really does care for Bianca, but after the ending in this book, does he really, or is it just an illusion to make Bianca think differently about him? They have played a game with each other for so long, I am unsure if the feelings they have are real, or if they are just a part of the game. I want to believe Jakob is good and he cares for Bianca, but I guess we'll just have to see who he really is in Resolution.
We get a lot of answers in this book, but are again left with a ton of questions, which left my head spinning. 3.5 "So what is going on exactly?" Stars
Let me tell you I was really looking forward to this book from Cooper. The first book had left me reeling. It was really great and though I was really confused by the lying and secrets, I was totally intrigued. After this book, I am totally frustrated. This is a book that really should be read after the first book, Illusion. The novella released between books one and two offers a bit more insight to the back story but isn't essential to this story.
This book picks up right from the completion of book one. Bianca and Jakob/Mattias are off the island, Steve is missing, David is a friend, right and her friend Rosie is glad that Bianca is back safely. The crazy train picks up from there and while little is revealed during the story, too many more questions are raised and I feel like I don't know which way is up. More so, I don't know how I feel about Bianca and Jakob as a couple.
Some points were somewhat predictable, such as who the cheaters are among the family. Suspicion was raised about a few characters along the way which made me feel something was up, but I just hadn't figured out what that something was.
A bulk of the story was made up of people having info but not sharing it saying that they will explain everything later. That was annoying. More annoying though is Bianca constantly interrupting. Jakob would start to explain something to her and then she would cut him off before he could finish with some stupid question, and then something would further interrupt, like the phone ringing...really.
The pace of the story really picked up in the last few pages and I was hoping more information would be revealed but a major twist I hadn't anticipated is revealed and now I am more frustrated then ever.
Despite the frustration I will be eagerly awaiting the completion of this series because I really need to know what happens. I just hope it won't be a huge disappointment and I hope there is enough content left for another complete novel as the conclusion of this book makes it seem like we are right there near the conclusion. My ultimate recommendation is to read this book but I would definitely wait until the entire series is complete so you won't be faced with the irritation of waiting for the next book to come out.

Ugh. I'm so annoyed. I read this whole book forcing myself to finish it and I had no plans to read the next book when the last page left me interested and wanting to know what the hell was going on.
Now I have to read the third one to find out and I know it's going to be pure torture.
Boo.
Damn my curiosity.
Book one Illusion was okay. It was boring on some parts but the mystery kept me reading till the end. And I loved Jakob.
With Disillusioned we still get no answers, just a few minor revelations. And nothing happens. Nothing. The dialogue is so damn boring I skimmed so many pages of it because the characters talk in circles. It's the same shit over and over and over. Literally. I'm not lying. The last 30% I skimmed so much just so I could finish it.
Is Mattias Bradley real? Is David the bad guy? Whose mom cheated on who and whose dad had an affair? Who murdered Bianca's Mom? Where's the lawyer at? Where's Steve? What's going on? WHATS GOING ON?
These are Bianca's thoughts and conversations over and over.
Boring. Just boring.
And at this point? I didn't care.
And the heroine Bianca. Dumbest chick ever. She is so naive and has zero sense and no intelligence what so ever. The only thing I sorta liked was Jakob. He's yummy. And not to mention tall, dark, and dangerous
And the mystery? Poorly written. Nothing happens. Like I said above Nancy Drew and everyone talk and think (if I had to read THE EXACT SAME THOUGHTS OVER AND OVER AGAIN I WAS GOING TO SMASH MY KINDLE) in circles over and over solving absolutely nothing. Nothing exciting happens at all, well until the last effing page. Turns out Jakob Which isn't a surprise at all but did make me wonder what his end game was, hence while I'll read book three.
I don't think I would recommend this series so far to anyone. But then again I seem to be in the minority here, read for yourself to see.

This book continues from Illusion. It is such a good suspenseful story. It has me on the edge of my seat. I still don't know who can be trusted and who are the bad guys. I am going to anxiously be awaiting the next book in this series to find out what is in store for Bianca.

Disillusioned is the continuation of the delightfully intriguing and deliciously suspense story that was started in Illusion. We walk a little further down the rabbit hole and discover that nothing is as it seems. Just when things start to become clear is about the time when the details become hazy and get lost in a swirling hurricane of confusion and lies. The most important thing to remember is that while your heart may seem treacherous, it could actually be your saving grace. The mind can be easily distracted by sleight of hand and carefully crafted Illusion, but the heart can see beyond the madness and the manipulation into the very hidden and very dangerous truth that alludes us. This is a beautifully dark and brilliantly complex journey of two people whose lives are inexplicably and irrevocably entwined. There is no separating them from their past, but the truth of their past has been hidden so deeply that discovering it may cost them more than they are prepared to pay.
Bianca thinks that she has discovered some answers to her questions. She thinks she now knows who systematically destroyed her family and her life, and takes steps to finally embrace that truth no matter how much it tears her heart to shreds. I am pleasantly astonished and completely breathless as I am still trying to digest the wonder and mystery of this twisted and intriguing story. To say that I loved it would be the understatement of the year. While I know I should be extremely weary of Jakob, but I can’t help but feel that he is just as lost as Bianca amidst all of this madness. His way of dealing with this insanity is different than her, but he can’t deny what he has found in her. They both discover that there is much more to each other than even they could have ever imagined. Bianca is desperate for help in figuring out this coleuses secret that is her past, and her heart won’t let her deny the love that Jackob has for her. She finds an unexpected peace and encouragement from him, and together they are determined to uncover that which has been stolen from them. Impatiently, I want for the next part of this amazing journey, and anxiously await to find out what horrors they are about to unearth.

I loved that the author moved slightly out her comfort zone when she released "Illusion". I loved the book and couldn't wait until Disillusioned was released. I found Disillusioned just as good as book 1, if not better. I couldn't put the book down. This story is "edge of your seat reading". I am so confused and frustrated that I don't no what is going on in the book, but that's the best part about it. There is so much mystery and suspense that you can't help be keep reading. You find yourself reading faster and faster because you want to find out any little bit of information that the author drip feeds you to help work out what is happening and where the story might go. We were given some answers throughout the book, but not many, however once you reach the end of the book you are just left more questions again and you're desperate for the next book to find out the answers again.
Bianca and Jakob are still playing games throughout the book. They don't know who to trust? Can they trust each other? What is the game? Everything is just as twisted and mysterious with the characters that it is with us.
The story was made to keep the readers guessing, who can be trusted?, Are people who they say they are? What's true and what's not?
J.S. Cooper has created a magnificent story of mystery and she has done it superbly. I love how intense the story is, the unknown and the fact it's so different to her usual writing.
Although the story is not the authors usual genre she still managed to write the story flawlessly. She created amazing characters, a fantastic plot and executed the way we all knew she would.
The story is one you need to go in blind to. No review could ever do the book justice because just reading the book is hard enough because of all the intensity, mystery and unanswered questions. I would definitely recommend jumping head first into the book, just going with the flow and enjoying the ride. As its one hell of a ride.
The story did once again end with another HUGE cliffhanger. I'm so desperate to read the next book and get all my questions answered. I'm sure once everything has been answered the whole story will fall into place.

Fantastic! Mysterious! Suspense! Answers! More questions for every answer! And some hot sex!
If you've already read Illusion, which you need to read before reading Disillusioned, you probably don't think things could be any more f'ed up between Bianca and Jakob. Oh boy would you be wrong.
Bianca has finally been released from her captor. She heads back to New York and despite being
warned of the danger to herself if she continues to investigate her mother’s death. She is more determined than ever to find out if her mother was murdered and if so who did it and why.
Meanwhile Jakob also returns to New York and he is also going forward trying to figure out who ruined his mother's life and to get revenge for her.
It appears that both Bianca's and Jakob's mothers deaths are related but how? Despite not trusting each other Bianca and Jakob can't stay away from each other. The chemistry they share can’t be denied. They both have reason to believe that the others family is responsible for the death of each others mother.
There are several new characters introduced to the reader in this second book. (Or characters that were only briefly mentioned in Illusion.) There's the mysterious Mattias Bradley, CEO of Bradley Inc., Larry, Bianca's father's attorney, Rosie, Bianca's best friend, Steve, the elusive man from the Island and David, Mattias's brother and Bianca's ex-boyfriend.
As we delve further into the story we begin to understand that all of these characters are somehow involved in this mysterious tangled web of lies. It becomes impossible to know who to trust and who not to trust. While looking for answers who should Bianca and Jakob share information with and who should they try to probe for vital clues? When someone does divulge information to them how do they know if the information is true or just another red herring to throw them off of the track?
This book is fast paced and impossible to put down. There is no time to slow down and digest the entire information overload that is being thrown at Bianca and Jacob. You will be playing detective right along with Bianca and Jacob. Just when you think you have one answer you find another clue that debunks your theory.
I found this to be one of the most interesting books I’ve ever read and I plan on reading it again because I’m sure I missed some subtle clues along the way. This book delivers excitement, love, mistrust, frustration and unending confusion that as the reader you want so badly to understand! It does leave you with a major cliff hanger but still....I cannot wait for the next book!
I loved, loved, loved this book! I will recommend it to my friends and other readers. It’s also going onto my favorites list.

Well! Well! Well! I don’t know what to believe. I just finished reading Disillusioned and immediately shouted out “what the fuck!” No seriously, the suspense got to me. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Who was involved? Who could Bianca trust? Were her friends her foes? And her foes her friends? This game of cat and mouse has me so confused and lost. I have my suspicions but I need the third book, Resolution, to come out ASAP to clear everything up for me.
Bianca: Poor Bianca! I still rooted for her to find the truth, but sometimes she frustrated me so badly. Why did she tell everything she knew? Why did she trust everyone? Clearly, people were lying to her, and everything wasn’t as it seems. I thought she learned that lesson in the first book, but obviously, she didn’t. I wanted to slap her a few times. Her best advice came from a homeless person and her friend Blake who just arrived in town. She clearly needed to work on her Nancy Drew skills and her common sense.
“The truth is never what you expect. Go back to the beginning.” (Henry, the homeless man)
“I don’t think so.” He shook his head. “The most obvious suspects are usually the least likely culprits.” (Blake)
Jakob: He’s still a bit sketchy for me. I don’t fully trust him. I felt like he was lying about (or withholding) some very important information. He’s manipulative and sneaky, but I don’t doubt his feelings for Bianca.
Oh, and by the way, the chemistry between those two was hot!!!!!!! She may not trust him, but they always had amazingly hot sex!
Rosie: Still shady! Didn’t trust her in the first book, and sure enough, don’t trust her in this one.
I have so many questions after reading this book:

Put your seatbelt on. This is a crazy freaking ride! Everything you think you know from Illusion? Well, you’re probably wrong! Disillusioned picks up right where Illusion let off and just continues to weave a complex mystery that will have your mind grasping at straws, trying to figure out what the hell is really going on.
Jakob is a mystery all by himself, but he’s definitely a delicious one. He seems to have fallen for Bianca, hard, and he has the perfect mixture of love sick puppy and hot alpha male. He appears to be more open and honest in this book, but who knows? He’s still got the air of secrets clinging to him. He’s also a big contradiction when it comes to his feelings for Bianca, he professes to have fallen for her, but in the next breath, he tells her that no one should love someone else enough to be broken when they are betrayed by them.
Bianca has seriously been screwed. She is twisted up in a web that I’m pretty sure had nothing to do with her in the first place. Yet, here she is, forced to unravel everything because she’s been tossed into the thick of it. She’s a very strong character, although I have to admit, my one issue with this book is that she doesn’t pick up on some of the obvious signs until it’s laid out in front of her for all to see. Her Dad’s lawyer, Larry, tells her something that would bring a lot of light to the mystery, but it’s like she never hears it. Stuff like that drove me a little crazy. However, she’s also in a pretty high stress situation and it’s incredibly difficult to know who to trust, which means that she truly carries the burden alone.
This is definitely not a slow read, it’s hard to put down. There were tiny moments when I felt like the story was becoming a little too complex, but I know it will all make sense in the end and to a certain extent, it seems very organized. Just like with the first book, my mind is running a mile a minute trying to figure out who did what and why! I was sucked into the story and couldn’t come out of it until the last page. The cliff hanger on this book is even worse that book one, but I’m thinking it just might be worth it. I don’t know how I’m going to survive the wait for book three!

The cliff hanger on this book is even worse that book one, but I’m thinking it just might be worth it. I don’t know how I’m going to survive the wait for book three!
This series is totally worth jumping into, it’s hot, steamy, intense and full of suspense! I’d jump right into it if I were you!

3.5 Mind-numbing Stars...
My thoughts after reading this book?
Admittedly, I did not read the first book in this series, but I did read the prequel novella so I had a tiny gist of the premise...
This book apparently picks up after book one where Bianca and Jakob are rescued from the tropical island. Here I already got lost because I did not know who Jakob was, still stuck on what happened with David...
And soon, Bianca is questioning whether Jakob Bradley is in fact the mysterious and powerful Matthias Bradley.... Here things get pretty complicated and the circles and circles of dialogue hurt my head too much to figure out what is actually going on...
But in the end we get just a little more about what is actually happening... I think what bothered alot was Bianca's inability to look past her moral high ground and actually figure out (along with the reader ie. Me) what is happening right before her eyes...
And thats another thing... this book is in first person, which means its told from Bianca's point of view which also means we as the readers only know what she knows... yet in this book, the author insisted on keeping Bianca oblivious while we already knew three chapters before that that was the clue she missed!!!
Besides those annoying points though, I like this ongoing story, the power plays and actually I like the games played on Bianca the most... preferably the outcome will be her seeing the world without those rose-tinted glasses.... and hopefully the author can wrap it up better than this run-around was...

I really enjoyed Illusion when I received an ARC off NetGalley so I was excited to see the sequel go up.
Disillusioned was just like the first. The web of lies and secrets gets even more tangled and the author keeps throwing things at you to try and stop you figuring things out. I will admit that there is a lot of information in this book and it wasn't all that clear at times. It did have me skimming back to make sure I'd read certain sections properly, but in the end I think it worked.
I enjoyed reading about the characters and how they grew together. I wouldn't say they are a couple you can fall in love with as there is always suspicion surrounding them. However, they keep you on the edge of your seat and I like that there's doubt created. You're never really sure of their motives.
Whilst certain things were obvious, and others bent reality slightly too much for me to believe in, I think the author crafted the plot well. I still have no idea what the whole picture is or what's going on, but it revealed enough information to give hints. Sometimes it did feel like it was going around in circles, but it's intriguing.
Overall it was a good follow up. I knew the author would end it on a major cliff hanger and even though I was expecting it I still hated it. I wish I could find out what was going on now rather than having to wait until summer.

WHAT?!!! Cliffhanger THAT’S WHAT!!! Now you know why I had to go in search of my jaw earlier. Don’t worry too much though there is a sneak peek of the next installment. WARNING this does not sooth the Cliffhanger it intensifies it!! I loved the first novella in this series where it talked about Bianca and David so much that I’m rushing to get my hands on the novella that takes place after this book. I recommend all fans of this series do the same. I hope that will hold of this huge book hangover. Yikes I can’t wait to find out who did what and what is really going on. I have certain suspicions but I won’t voice them here I’d hate to be right and give away a major spoiler. #whyicantsleepatnight. #CoopersCruel lol I definitely recommend this series Cooper is a wonderful author that sweeps her reader into the pages and never letting go.

Disillusioned by JS Cooper is the continuation of Bianca and Jakob's story and it's just as involved and complex as the first. Bianca is off the island and back in New York trying to find out more about her mother's accident and Bradley, Inc. There is no one she can trust.
There are so many secrets and lies going on in this book that trying to cipher all the information given throughout the novel seemed like a Herculean feat. My mind is still reeling, no closer to figuring out what's going on.
This novel is fast-paced filled with suspense, hot scenes between Bianca and Jakob, and questions that are left unanswered. To top it all off...
Dillusioned was a great book and I readily recommend it if you want a suspenseful romantic read the leaves you eager to find out what happens next.

I need the next book NOW!!!
Disillusioned starts where Illusion ended, but I thought Disillusioned was a lot better than the first book.
Disillusioned starts off by Bianca and Jakob being rescued and Bianca learned that Jakob isn’t who he has claimed to be. This book had so many twists and turns and I still have no idea who to trust, who to root for or more important who Bianca should be turning to for help and answers. Just when it seems like Bianca is figuring things out with Jakob something big happens and leaves you saying WTF.
I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book, because now I just have to find out who’s who and who is actually telling the truth.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. Disillusioned is book #2 in the Swept Away Series by J.S. Cooper. I will say that you do need to read this series in order. Once I started reading book 2, I could not put it down. I was able to read this book over a period of an afternoon/evening, because I could not put it down. Once you start it has you hooked with every twist and turn. Who does Bianca trust, the man she falls for, the man she scammed, or the best friend she has known for many years. I can guarantee that this book leaves you wanting more. J.S. Cooper has you constantly thinking did that really just happen and you have to reread it again just to make sure. I give it 5 stars , thank you J.S Cooper!

Received from NetGalley for a honest review. I am so confused..... I really am trying to get a rhythm to this story. I read Illusion first and was hoping that this book would be a little forth-coming but if it wasn't for the cliffhanger at the end, I'm not sure I would keep going with the third book. I like the idea behind the plot but at times the story just doesn't flow together like I think it should. I think I like Jakob and Bianca. The story is written to keep you guessing who is trustworthy and who is not and I'm still not sure after 2 books in. I do know a little bit more but still not sure how it will all come together. I will keep reading when the third comes out this summer.

Oh my. This is the second book in the series and it picks up right where the first book left off. The crazy journey you begin with illusion continues and intensifies with this one. And yet another cliffhanger ending.
Jakob and Bianca are still deeply attracted to each other but the lies are becoming a bit much to manage. When one mystery is solved you are thrown into another. It's a crazy crazy ride. I really love the characters and you will get a very wide range of emotions from start to finish.
I'm ready to get the next book and see what happens. Tons of questions that I desperately need answers to! JS Cooper will have you hooked yet again!

This book gives us even more mysteries to unravel. Just when Bianca is starting to get comfortable with Jacob, she learns a truth that leaves her reeling and unsure. For someone whose life has been mired in secrets and lies, she just wants to learn the truth. Unfortunately, the truth is not always easy to accept nor is it easy to find out. While we still get a good dose of sexy and suspense, we are a long way from learning why these two ended up together in the first place...
This book gives us even more mysteries to unravel. Just when Bianca is starting to get comfortable with Jacob, she learns a truth that leaves her reeling and unsure. For someone whose life has been mired in secrets and lies, she just wants to learn the truth. Unfortunately, the truth is not always easy to accept nor is it easy to find out. While we still get a good dose of sexy and suspense, we are a long way from learning why these two ended up together in the first place...

'Disillusioned'(Swept Away Book 2) by J.S. Cooper is a great read. This book picks up the story where 'Illusion' left off. I loved getting to read more about Bianca and Jakob. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what was going to happen next. Wow! I didn't see that ending coming! I can not wait to see where the story goes next in book 3 'Resolution'. Highly recommend this series to all fans of romantic suspense.
