Those with an interest in prairies and their history of long-delayed preservation/conservation; and those with an interest in the history of the Osage, Oklahoma area will find this book enjoyable and informative. The author writes in an almost poetic style that’s a pleasure to read.

Great photography! And it surprisingly is a good read. I thought that the words would just caption the photos, but in fact they are unique to one another.
