The child of an IBMer in the 70s, his was one of the world's first families to have an in-home IBM PC, and the gaming started almost immediately. From "Adventure," the first text-based game developed for the PC by Microsoft, to the MMORPGs of yesterday and today, Arlo has played and geeked out over electronic entertainment most his life. Combined with his love of Dungeons and Dragons and rolling dice to determine the fates of his imaginary characters, LitRPG and Arlo make for a perfect match.
A fan of Tolkien, RR Martin, and too many others to list, he's been a fantasy and science fiction addict from a very young age. But it all started with Agatha Christie books and Arlo can't resist throwing expanding lore into his work to create mystery to keep the reader guessing.

Two thumbs up! Is actually rate this even higher, but I ran out of thumbs. Arlo Adams is back (this time with Dustin Porta) with a fantastic continuation of the Enora story universe in The Undersands (Enora Unleashed, Book 1), and for Enora Online series fans this is fantastic news, as happily the series is as fun as the prior Enora books - a high standard to match. Definitely highly recommended.

Really enjoyable. Like other books with similar themes, this one leaves you hanging. It ends way too soon. Regardless of how many pages, it isn't long enough. I was actually mad when I realized I had finished the book. I want to know what happens next. Then....Amazon to the rescue! I was able to start the next book immediately!! I love America!
Keep up the great work. I'm enjoying the adventures of this self saving damsel and her dudes in distress.

Hmmm
For a grown woman with large responsibilities our MC sure does act
like a teenage boy. Overall I enjoyed the storyline and look forward to reading the next book hopefully she can begin to look at the NPCs as more than imaginary code

The Undersands is an excellent litRPG first in series. Protagonist Kyra is a strong willed character with a decent backstory. Her wild adventures with occasionally devastating results creates an interesting storyline. I throughly enjoyed it.

Purchased this edition on October 20, 2023, from Amazon for free. Kyra Bishop is chomping at the bit to step into what has been touted as the most realistic VMMORPG, but she become embedded in the roleplaying. She adds the number 86 to her name, this is the police code for a deceased body.

Yeah no I liked the mc but the author writes like a stuffy old English crone clutching her pearls it was weird 😐 and off putting same thing I disliked in the original books could have been amazing but it wasn't DNF.

I really like the GameKit world of Enora. It quite brutal at time but there is also humor and sarcasm. Lots to enjoy.

Die and be a true gamer
Too much self doubt. Go with the flow. Interesting game mechanics. Hope the guys who caused her death get what is coming to them. Nice quests.
