Alison Sage has been a children's editor and writer for over twenty years. She read English at King's College, London, and began her career in children's publishing with Ernest Benn. It was access to their archives, representing seventy years of publishing, that spurred a lifelong passion for children's literature.

This is a shortened version of 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe', told from Susan's point of view. It's ok and there are some nice pictures from the new film, but I would really recommend reading the original.

not sure why somebody decided this needed to be written. Must have been some kind of movie tie-in. Very disappointing. Had thought it was going to discuss her reasons for turning her back on Narnia which would have been interesting.

I thought it might have been a continuation of her story or considering how the book ended - a story on what ended up happening to her...

No it’s just a very shortened version of the lion the witch and wardrobe from Susan’s perspective - and she’s annoying.

Lo escogí ya que es un libro que me encanta, que conozco bien, y que quería leer en inglés para poder leer de nuevo en esta lengua y mejorar el idioma teniendo una lectura rápida, ágil y sencilla para entender. De ahí mi valoración. Sin embargo, sigo prefiriendo mil veces el original, por supuesto.

I know this is a companion kids book to the movie but I was hoping for more on Susan’s perspective of what happened. It felt more like a summary of what happened to Susan during the movie, to me.

As free books from cereal packets go it's not a bad one.
It was interesting to se more of Susan's point of view however I wish it was a bit longer and not so rushed.
