Olympus is calling! The thirteenth installment of The Godhunter Series takes us through the Greek pantheon reaching ultimate highs and surprising depths.
Ambrosia, the source of immortality for the Greek gods. It's creation is a secret, held only by Zeus himself, and he's held that secret over the heads of his fellow gods for years, giving ambrosia only to those who agree to serve him. Now the Godhunter has gotten wind of his monopoly on immortality and although she normally fights for humanity, this time she's going to make an exception and fight for the gods. But Zeus isn't the only storm brewing, Vervain is having strange visions, her nine-pointed star is behaving oddly, and something powerful is stirring in the Faerie Realm. Like tracing after thunder, the solution to all her problems seems to be just beyond her reach.
Carry on the fight with Vervain and grab your copy of Tracing Thunder!

Amy Sumida is the Internationally Acclaimed author of the Award-Winning Godhunter Series, the fantasy paranormal Twilight Court Series, the Beyond the Godhunter Series, the music-oriented paranormal Spellsinger Series, the superhero Spectra Series, and several short stories. Her books have been translated into several languages, have won numerous awards, and are bestsellers. She believes in empowering women through her writing as well as providing everyone with a great escape from reality. Her stories are full of strong women and hot gods, shapeshifters, vampires, dragons, fairies, gargoyles... pretty much any type of supernatural, breathtakingly gorgeous man you can think of. Because why have normal when you could have paranormal? Born and raised in Hawaii, Amy made a perilous journey across the ocean with six cats to settle in the beautiful state of Oregon which reminds her a lot of Hawaii but without the cockroaches or evil sand. When she isn't trying to type fast enough to get down everything the voices in her head are saying while her kitties try to sabotage her with cuteness, she enjoys painting on canvases, walls, and anything else that will sit still long enough for the paint to dry. She prefers antiques to modern furniture, tea to coffee, night to day, and Tom Hardy to Tom Hiddleston. No; Tom Hiddleston to Tom Hardy. No, wait... Tom Hardy and Tom Hiddleston to Tom Cruise. Yes, that's it. Sign up for Amy's newsletter and get a free short story: http://google.us11.list-manage.com/su...

Sometimes I want to shake her, tell her to think not just react. Do I sound like Fairie here? The whole thing with Kirill, really she couldn't figure it out? I was yelling at her, yeah I know it's a book but still.
3.5⭐️ This one was slightly better than the last one, especially with the action in the Faerie kingdom, but everything is getting very repetitive. I need more action, it’s dragging.
Love this series, characters are well developed overall, descriptions are well thought out, new characters are regularly introduced and very rarely are tangents left hanging. But, if using common terms, sayings, etc., incorrectly drives you crazy, you'll be grinding your teeth along with me. Hear, hear! is always written here, here for some reason. The characters always wreck havoc instead of wreaking it as they should. These are the two most common issues but others occasionally crop up. There are other grammatical and spelling errors, though not so often as to make any of the books unreadable.
While I enjoy the writer and her Godhunter series, except for a few side trips, there wasn't much in the way of forward progression for the overall set of characters-- it would be easy to skip this book in the series without interrupting the subplots I've been following for quite a few novels now. I'll continue on, as there are some major threads I want to have resolved, but these tangents are distracting, rather than substantive.
Vervain and the Godsquad are back, fighting gods, fairies kicking butt left and right. The comical satire is an enjoyable one as well as comradeship. It's great to see how much she's grown into such a powerful character.
I love this series!! I don't know how Amy does it! The things she imagines and writes about....the imagery she uses...just amazes me that its all in her head!
I love The Godhunter series. Vervain is hilarious and I couldn't wait to read the next one every time. These books were awesome. Arach is my favorite. These were very well written.
Trouble and complicated decisions find Vervain once again. We see more of the Greek pantheon and have serious talks with all of her men about sharing. Given the number of boyfriends and husbands she has I'm a bit surprised a love goddess doesn't take advantage of "all the ways she can pleasure them" if you get my drift. Her males are of adequate size so that's not the issue with using the back door but I also don't need that in a polamorous romance, just pointing it out. Prophecy comes into play and I think it might lead to even more adventures for her.
I love this whole series, I've even started re reading them while I had been waiting on book 14, and I've never been able to read a book I've already read before, no matter how long ago it was. I love the characters the relationships between them and the fact that the story is total fantasy. I don't care about wether it's written this way or that way, or any of the other moans some people tend to pick at with books (especially ones were the authors appears to have done it all off their own back for the love of their story)
Vervain gets to meet Zeus, but it's not all fun and games. And the Gods are dealing drugs in a not so good way. She must do everything she can to stop Zeus before it is too late. Add in more problems in Faerie and you have a very stressed Vervain who wants nothing more than to relax with her men, but that's easier said than done.
This was a good read, and I really enjoyed getting to see some different Gods as well. I really enjoyed how Vervain was dealing with all the issues going on, and how she's just trying to continue to live her life.
I really, really, really love this series. Vervain is that perfect blend of bad-ass and vulnerable that makes me want to get to know her better. I love the relationships she has forged over the series, and just how much fate or destiny has dictated a lot of the trials she has had to face to get where she is now. I will continue to read this series, over and over, and cannot wait for the next book to come out.
This series is awesome. Vervain is wonderful as a heroine. I enjoy the different adventures and troubles she finds herself in. The humor and the romance are also excellent additions to the story. I can't wait to read the next book. I'm going to be so depressed when I finish all of the books in this series.
I love all of Amy Sumida's Godhunter books. They are exciting, dramatic and o' so much fun! I love how Vervaine has entered the Greek Pantheon on a quest to liberate the gods from Zeus (AKA the Greek Godfather). Just Awesome!
OMG the best series I have read. When is book 14 going to be releases on Amazon? Light as a feather is going to be the best! Can't say too much without spoilers.

New problems and new problems sloved! Interesting story. I like that Vervain is compassionate underneath her bravado! Looking forward to more of this story.
