The No-Nonsense Technician Class License Study Guide

Rate this book
Learn everything you need to know to get your Technician Class amateur radio license. Written in a simple, easy-to-understand style, this study guide will get you on the air in no time.

What I have done is to take every single question in the question pool and reword it as a statement, highlighting the correct answer. Similar questions are grouped together, and text has been added to add some context and tie it all together. This makes the No-Nonsense study guide easy to read and understand.

Thousands of amateur radio operators have used the No-Nonsense study guides to get into amateur radio. You can, too.

I've been an amateur radio operator (call sign KB6NU) for almost as long as I can remember. I love amateur radio, and even more, love sharing our hobby with others. That's my motivation for writing the books I do. The aspects of the hobby that I enjoy most include operating CW on the HF bands, building kits and homebrewing gadgets, and teaching amateur radio classes. I am currently the ARRL Michigan Section Training Manager and blog about amateur radio at KB6NU.Com.

Read it, took notes, now I can pass the exam with no worries. Not sure I really understand most of it, I just know it enough to pass the test. It's a little dry but it's effective.
