I dont know why everyone hates the main character so much as he seems like he's doing his best and is making very few mistakes in a world where everyone must be quite messed up. I also didnt buy the story that the UAE special forces want to interfere with the USA strike group's mission as I believe that people in a zombie apocalypse would be a lot more likely to help each other than fight each other, however apart from that this is a first class action thriller and a good addition to the series.
