I made a thoughtless decision, then I lost my princes…

Apparently, the best time to ask someone a life-or-death question is when they're fresh from being kidnapped and tired as hell. Who knew?

Now, my princes are gone to a terrible place, and it's up to me to bring them back. To do so, not only do I need to learn to survive in a new world of darkness and lies, but I need to decide how I feel and what I want for my life.

Rescuing the princes is only the first step. Agreeing to turn this fake marriage into a real one is the next—if I can handle it. And then? Well, I need to figure out if I can be the wife to four men tricked by a potion.

Fury of the Kings is a steamy fantasy reverse harem with a sassy heroine, lots of humor, and four sexy princes that only our heroine can resist.

Not bad- possible spoilers

So, our story finally ends with a happily ever after. While I enjoyed the story, I still think some of it didn't make sense. Why did Sulien not even tell Cassia the truth about the potion? He had the opportunity and yet chose not to. That didn't make sense to me. If it's because he didn't want to force her to be with him, he could have told her the truth and given her the opportunity to choose whether to be with him or not.

Why did it take so long for them to figure out that they were dream sharing? I understand Cassia not knowing since she thought she was human. But, why didn't the guys figure it out? I believe Zane considered it, but nothing materialized out of that.

Why was the death queen so awful? There's nothing to explain her craziness. I understood her desire for more death, but how did she see that going for her own people? They were closest to the border and would be attacked first. Their population was very small. It didn't make sense.

I did like the guys, but I didn't care for Cassia. For someone who was raised in poverty, she truly acted like an entitled brat. She was rude to the guys. Then she was mean. She was so selfish! Her selfishness was weird because it didn't mesh with her being willing to do anything to care for her dad and grandma. How could someone caring enough to work herself to death, and even be willing to become a prostitute when she lost her job, turn into someone who only cared about herself and what she wanted? The other thing that bothered me is that she wasn't a virgin and yet kept acting as if she would be destroyed if she had sex with one of them. She made several comments about their di**s seeming like she was afraid. Why? You aren't a virgin. Why would they be any different than anyone else you've been with? Cassia not wanting to be intimate was just weird.

Anyway, I did like the plot. I feel it was dragged out a bit, but it was fine. Do I recommend this series? If you don't mind a story that's quick and easily read then yes, I recommend it. It you like more substance to your story then no, this isn't the series for you.

The secrets, the lies, and the betrayal. Oh, the jaw-dropping revelations. I thought I knew what was up but Fury of the Kings showed me I only knew a fraction of what was going on.

Cass was in denial about a lot of things and I get that it challenges the way she perceived her whole life but come on. I can understand that she's been through some stuff but her thoughtlessness towards the princes was starting to grate on me. Her only saving grace is that she finally stopped being self-centered long enough to consider the bigger picture and she's started to actually put some effort in.

More about the princes and their fight against the Iron Demons was revealed and I'm more than a little shocked by all of it. The princes carry a lot of pain and not just their own. Through all of that, they still hold on tight to their love of Cassia and they do love her. All the little interactions meant everything to them and it still does. The guys had some major growth and warmed my heart.

Getting to know Lady Nova was an experience. She's every bit a fall fae, loud, ballsy, and a little in your face, and slightly overconfident but she's like Forrest, there's something warm about her, she cares in her own way. She was a surprising character, I like her, a lot actually.

Fury of the Kings was a great conclusion to the series. There were quite a few tender moments that just gave me the warm and fuzzies. I loved the new magic but a lot more was revealed about this world. Looks like Lacey is possibly laying the groundwork for other series, a whole bunch about this world was revealed, I'm shocked and extremely curious. This is the final book in Cassia's story but looks like there's more to come, maybe we'll be lucky enough to have some crossover scenes with Cass and her guys.

Fury of the Kings is the third and final book in the Court of the Fae Princes trilogy.

Cassia has grown so much over the series but she never lost that humor. This has to be my favorite Lacey Carter Anderson series to date!! While it's the end of Cassia and her guy's story, there WILL be, at least, two more from this universe and I'm super excited!

Nice Series

3.5/4 stars

I liked this series overall, it just felt short and I wished it was fleshed out more. Also, the lack of communication lasted waaaaay too long. And honestly was just a plot device that didn’t make much sense by the end. The fmc also was very annoying at the beginning of book 3 and end of book 2. I get where she was coming from but her denial and lack of thought about her mmcs and the kingdom really started to grate at the end there.

However, I did like the characters, the mmcs were not assholes (always a win in any rh sadly) and were pretty distinct and the world is interesting. The fmc was also a distinct person who cared about her family over romance which I liked. I also like how practical she was. The romance was decent, I just wish we had seen more of it once they were all on the same page.

This book is the final installment in the Court of Fae Prices series.
In it we finally see Cassia coming into her own (I felt a little bit before that she had more talk than follow through with everything...) and I absolutely loved it!
The princes also finally realize what the problem was all along with Cassia, it's only a shame that it took so much for them to see it, but I guess we always knew there was no one more stubborn than them... expect maybe for Cassia
I was also left really curious about the iron demons and why they're trying to leave their kingdom, I have a feeling it's not as simple as it seems... But good news! More books will come focusing on the other kingdoms!

To say that Cassia was pretty low on my list of favorite characters at the end of the previous book is a bit of an understatement. And she maybe didn’t start this one off much better. I knew there would be an uphill battle to convince me to forgive her, I just didn’t realize how much darkness was still left before we’d see the dawn. The author took me on a rollercoaster ride, keeping me guessing what was going on and what would happen next. And in the end, I’m pretty impressed with who Cassia decides she’s going to be. Now, I’m very glad to discover that the author isn’t done with this world, because I’ve grown kind of fond of it and I don’t want to leave.
I received a complimentary advance copy of this book from the author.

Lacey gives us a wonderful finale to the Court Of The Fae Princes series!! The story of Cassia and her princes continues from where the previous massive cliffhanger left off, Cassia is healing and her princes have gone to keep the bargain they made with the Keeper of Death. Immediately we're on a wild rollercoaster ride of emotions and events as Cassia tries to rescue her mates, and learns the truth about her family and herself. Dive into this wonderfully written story with complex characters and plot twists that keep you turning pages throughout to find out how they get to their HEA! I loved reading this book and highly recommend the series! Don't miss out on this series!!

again I’m conflicted

“My stomach lurches at the reminder that they’re in this predicament because of me. All of this, the impending war and their torture, is because I got kidnapped, and they needed to find me. All I had to do was say yes to them.”

It’s truly infuriating.

“Did they really make that deal with the Keeper of Death? Did they really tie their fate to my love for them? I’ve been such a fool.”

It’s so dumb because all signs point to this being true. Multiple people have said it to her. AND YET SHE IS STILL QUESTIONING THE VALIDITY!! Why?! As much as I liked her originally and like her just fine now, her leading the world to ruin is dumb. She could’ve been great.

“Eager to end this thing,” I say, ignoring the fluttering in my stomach.

Imagine - it could’ve ended in book 1 with some honesty, or book 2 with some honesty … instead …

“If I had told the truth, this would be over,” he says with a sigh. EXACTLY SULIEN!!! Exactly!!!

None of them deserve to die because I had a chance to protect them and failed.

EXACTLY WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG TO CONNECT THE DOTS?!

“We’re not mad, Sulien, but for the love of the gods, work on your communication skills. One good conversation could have saved us a hell of a lot of this mess.”

LITERALLY

Overall, I liked this series. I loved the interactions between the characters even if I wanted more from each character. I wish we had gotten to see them as parents. I wish we had seen more of what would come between them. More of the good Cassia could do. Where is Lady Nova? It was a good story overall. I’m glad we had more time of them together after her saving them. But I’m still upset that they didn’t all just talk from the beginning.

It was a decent series.

This book was much like the second, which was disappointing because I didn't love that one. It was the same forced separation trope just reversed, which makes me wonder why the author bothered writing the second book, because it didn't add much to the overall story.

Again, a lot of the relationship development happened while the characters were separated, which was disappointing. I also found the big reveal of Sulien's secret (which I'd known was coming from the beginning) incredibly underwhelming. For it all to just be said and forgiven in a few sentences after 3 books of misunderstanding was rather lacklustre.

The ending with Cassia saving the guys was too convenient and rushed for my liking, and I skimmed over the spicy scene. Overall an okay story but nothing to rave about.

Fury of the Kings

This is the final book is this series. It picks up without missing a beat, and so much happens. I have to say that I adore Lady Nova.... she just comes in and shakes sense into Cassia. The Prince's definitely do a lot of growing in this book as well as Cassia. Secrets are revealed and we get answers to our questions

I’m glad I found this author! I did enjoy the series. The main characters needed a good slap upside the head though. Kinda sad all they needed was some communication!

FMC is said to be smart and intelligent. No instance to back up such claims have been found in this series.

PS - This is just one book broken into three parts.

I started this audiobook series 100% for Corvin King's narration. The first 2 books were enjoyable, but the sloooooowest burn (too slow, IMO). There are a lot of books where you read and if people were just a tad honest and forthcoming, that would be the end of the book and so the entire book you're annoyed that the characters are so stupid. This was another series like that, particularly this last book when all the secrets are revealed. I enjoyed the bits of magic, even if some things didn't make sense. The magic system could have been explored more, particularly with the princes. Pissed that Corvin King had such a small part in the last book; I don't think I heard him the whole 2nd half. What the second half did have was a TON of, I don't know, her affirmations? It just dragged, despite listening at 1.35% to just get through it. If it wasn't for me hoping to get back to the male POV and get some more Corvin King, I probably wouldn't have finished it. I listened to all 3 books in about 2.5 days. The books were short, and I generally liked them, but I wish that second half of the last book took some deeper dives into their new life and world they're building, with the princes POVs, and not just her affirmations of love to wrap it all up in a neat little bow.

Things that pissed me off (with spoilers)...
Dad has been a cripple since conception, lived in a palace with great healers for months during the pregnancy, and apparently couldn't be healed, not until 1-2 days after arriving into the Summer court's palace with minimal effort?
We have 3 books constantly talking about their "huge cocks" over and over and over... but no sex until the very end of the series. Then it's a "it won't fit" scene (the only scene), and fast forward (like literally just skim the surface with no details), we got a 2 in 1 on the very same night. And that was that. Was hoping for more from a self-proclaimed "steamy fantasy reverse harem". Books 1-2.5 were all of them considering what the RH might look like, some kissing (mostly in dreams), and Cassia noticing hard-ons.
Sulien knew she was struggling because of the potion, put his life and the lives of his friends and kingdoms on her saying yes to marriage. OK, he couldn't tell her the "deal", but he could've told her there was no potion and THEN ask about marrying FFS. I know they didn't think leaving was as big of a deal as it ended up being, but be honest and why bother going!
Because they matched, Sulien knew, from the beginning, that she was at least part Fae. He knew from his father about dream sharing. Yet, it never occurred to him that he MIGHT be dream sharing with Cassia? With all the talk with the princes, no one mentions that they've all been having very life-like dreams with her, or in the weeks this has been happening, that they're also sharing dreams between them? FFS.

"Princes, hold on, I'm coming for you. You saved me once, it's my turn now."

"The four Courts are with you."

I knew it! I knew it! I knew it!!! I adored the conclusion to this series. Book three did not disappoint.

When Cassia wakes up later after her moment of truth with the guys, another truth is thrown in her face. The Princes are gone and no one knows if they are coming back. When all signs point to the House of Death, Cassia and Lady Nova from House of War embark on their journey to bring the Princes home.

The journey turns into enlightenment and soon Cassia is made more aware of her heritage and the fact that everything she has been discovering about herself seems to be true. With more vigor and determination than she knew she was capable of, she realizes she will stop at nothing but to get her beloved Princes back.

Meanwhile, Prince Cobar, Prince Zane, Prince Sulien and Prince Forrest are fighting for their life in the House of Death. This was nothing like they predicted would happen and it seems the Keeper of Death is intent on war!

The book wraps up with our mighty Cassia growing into all she is! I absolutely loved how she really fought for what she believed in. The turn of events with House of Death was just on the side of eerie but wrapped up the story beautifully. I am looking forward to more in this world.

I hoped for more steam, however I truly enjoyed the storyline of the series. Long live the Queen. lol

*Overall 4.5/5
*Series Overall 4/5
*Multiple first person POV
*Heat? 3/5
*Slow Burn

Fury of the Kings is the 3rd and final book in the Court of Fae Princes trilogy.. but don't fret any as from what I've heard there are other realms in this storyline that need to be discovered.
I loved reading and learning more about the characters and how each character learns more about themselves.
Cassia seems to think that she is human but by the end of book 2 I suspected that she just might be Fae. with her starting fire by just thinking about it and there were the burns around her wrist and ankles. By the end of Fury of the Kings Cassia had fully come into her own and that was so wonderful to see happen. She accepted who she was and who she was meant to be with.
Prince Sulien of the Summer Court had the mindset that he was never going to marry but in order to be able to keep the Iron demons away and the fae borders safe he had to marry. He of course he had a plan but things changed.
Prince Cobar of the Spring Court I found to be the one that made Cassia laugh with his funny behavior of doing things. he two was fated to Cassia and he learned more about himself as the relationship developed stronger between Cassia and himself.
Prince Zane is of the Winter Court and he has more of the serious trait in other words he thinks his plans out before acting on them.
Prince Forrest is of the Fall Court and I found him to have the outdoor type although he didn't like to do the activities the the Fall Fae did like hunting.
The Court of Death is the court where the Death Fae reigned. The Keeper of Death is in charge of that court. When the 4 princes get denied by Cassia for the marriage proposal at the end of book 2 the princes go there to fulfill their promise to The Death Keeper and she doesn't follow protocol.
She has a mean and twisted idea for the princes.
I loved Lady Nova she was strong and courageous and helped Cassia learn what she truly was. Nova protected Cassia when troubled came to head.
So, if you like Plot Twists, Handsome Fae Princes, Awesome Heroines and Reverse Harems then you need to read Court of the Fae Princes.

This is the conclusion to the series of “The Court of the Fae Princes.” Cassia who has grown up as a human in the world of Fae, suddenly finds herself mated to the 4 kings of the 4 courts, but distrust of the Fae from her childhood experiences, she refused to marry Prince Forrest, Prince Cobar, Prince Zane , and Prince Sulien not realizing that they had made a deal with the Queen of the Dead to be able to recuse Cassia when she was kidnapped. They were sure she would accept their marriage proposal. If she did not they were returned to the House of the Dead. The Queen of the Dead is not acting as the Fae's normally do in the case of a request. She is trying to break them, even kill them she wants the protector barrier that the 4 are responsible to come down she wants a war due to the fact the house of death has so little people their numbers are declining. When Cassia finds that the princes were in trouble, she starts out with Lady Nova to rescue them. As the two travel many things come out about Cassia, she does have Fae powers strong powers. The truth about her mother, wow you would have seen that coming! The unique conclusion to this series did not disappoint. Please read to see what Cassia does to rescue the princes. Do they find happily ever after?

The princes have given themselves up for Cassia, and now she's alone in the castle. They however are with the Keeper of the Dead, who has plans for all four of them. I will say I wasn't as impressed with this book as the previous two. Cassia yet again spends most of the book refusing to admit her feelings for the princes because she believes them to be fake feelings from the potion that Soren used in book one. When she realises they have been taken she wants to save them even if she still believes she herself is human with maybe a little fae blood thrown in.

Part way through the story she finally starts to believe that maybe she is more than what she originally thought and then after that it's back to the mission of saving the princes. The ending for me was a little too rushed, as I was reading in my head I thought there must be a fourth book in the series as there was no way she could get over her prejudice for fae, admit her feelings, rescue them, discover she had power properly and everything else that needed to be done in so few pages. But that's exactly what happened.

Like I say I really liked the first two but this one just didn't quite hit the mark for me.

Fury Of The Kings by Lacey Carter Andersen is  book 3 in the series Court Of The Fae Princes.  It is a paranormal reverse harem.  Despite Cassia's reservations to marrying the princes, when she discovers they are gone she takes off towards the House of Death to save them, with aid from a fae from the House of War.  As they travel, strange things happen and Cassia begins to discover some things about herself.

Will she be able to free them from the House.of Death and will it be in time to protect the fae from the iron demons?

I loved this series and this last book was PERFECT!  Up until this book there were a lot of questions. In this book readers finally get answers. Cassia learns a lot about herself.  Readers get to see some different sides of the fae and humans. The ending is amazing and pulls all the various threads of the story together leaving readers very satisfied.

I rated this book 5 out of 5 stars.  The amazing world building continues as well as learning about the various characters.  The story moves quickly with lots of action and answers. Then ending is thr HEA I needed and more.  If you enjoy reverse harem fated mate stories with a strong FMC and some princes that are more than meets the eye then you must read this series!

Fury of the Kings is the final book in the Court of the Fae Princes series. While the title doesn't truly match the story, it's a nice finish to the series. But you will be seeing more of this world in the future which is what I'm most excited about.
Cassia is back and so are her men. The fae princes have given themselves over to the Keeper of Death, and things are going off the rails. This isn't at all what they were expecting. They though, some "slap and tickle" humiliation, solve whatever "puzzle" given and then they'd be free to go home. What they get...is anything but that. Now, it's up to Cassia to figure out that her "dreams" aren't just dreams and to finally put 2 and 2 together.
I'm still not a fan of Cassia. I get it though. The author wanted to create a character who is hard and soft, who has been through some stuff and wants the men to "work" for her love. Cassia just comes off as difficult and selfish. Sorry not sorry. But she grows...a little in this book. The pieces all come together, but if you've been paying attention then you knew where this was going already. It is still interesting and it's nice she develops a friendship with one of the fae who doesn't go to great lengths to coddle her.
You get a nice HEA at the end of this book with a nice little epilogue that details a glimmer into their future. I'm excited to visit one of the other lands and see what is going on there. I just hope that the FMC is more likeable. LOL!

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "FURY OF THE KINGS" WOW!!! What an awesome conclusion to this series that hooks you to the end with emotional turmoil, healing, danger, intrigue, secrets revealed, pain, challenges, lies, betrayal, truths, magic, twists that has you turning the pages to the end.
Cassia wakes up find her mates are gone not sure if their coming back they made a deal with the Keeper of Death so she & Nova from the House of War goes on this wild rollercoaster ride to get her Mates back during this journey Cassia learns alot about who she is things she discovers about herself are all true making her more determined to get her Prince's back.
Prince Cobar, Prince Zane, Prince Sulluen & Prince Forrest fight for their life in the House of Death this isn't what they thought would happen but Keeper of Death definitely wants a war.
I definitely recommend to get this riviting interesting intriguing journey to see if Cassia saves her Prince's will they get a HEA, she's growing into what she's suppose to be she has strong Fae powers, accepting what she's meant to be, Nova protecting her when needed, finding her mates will they all get their HEA, it's a must read to see what happens.
AWESOME AMAZING WELL WRITTEN CONCLUSION I LOVED IT 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤 🖤

Fury of the Kings by Lacey Carter Andersen is book three in the Court of the Fae Princes Series. Like the books before this one, I really enjoyed this! It’s a why choose fantasy series and you must read the other books before this one as it’s not a standalone. I devoured this book in one sitting, I couldn’t put it down. I just needed to to see what would happen next. After the ending of book two I was apprehensive if Cassia would be able to come back from her actions. I really like the depth this book went on to explain the actions and consequences that happened. The reasons behind the choices that were made. Plus I really liked the redemption that took place during this book. This read definitely took me on a journey both emotionally and mentally! There were times I really gripped my kindle tightly in my grasp. The ending was amazing and I was really happy with how everything was done. Lacey Carter Andersen did a fantastic job with this world, I was just so intrigued! I hope we get more books from this world as I would love to see Nova again. Highly recommend this book/series.

Wow this book just was amazing. I was feeling so upset with how Cassia had left the four princes. I understood her frustration and fears but still I was just upset with how she handlers them. That just shows me the amazing talent of the writer as she was able to bring out these emotions in me. Thankfully in this book Cassia finally realizes what has happened and jumps into action to find a way to fix things. The author was able to throw in some unexpected surprises in there that I had not seen coming. I loved it though and when you look back over the full story with this info you get some good insights to things happening or at least I did. I loved how we finally get to see the happy ending for this group and see them start being honest and open with each other. We also finally got a lot of questions answer for Cassia about her last and her family heritage. I’m sad to see this series end and will but did enjoy the road to get here. I recommend the book especially for people who like fated mates, enemy to lover and second chances. All of these are splashed through the book so this book is probably going to be a good one for you.

I started off the first book rooting for Cassia and irritated with the guys. Then I spent the rest of the series rooting for the guys and irritated with Cassia.

Atleast about halfway through the book she finally got her head out of her behind. Honestly even if they were her fake mates her only option was to marry them all because the only other option was for her family's death through execution or starvation so all the back and forth on her end was driving me nuts.

The whole potion thing would have been more believable if Cassia had been the one to take the potion, but it didn't make any sense in my mind how having any one of the guys take a potion would make multiple mates attach themselves to a person who never even took the potion.

I did like the guys a lot, new girl friendship, twists, secrets, and revelations in this book. Forrest was still a favorite. I never figured out why the others kept him on the outskirts of the friendship other than him being quick to call Sulien out on his BS. I was also a bit interested in learning more about what is going on on the other side of the barrier.

This is the final installment in the Court of the Fae Princes series. It picks up literally right where we were left in the second book. Our FMC must now go rescue her Princes and in doing so she finds herself having dreams of her men and ultimately is falling for them just without really knowing it at the time.

We get introduced to a new character over the course of this book, Lady Nova and she is very comical at times while her and Cassia make their quest to the House of Death. I don't want to spoil much as I do want people to pick up this book and read it - it's really good! However, I did see what Cassia's father was hiding from her all those years (just obviously not the extent of it). Little clues have been left in previous books that kinda tipped me off - but still was fun to see how it was revealed.

Definitely was a fun read and I'm so happy how this one ended. I know that there will be more books in this world later so I'm hoping that we will one day be able to see the home that is still being built for our lovely new Kings and Queen.

“Fury of the Kings” is the final book in the “Court of the Fae Princes” series and I was really looking forward to this book. I have to admit, the ending of book two didn’t sit very well with me and I was wondering if the author would manage to make me like Cassia again, and forgive these character for their lousy communication skills…

Well.. She did. For me, this final book gives enough background to the choices these characters made, and enough acts of redemption to get past it. It’s a little crazy to need this as a reader, but I had a hard time understanding Cassia’s acts in the second book. I do now though, so I enjoyed this ending to their story. The best part of this book for me was the quest Cassia and Nova went on together, and I’m actually hoping we’ll be seeing Nova again in the future. I really liked her attitude, and would love to see her again. I’m intrigued with this world, and I was really happy to see there will be more stories in it in the future.

This is the third and final installment in LCA’s “The Court of the Fae Princes” series.

Cassia's journey, which began so compellingly in the first book, took a turn in the second that left me less than thrilled with her choices. However, I am delighted to say that in this final installment, Cassia truly comes into her own. Her redemption arc is beautifully crafted, resolving the frustrating miscommunication and revealing more about her enigmatic past. Her quest for a fairy tale ending with her four princes is both heart-wrenching and satisfying.

The narrative is brimming with suspense and unexpected twists, making it impossible to put down. Each chapter is a new adventure, keeping me on the edge of my seat. Cassia's character development is remarkable; she grows stronger and more self-aware, despite the slower pace of her evolution. Her journey, though at times frustrating, is ultimately fulfilling.

Great book. Some of the curves could definitely have been guessed if you were reading closely, but I see no issue with that.

Now, to get to the spoiler part of the review. I hate Cassia's mom so much. I don't think I can convey how much hatred I have for her. First, she thought she killed Cassia. Second, she damn near killed her mates. I get she did not want them to die, but they can only handle so much before they do, in fact, die. I was so sure Sulien was going to die in Cobar's lap at one point.

Onto their mate bond, I saw that coming from book one. The series read as if Sulien never took the potion. Just as the series read that Cassia was a powerful fae. These do seem like big curve balls if you didn't read it into the book, but I feel like all the pieces were a little too obvious. I like twists that when you look back, you can find all the pieces, but these pieces were just so in your face.

What a fantastic ending to series!

Wow... the Court of the Fae Princes series has been a fantastic journey. In this final book of the series, the Fae princes had left to go meet with the Keeper of Death to fulfill their part of the bargain, but the Keeper is not just making them do something embarrassing as typical - she has something much more sinister planned.

When Cassia finds out where they went, she takes off with Lady Nova to go rescue them. While on their journey, she discovers that she is indeed Fae somehow and has powers.

Much more is revealed when they arrive in the Court of Death that was a little unexpected but totally ended up making sooooo much sense! But Cassia ends up saving the day and the ending was absolutely perfect! So happy with how this series ended.

I received a free copy of this book via the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
