So the plot of this book isn't anything special, and I probably wouldn't give two shits about this book if it was written by anyone else, but I love Bella Andre's writing.

Because she doesn't do stupid, overwrought cliches. There are no Misunderstandings, or Lost In Translation crap, and my favourite thing in the world there was no breakup in this book.

Ohmygod that makes me so happy. You have no idea. 95% of romance books have a plot twist that breaks up the two main characters for a period and I FUCKING HATE IT. Because in the interim, before they get back together, it's just constant whining and bitching and boxes of tissues and I always want to physically reach into my iPad and bitchslap these fictional characters around.

There was even a fight between the two characters, and guess what? It totally doesn't blow out of proportion and the hero apologizes IMMEDIATELY. I'm so happy.

Bless you, Bella Andre. BLESS YOUR SOUL.

Rating: 4 Stars
Storyline: A slow paced (too slow in the beginning) and low angst sweet romance for when you need a fluffy story.
Writing Style: First person, dual POV. Solid and endearing writing style.
Character Development: Sean was amazing. A broken and sweet guy with an heart of gold. Serena was also good, but I would have liked more if she stood up for herself more. They together were a really good couple and I loved how there wasn't unnecessary drama.
Steam: Some hot scenes.

At least this was a freebie! It had way too much cheese and I should’ve known better but sadly got sucked into the idea of a new college athlete book. SMH 😞

Bella Andre tackles the world of New Adult with this new spin off series from her Sullivans family. While you don’t have to read the Sullivans to understand this book at all, it’s nice to have because there are some cameo appearances by some of out favourite characters.

The Morrisons are just as enticing and endearing as the Sullivans. Sean Morrison is one of the six siblings and is the top college baseball player in the country. With his good looks and athletic abilities, he definitely has his way with the ladies. However, when he meets Serena, a world famous model trying her luck at a normal college life, Sean finds himself stumbling with his moves.

Serena has felt like an outcast all her life. When I realized she was a model, I worried that she would come across as ditzy or unrelatable. However, there is never a reason to worry when it comes to Bella Andre`s books. She writes such endearing characters that when they walk onto the page, it is almost impossible not to fall in love with them. Serena has been under her mother`s protective wing for her entire life. For the first time, Serena wants to follow her own dreams instead of walking in the shadows of her mother`s crushed ambitions.

When she takes a stand against her mother, Serena finds herself alone and a teen in a vulnerable state like that in college can become an easy victim to those who are looking to take advantage. One of Serena`s professors tries to attempt something, however, Sean is there to act as a personal body guard for her.

There are so many things to love about Sean. While it does come from Andre`s special mould of supernova hot heroes, Sean also has this gentle quality to him. Serena is a virgin who needs to be coaxed and unless he knows that she trusts him fully, Sean won`t do anything to hurt her. I found this so admirable and endearing about his character. Andre just weaves the most sweet romances any reader could ask for.

In addition to the wonderful romance that had me tearing up a couple of times, Andre also introduces the other siblings in the Morrisons! There are six in total, four boys and two girls. Sean is one of the twins. Maddie is fun character as well. But the stand out one for me was Drew, the rockstar. Oh my, I have a feeling I will need to have a fan with me when I read this book because there`s something about this hero that gets me excited already just thinking about it!

There is so much to love about KISS ME LIKE THIS. With the sweet as sin romances and eloquent writing, you can`t go wrong with a Bella Andre book.

Favorite Quote:

“Is this how you want me to kiss you?” Yet again he pressed his lips against hers, no tongue, no teeth, just the sweet, simply pleasure of being close to her.

Her hands had moved to his thighs by then, and he didn’t know if she realized how tightly she was gripping him, her fingers loosening every time he kissed her, then tightening when he drew back.

“I really like it,” she whispered against his lips a beat before she surprised him by saying, “but I want you to kiss me like this.”

Another Ace from Bella Andre, I love The Sullivans and over the moon when I heard that Bella is starting a new series. The Morrisons is NA series
and 'Kiss Me Like This' is a start of a whole new world with so many amazing people we get to meet, all thanks to Bella!

So, the story of Serena and Sean started when Serena decided to finally
stand for her decision rather than living her entire life following her
mother Genevieve who happened be the famous former Model Diva.

Serena's heart was never into modeling and she hated every single moment when she has to dolled up herself to flash infront of the camera, her mother wanted her not only to be the world's most famous model but to be an actress to. All Serena wanted in her life to be surrounded by books because that's what her real passion is and for that she's hellbent to do anything she can to make her dream come true.

I like Serena a lot, her determination and passion for reading is utterly amazing, she wants to experience a normal life and be free of all obligations she's been following throughout her life.

Standford University was the place she finally has her dreams in her grasp when she got probationary acceptance, a chance to prove herself and feel the taste of life she always dreamed of....

That's when Sean came into the picture, Serena met him during her first frat party and those few minutes they spend kissing the hell outa each other that lighten their souls like a Christmas tree!

Sean is future basketball pro and he's struggling to figure out if that's what he wants to do when he's going through the part of his life where nothing means anything to him anymore, he just want to forget and be forgotten because he can't imagine his life without his mother in it he took his mothers death harder than his other five siblings because it appears that their mother was lot closer to Sean than the others and the reason was, she loved his passion for photography.

I liked the way things progressed between Serena and Sean, the way Sean was doing his best to made Serena trust him enough to drop her walls she'd build around herself to keep everyone at bay. There was a time when Sean was the playboy and has girls draped over his arms but the moment he set his eyes on Serena, everything changed in his life.

Bella made sure to invite us into Morrison's house so we can get a little glimpse of Sean's other sibling and his father who adored Serena the moment she stepped into their home.

I`m dying to read Drew Morrison's story and how he's going to keep his
hands of off his Professor Daughter on the coming road trip ;)

The Morrisons is without a doubt going to be as amazing family tale as The Sullivans.

Everyone, please stop worrying, stop fretting, sit back and enjoy Bella’s venture into New Adult. I promise you that you will not be disappointed in the least. There has been a lot of buzz about New Adult and the books that have been published in the genre. Well, let’s talk about this – It’s Bella Andre and, what do you expect from a book by her? Love – yes; Romance – yes; Sex – yes. What’s different? Just the age of the characters. She has made a smooth and seamless transition into this genre (even brings us a little of the Sullivans) and has me so looking forward to the remaining books in this series.
We actually meet Serena in “Just To Be With You” as a shy, vulnerable girl auditioning for Smith Sullivan’s newest movie. Her insecurities and vulnerability carries over to “Kiss Me Like This”. But, as we watch her go from this introverted, scared girl to a self-assured woman, you can’t help but fall in love with her and feel for what she is having to go through. An over-bearing mother, responsibilities that no 19 year old should have to bear and decisions that could change her life for ever. But, for her to be a normal college student, she has to prove to the school, to her mother and to herself, that this is what she wants out of life … not the paparazzi, the fame, the glitter of Hollywood. Will anyone take her as a serious, book-loving person or will she always be Serena Britten, Supermodel?
Sean Morrison is one hell of a guy. He had me with is first shot of tequila. Drowning his sorrows and mourning his mother in alcohol. Giving up the one thing that made him the happiest then finding the girl that would change him forever, bring him back to what he loves, open him up to the possibilities of what life really has to offer him. Serena, one look – one touch – one taste and he knew that he had to have her in his life. He also knew that he was moving way to fast for her. Afraid of pushing her away, he finds a way to befriend her, apologizes for being a jackass and finds his way into her heart. And, romance .. yea, kill me with words why don’t ya! But, he understood her and why she was a gun-shy girl, knew how to slow it down and show her what it’s like to be a normal college student. Something that she craves.
Bella Andre’s writing throughout this book is absolutely brilliant. She brings to life all the pressures of being a college student, makes you understand what it’s like juggling life, school, dating, first love, losing your virginity. Then she writes in a boy/man that is wise beyond his age … was brought up by a wonderful woman who taught him how to be sensitive, to respect and protect those that he loves. Throws in a family that is absolutely amazing, open, fun and loving. She concludes with bringing Serena into her own, has her standing up to her mother as she becomes the strong, self-assured woman that we have come to expect from the females in Bella Andre’s books. I was excited, amazed, thrilled and totally captivated throughout “Kiss Me Like This”. Bella Andre has proved that she can write New Adult that is sensual, romantic and erotic.

Bella Andre is taking the New Adult World by storm with KISS ME LIKE THIS, the first book in a new series that follows six siblings, The Morrison's. If you are a fan of the Sullivan Family, you are going to LOVE the Morrison's, especially baseball bad-boy, Sean of the dreamy green eyes.

I swear, it only took me a few pages in to fall in love with Sean Morrison, so when Serena and him first meet at the frat party, I could so understand how she could have such feelings for him in such a short period of time. He is just....Amazing! Funny, Smart, Stinkin Hot as all get out, and just a Good Guy! And I also love that his parents names are Mike and Lisa, cause those are mine and my husbands names...Thought that was adorable!

Serena, who we met in the latest Sullivan's romance, JUST TO BE WITH YOU, has escaped from under her "Momager" and is now at Stanford, trying to keep a low profile, and missing out on all the fun college experiences, because she is afraid of rejection, and afraid that word will get back to her mother about any "exploits", even as small and insignificant as they can be. The poor girl can't even have pizza without it getting leaked to the rags. But once she meets Sean, things start looking up, as not only has she found someone that makes her feel things she has NEVER been able to feel before, but he respects her and just wants to see her smile.

I have to say, Sean and Serena are one of my favorite NA couple to date. You just have to love them and the way they "get" each other from the beginning, and that special something they have that caused your heart to jump and the butterflies to flutter every time they are around each other. I LOVE these two and I LOVED this book!!

I have been on a NA kick for a couple of weeks and I have to say, Bella transitioned herself right into this New Genre, and I can't WAIT for the rest of the series. The Morrison's are a tight-knit family, who genuinely love and care for one another, and have become more protective and closer after their mother passed a few months back. Each sibling will have their own demons to work out, and I know Bella will not disappoint...AT ALL!!

“I can never get enough. The more I have of you, the more I want.”

If someone told me that Bella Andre was writing a book about the mating habits of porcupines, I’d be first in line, waiting for it with bated breath. That is how much I love a Bella Andre kind of fairy tale. So, it comes as no surprise that I started longing for this particular book from the moment I heard there was a New Adult series in the works. I admit that the palpable chemistry between her characters and the hot sex scenes are what first drew me to her stories, but it is ultimately the once-in-a-lifetime type of connection between the characters that keeps me coming back for more. Bella feeds the dreamers in all of us, her books are like every hot-blooded woman’s fantasy come to life, and I can’t get enough of them. With this first ‘toe dip’ into a much more subdued genre, she has proven once more that her stories can melt our hearts even with little more than toe-curling kisses, because no one does sweet romance like Bella Andre.

“… it was their sweetest, sexiest, most incredible kiss yet. One that swam through her bloodstream like a drug she’d always crave more of.”

Serena Britten is a world famous model on the cusp of a brand new acting career, and while her beautiful face has graced the front pages of countless covers all around the globe, at nineteen, she has never been in the driving seat of her own life. Managed since childhood by a mother whose first priority has always been Serena’s career, she desperately craves a normal mother-daughter relationship, one that is separate from her modelling career, one where she feels loved and accepted by her, unconditionally, rather than judged and always forced to please her. She craves the freedom to make her own decisions about her career path, her interests, but above all, she craves everyday normalcy. In her first act of rebellion in nineteen years, Serena enrols at University, leaving her modelling career behind, determined to find her true passion in life, whatever that may be.

“Serena wanted, more than anything, to live a life that she was passionately excited about. She wanted to wake up each morning feeling exhilarated. She wanted to laugh and love and feel.”

Sean Morrison is the popular jock, the boy whose skills on the field and strikingly good looks have also made him the biggest player on campus, but behind the cocky exterior hides a wounded heart, one which is guarded fiercely from the world around him, and even more from himself. He seeks numbness daily, very few things granting him that escape from his thoughts and feelings, and during one such alcohol-induced escape from reality, Sean meets Serena and his world comes to a standstill.

“For the past three months, everything inside his chest felt raw. Splintered. Broken.”

Their attraction is immediate, their bodies’ reaction to each other unquestionable, but from the moment they meet they are both aware of how unique their connection is and how easy it would be to lose it all by moving too fast. A beautiful friendship is born, one that gives them both the strength to face their harshest demons and stand up to them. Sean’s unrelenting support and encouragement help Serena choose her own path in life, but it is his patience and understanding that allow her to slowly embrace her sensuality and passion, thus awakening the woman in her. And in return, Serena’s trust and bravery break through Sean’s defensive walls, forcing him to face his pain and learn to live with it.

“… when I’m with you, I forget to feel bad.”

None of the usual sizzle is present, this is a much softer version of a Bella Andre romance, but her signature touch is woven tightly throughout the storyline, making this a sweeter that usual flick of this author’s brand of magic. Her sensual prose, elegant and expressive, draws you in from the start, just like always, and her characters get under your skin simply by wearing their hearts on their sleeves. But the focus is on the journey that the characters travel, on the lessons learned and the hurdles they overcome, and on the connection that pulls them to one another, rather than their sexual chemistry. I loved every delightful moment, and even though I occasionally missed the sizzle, I believe this new series will not only please readers of this genre, but also some of the more seasoned romance readers like me.

“You keep talking about wanting to be normal. But I don’t get why you would want to be anything other than as extraordinary as you are.”

A great start to a new series in the New Adult genre. Bella Andre writes characters that attract your heart immediately. They are real and fun-to-know people. In her latest venture, Andre still serves up a great family-based storyline, brings on the heat, introduces wonderful new characters that feeds our need for romance as we meet the incredibly gorgeous and successful Morrison family.

Sean Morrison, along with his Dad, 3 brothers and 2 sisters make up a close-knit family who have lost their beloved wife and mother to cancer. As she continues writing this series, I hope that Bella finds a happily-ever-after for Dad Morrison as well as Sean’s other siblings.

We once again meet up with Serena Britten, who was first introduced to readers in “Just to Be With You,” from the Sullivan Series. You’ll remember that she was a young and successful supermodel chosen to audition for a part in a Smith Sullivan movie. She’s just arrived on campus at Stanford University trying to put modeling behind her and begin her college studies – much to the dismay of her overbearing and controlling mother.

Sean is the star baseball player and campus bad boy. He’s fighting demons of his own – trying to come to terms with the loss of his mom and regaining his passion for photography. He’s hiding himself in alcohol when he looks into the eyes of the girl who could help make his life complete. Sean is beyond his years in maturity in the way he befriends Serena and protects her. He honors her choices and goes about showing Serena a normal college experience. And, as Serena begins to trust Sean, their relationship blooms.

Sweet, tender, sensual and memorable. Another winner, with younger characters this go round, from Bella Andre along the lines of the Sullivan-family series.

This was a really great book. Serena Britten has been known as a famous model but she has always wanted to be "normal." Her mother always pushed her since she was 3 years old to be a model and then tried to get her to be an actress. Finally, Serena does something for herself, she applies to Stanford and gets in. One night she tries to be normal and not hide on campus and goes to a fraternity party where she meets Sean Morrison. Sean has been doing everything he can to become numb since his mother died from cancer. His mother was his greatest fan and he's been so unhappy since she passed. When he sees and is with Serena his pain goes away and he wants to continue that. But with Serena, Sean has to take things slow and let her get to know him.

Sean is really great and faced such a terrible thing. He's more than what he appears and he's so great with Serena. Serena has to learn to believe in herself and just understand that she has to do things for herself not for others.

Definitely worth reading. I'll be checking out the next book in the series.

Liked this the second time around. This was a re-read, but I barely remembered anything about it except for the h being a famous supermodel. It was a fun, fluffy, and adorable college romance with a little angst. Another one of those books that you read for mindless fun and relaxation. Sure, it can be boring at times, but I love those kinds of books!

“I’m going to college for me”

“Kiss Me Like This” Book #1 of Bella Andre’s “The Morrison’s” (New Adult Contemporary Romance) Series

What can I say I’m a huge fan of Bella Andre and her Sullivan series. When she started the Seattle Sullivan’s spin off I was totally stoked. It seemed like I just could not get enough of them. Then through her newsletter I learned she was doing a New Adult Contemporary Romance series “The Morrison’s” and I knew I just had to have them. If you’ve read The Sullivan’s and cried and laughed with them you will totally melt into “Kiss Me Like This” read. Trust me.

Serena Britten is featured in her Sullivan’s series along with her mother Genevieve who happens to be her Momager (Mom/Manager). Serena is a World Famous model and had been asked to audition for one of Smith Sullivan’s movies, which of course she got the part. For nineteen years Genevieve has been living vicariously through her daughter. She was extremely over protective and never let her date and actually never let her do much of anything normal girls would do. You see Genevieve’s hatred of men and her attitude that all men were scum was literally drilled into Serena. I got the distinct impression that Genevieve was bitter with the birth of her daughter since it was the end of her career or at least the end of the start of it. This vibe is made pretty clear from the start. So when Serena drops the college bomb on her mother you can only imagine the conversation and hostility coming from her mother. You see Serena submitted an application to Stanford University with her major in English. Her love of books was her passion. She loved libraries, she loved reading and she was hoping to start a new career in a field she was passionate about. For once in her life she wanted to live a normal life, away from runways and the paparazzi.

Once at Stanford Serena lived in the library studying. It was her safe haven. She walked around campus is sweats and a baggie sweat shirt, ball cap and sunglasses so she wouldn’t bring attention to herself. She wanted normal and to experience what all college freshman did. Little hard when you’re that famous. When Serena decided to start tasting “normal” by going to a Frat House party it turned out anything but normal. And here’s where the story really takes off.

Sean Morrison lives in this Frat House. He is one of six brothers and sisters, and is the top college baseball player in the country, and is hot as hell and has no problems with the lady’s. You might say he’s a player. But for the past three months he’s not been interested in anything except numbing his feelings after a tragic loss that he can’t seem to get over. While drinking with his buddies Sean felt his chest tightening up and knew he just had to get out of there. As he went charging for the door for his escape he stopped short in his tracks when he spotted Serena.

And this is where their love story begins, and what a love story it is. Both Serena and Sean have some pretty major issues to overcome. But when their worlds collide, and the attraction is electrifying and Sean falls head over heels for Serena, he’ll do anything to win her over. He’ll give her normal. As Serena and Sean get to know each other and fall deeper in love with each other you think oh this is perfect she’ll get her normal and she’ll get the love of her heart and soul. Then a sudden turn of events and the wicked Momager appears and drops the bomb. Smith Sullivan’s movie is back on track and Serena has a major decision to make. Does she follow her heart and her dreams or fulfill her obligation to Smith. Sean is just starting to come back to life since finding Serena and he can’t lose her. This part of the read is basically the moment of truth and a lot is revealed. Sean wishes his mother was around so she could give her words of wisdom. While out eating pizza Sean pulls a letter from his mother and hands it to Serena to read. Okay as I started reading Sean’s letter from his mother the words were so perfect and beautiful and almost like it was written for Serena also. I got half way through the letter and totally lost it. I had to stop reading because I couldn’t see the words. Finally after several deep breaths I made it through. Just make sure you have a box of tissues you’ll need it. This is where I stop. Does Serena choose Sean and her dream, or does she fulfil her obligation and promise Sean she’ll return. Does Serena get her forever with Sean or does she fall into her mother’s bullying trap and believe nothing will ever be normal for her? Will she ever get her mother’s love and approval or will she continue to be a business venture? You need to read the book to find out the answers. I can’t wait for her next release of this series. “Tempt me like This,” It’s Drew’s book, Sean’s rockstar brother. The Epilogue ended way too soon. Great job Bella 5* read for sure!!!

This was an incredible read. This is my second time reading this book, and I loved it. The story is the romance between a former supermodel, Serena Britten, and a star Stanford baseball player, Sean Morrison. This new adult novel is well-written and I loved the slow burn of the romance. Sean Morrison is a star baseball player, and he is smart. He has five siblings including a rock star brother. He is sexy, protective, and lovable. I fell in love with the way he treated Serena. He is definitely one of my book boyfriends. Serena is a girl after my own heart, a book lover. She is smart and full of adventure. I want to be her best friend so that I can talk about books with her. She used to be a model and decided to give it up to attend Stanford to pursue an English degree. Their chemistry was amazing. I felt their emotions and how much they loved each other. I cannot wait to see how Tempt Me Like This will turn out. Overall, an amazing read.

2015 Review
Bella Andre is now going into the new adult genre in this book. It made me feel the same impact as her series, The Sullivans. This is the first book of the Morrisons and Bella Andre does not disappoint. She makes me feel for her characters everytime. The storyline is a slow paced. I love that this book was told in alternating POVs because it means I got to learn more about how both characters see each other and themselves. The characters in this book are great. Sean was amazing. Serena was also good. They together were a really good couple. Together, they have some hot scenes. If you enjoy the Sullivans series, this is a sure winner for you.

This was a sweet story about two college students coming together and overcoming their pasts. Serena is a 19 year old "supermodel" who defies her single mother/momager's wishes and goes to college at Standford. She's always been a pleaser, but now she wants to do something for herself. While there she meets Sean, a baseball player from a big family. He loves photography but hasn't done anything but party and drown himself in booze since his mother died months before. They don't start off with the best of impressions, but slowly they work toward a relationship. Of course, things from each other's pasts and lives come out to sabotage them.

As sweet as this story was, it was almost overload. Where Serena was the quintessential Mary Sue who is not only gorgeous but smart funny and kind, Sean is overly protective and "Mr. Fix It" when Serena has the teeniest problem. It just got kind of nauseating after a while.

I'd definitely recommend this book, because I love me some Bella Andre, and this was a cute book overall.

This book was pretty good. I really liked how I first their relationship was very rocky and she couldn't tryst him but they slowly started to trust each other. I first Sean was a total jerk and a player but as the story went on I got to really like him! I think him and Serena are really cute together!! They are goals! Serena's mom was so mean like I get that she trying to watch out for her daughter but jeez let her do what she wants to not what u want her to. Overall this was a really good book!

1.5/5.

I'm so damn tired of reading the same old same old in NA books. The same insta love with no foundations, of the same drama overload, of the same lack of character build and depth and the same unresolved problems. I want to feel a connection, I want to read depth and detail!

Okay, I am being harsh, it wasn't the worst book I have ever read. However what I said above is true.

Loved it! All her life 19 year old supermodel, Serena, did exactly what she was told. Her mother guilted Serena into ignoring her own dreams in order to follow her mother's dream of Serena becoming an Oscar winning actress. Serena has had enough and enrolls in Stanford University where she has to grow up really fast as she is no longer under the watchful eyes of her mother. Serena meets Sean Morrison and falls in love for the first time. But Mama will do just about anything to put a stop to the "foolishness".

OMG!!! Such a sweet read! I loved this book. So light and fun.
The plot follows Serena Britten's journey from a world famous model to a Stanford student. Serena was a really admirable character. She left her glamorous modelling career to pursue something she is really passionate about, books.

Serena's mother was a model in her youth but her career was cut short due to Serena's birth. So her mother forced her dreams upon Serena without giving a second glance to her wishes. Serena never led a normal life. No boys, no dates, no school life.

So she decides to take matters into her own hands and starts applying to colleges. She gets accepted in Stanford on probationary period. Her mother flips out but Serena stands up for herself, packs her bags and is off to live her dream.

There she meets the male protagonist, Sean Morrison. Hottest guy in the campus, with a reputation for being a player. He is struggling with a devastating incident and Serena quickly becomes his only reprieve from the pain. I just loved him. He was sweet, considerate and sexy at the same time.

"I love your daughter exactly as she is," Sean said. "And so should you."
He even stands up for her and tries to reason with her mother. How amazing is that?!!

"One day when we're old and gray," he said with a grin, "it will be the perfect first date story."

"If you need me for any reason, I want you to know that I'll drop everything for you."

Romance lovers out there! Go read this book!

"Kiss Me Like This" by Belle Andre...

"Sean Morrison, one of six siblings and the top college baseball player in the country, is reeling from a heartbreakingly painful loss. Nothing seems to matter anymore...until the night Serena Britten unexpectedly ends up in his arms.

Serena is a world-famous model who has only ever wanted to be normal, even though her mother has always pushed her to become a superstar. Though it isn't easy to try to leave everyone and everything she knows behind, Serena is determined to enroll in college. More than anything, she wants to turn her love for books into a new career that she actually loves. Only, she never expected to meet someone like Sean on campus—or to be instantly consumed by their incredible chemistry and connection.

But when the pressures of her high-profile modeling career only get bigger and more demanding, will it make living a normal life as a college student—and falling in love with the hottest guy on campus—impossible?"

What I loved from this novel..

I will say this author has done it again...what a marvelous read that I can only say not since this authors 'The Sullivan's, and now we have 'The Morrison's. This is the first series of the Morrison's novels by this author. We have Michael(Dad), Lisa (Mom), Grant, Drew, Justin, Sean (brothers), Olivia, & Madison (sisters). The first series..."Kiss Me Like was a contemporary romance that featured Sean Morrison and Serena Britten. The storyline was simply sweet, so sexy with these two people actually finding each other and those 'sweet kisses.'

Here is a little bit from an excerpt from "Kiss Me Like This"....

"Serena was tall enough that his mouth was right in front of hers when she tilted up her face to look at him. She could feel her breath coming faster, and his heartbeat picking up against her hand where it rested over his chest.

“Maybe,” Sean's gaze dropped from her eyes to her mouth, “you should kiss me.”

Serena surprised them both by not hesitating at all before softly pressing her lips against his. Heat instantly enveloped her, both from his hands tightening on her waist and the sparks that crackled from just one sweet kiss.

"Again.”

His request was deep and hungry. And it was her own hunger for him―and pure feminine instinct―that sent her hands up from his chest to twine around his neck. Her mouth had barely touched his again when his lips came crashing down onto hers."

What I loved from this read....

How this author was able to bring this all together was sheer magic as she has done in her previous novels. We find Sean was a top notched college baseball player who was truly hurting from the painful loss of his mother and Serena had been a top notched world famous model, however, she wanted more in her life...wanting to turn her life complete away from modeling and go to college possibly to become a ......? How will all of this turn out? Well, you will have to pick up the excellent read to find out because I don't want to give to much away. I loved how it was all brought out to the reader by this author and also I loved hearing from 'The Sullivans' (Smith & Valentina) again in this series. I found the characters all well developed, real, well portrayed and believable. Most all were even likeable, however, their were a few I didn't care for. However, all in all this was a very memorable, charming, sweet, and engaging romantic read that will keep your attention from the start to the finish. With that all that is left is for us to wait on this author's next series ... 'Tempt Me Like This' and it's about Drew Morrison and Ashley Emmit's story. Would I recommend "Kiss Me Like This"....YES! If you love a good romance you have come to the right place to start at this series.

Note for Sullivan fans: Serena made an appearance in Just To Be With You (Ian's story) and Smith Sullivan from Come A Little Bit Closer makes an appearance in KISS ME LIKE THIS, too!

Another winner by Bella. This is a great new series and I was very lucky to be given an advanced copy for an honest review. Thank you Bella for asking me and trusting me to give you an honest review. I really do appreciate it.

In this book we meet Sean Morrison. All start baseball player for Stanford. He is one of six children. He meets Serena Britten the new girl on campus at a frat party. He has no idea who she is other than she is the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. He has no idea the girl he is trying to pick up is the Serena Britten the famous model and soon to be actress in Smith Sullivan's movie. We also get to see Serena's over bearing mom. Never liked her when I first met her and really hated her in this book. Maybe she can redeem herself but she needs to really change for that to happen.

Serena just wants to be normal and do what normal girls and kids her age do. Go to College. She wants to live in the dorm, go to class and learn. She loves to read and loves to learn. She wants a college education and wants to something with her life other than model. She not only has to prove to her mom and the school that she can do it, but she has to prove to herself and the world that she is just not a pretty face. She has many obstacles to overcome including her overbearing mother.

This really is a love story. It is a coming of age story. It is about finding trust and love in another. It is about realizing ones self confidence. It is about standing up for love, self respect and what one really wants. No matter what the cost.

Serena realizes not everyone is out to harm her and post pictures on the internet or want to be friends because of who she is. She starts to realize she can trust and let people in and love them and in turn they will trust and love her back. The relationship she forms with not only Sean but her roommate Abi is just wonderful to read.

Sean was amazing and a good friend to Serena. He was gentle and kind and warm and loving. He saw her for who she really was and not the face on the cover of the magazines.

We get to meet all 6 Morrison Siblings in this book. I am already looking froward to Drew's Story and many more of the Morrison's and I am sure we will meet many cousins. So there will be many more books to come. Bella has another hit on her hands. This really was a wonderful book. The emotion and the roller coaster ride she took us on was great. I actually cried at a few parts.

I think anyone who has read Bella's Sullivan series will love this series as well. It is a must read

I finish Kiss Me Like This and all I can feel is love! first of all I would like to say that this review is free of spoilers, so everyone who read this, and then go read the book can be able to discover and fall in love with the characters page by page. It was such an honor for me to receive the ARC and be able to read this amazing book before it was released! I always have been a huge fan of Bella Andre, she is an awesome author responsible for so many successful books (I love and read all of them) and above all of this she is so humble, she is so cute with us and so thoughtful, finding new ways to give us special an entertaining things :-)
I didn't thought I would love another characters as much as I love The Sullivans, but Sean prove me wrong. This new serie has a differential, the age. Both Sean and Serena are young and in some levels inexperienced, but none of the obstacles were enough to make them stop fighting for their dreams or loving each other. What I loved the most about this book was the fact that we could watch how Sean and serena were taking the time to know each other before really jump on each others arms, I think that this kind of love, which is built brick by brick and not that ravishing and crazy fire is more real and give us the oportunity to taste more every step they take before finaly get together.
I also loved how Bella explored the whole situation, two really young people discovering and learning about what is and how works relationships. From the beggining I already was captivated by The Morrisons, and now i can tell that I have another family to love. I'm looking foward to Drew's story! Bella wrote so many perfect books, and this leaves us with high expectations, but the fact is that she not just NEVER let us down, but exceeds all our expectations by giving another piece of gold like Kiss Me Like This.
Its no surprise that Bella Andre nailed it on her new serie, I can feel in the air the smell of another gold mine like The sullivans. I super recomend this book and I hope that everybody who read this review feel as much joy, pleasure and cry, laught, sigh and fall in love as i did ♥♥♥♥♥♥
PS Kiss Me Like This is definitely a must read book for this year

I received an ARC in return for an honest review:

Warning: some spoilers ahead, spoilerphobes look away!

Kiss Me Like This had me in tears from the start, the contrast to the first Sullivan books which for those who have yet to start Bella’s books, is another series that Bella had and is still writing in terms of the Morrison’s losing their mother whilst the Sullivan’s lost their father in the beginning too. The contrast and the difference made me tear up. I love Serena’s determination to follow her dreams, she is literally a role model for so many people who have been living other people’s dreams for so long and well in Serena’s case, living her mothers dreams rather than her own. Sean then enters Serena’s life and turns it upside down. He is the sweetest hero ever! The first time he meets her at the party and just has to take in her into his arms to kiss her, had me all gooey straightaway. They had an instant connection.

The dates and the time that Sean gives to Serena in order to make her feel comfortable with the pace of the relationship is perfect, me likey! We get to meet the Morrison’s at the same time as Serena and you get a feel for the dynamic which I love, I am thinking Drew’s book will be awesome!!!!!!!!

Sean clearly falls for Serena early on in the book but Serena in my eyes takes a bit longer but the way that she stood up to her mother had me cheering her on. She makes a move to live her own life.

He refuses to let her put herself down, they both have a connection with each other and the scene where they are reading Sean’s mother last letter to him had me in tears. There are some very emotional scenes in this book but Bella just makes me fall in love with yet another amazing hero!

There is a part in the story where she realises that she has the full support of the Morrison’s and the Sullivan’s which had me smiling inside because I love the connection between the two series, such an intricate world that Bella has made for all of us to watch and enjoy in every way possible.

I am so so looking forward to reading more of the Morrison’s as well as the Sullivans’s. If there is anyone who has yet to delve into Bella’s reading world, I recommend you do, you will not be disappointed!

***Received this as an ARC from Bella***

Seth Morrison is drowning in his grief from a heartbreaking loss. He does whatever it takes to be completely numb to the pain. Nothing matters to him anymore. Until he finds Serena at one his frat house's party.

Serena Britten is a famous model and is tired of it. All she has ever wanted was to be normal. Now she is finally taking her life into her own hands and going after what she wants to do. Serena is going to college. She is very determined to succeed and turn her love of books into a career.
Serena just never expected to meet someone like Sean and have a deep connection with him. So she tries to keep her distance from him but he is very determined to go after her and be in her life.
Sean wants Serena in his life and will do everything he can to do so and to make sure she succeeds in college and is happy.
Of course there is trouble from her mother and possible movie she will star in.
Now Serena has to make a choice, give up everything she has ever wanted including Sean to go forth with her career or bow out of it and stay in college to get what she has wanted, be with Sean and finally be happy with her choices.

Serena is finally happy.

Kiss Me Like This was incredible. From the very beginning my attention was captured with the characters and the story line. Sean and Serena's story was sweet, romantic and sexy. I love these kinds stories, two people finding love for the first time, determined to go after what they want in life and not letting other people make choices for them. Bella Andre did such an fantastic job as always with this new series and giving her readers new characters to fall in love with. I am really looking forward to reading Drew and Ashley's book Tempt Me Like This, can't wait.

Keep up the great work, Bella. :)

I absolutely love diving head first into a new Bella Andre book. I am so excited to read the next book in this series. I am already in love with the Morrisons, and this is only the first book.

I fell in love with Serena right away. "Again his smile flashed, but a moment later it was gone. That was when she belatedly realized that neither smile had reached his eyes . And when she looked more closely into the green depths, the twisted-up torment she saw in them had her instinctively raising her hand to his cheek. " "Whatever happened," she said softly, so close to his lips that she could almost taste them, "I'm sorry." That was just so sweet.

We first met Serena in the Sullivans, so I was excited to read her story. Her mom was a serious b*t*h. Serena gave up modeling because she wanted to go the college. Her mom tryed to hold her back because she wanted her to live the life that she wish she had.

I love reading books about big families. I am excited to read about the Morrison clan! Sean is a really sweetie. The Little bit we got to see about the rest of his family was fun. I am excited to read the book about his twin.

As you may no this is a new adult book. Like most new adult books the book takes place at a college. I really love new adult books, and this one was perfect. The characters were caring and sweet, and the romance was off the charts. Bella Andre really hit the ball out of the park on this one, and I want more.

I am a huge Bella fan, so of course I will be waiting on the edge of my seat for the next one! If you have never read a Bella Andre book, now is your chance.

Sweet, sensual, funny and heartbreakingly sad at times, Kiss Me Like This is impossible to put down.

Bella Andre’s first NA novel it’s a wonderful read and a breath of fresh air. I love that for a couple of hours I wasn’t in my room reading a book, but thousands of miles away, on a college campus watching this story unfold.

This is what I like best about Ms. Andre, the way she pulls you into the characters’ lives, into their family and holds you tight. I honestly can say that nobody does it better. She creates such unique and strong characters. They’re not perfect, but they’re larger than life, and you can’t help but love them, flaws and all.

I adore Serena and Sean. They’re perfect for each other and have great chemistry. A world-famous model, Serena has lead a sheltered life and she lacks the normal, everyday experiences other girls her age have. Sean is a star athlete that comes from a tight knit family, a family that was struck by tragedy when his mother died. Although Serena took the first step towards a normal life, they’re both still stuck and they need each other to move forward.

I love the emphasis Ms. Andre puts on family. The Morrison’s are great and I can hardly wait for the next book.

This book got ALL the young/first love feels right! I don’t know how writers do it, but many romance writers, Bella Andre included, hit it out of the park.

I would have given this five stars, but the ending where everything tied together perfectly completely came off as fake. You are already asking me to buy in to the romance/love, don’t ask me to suspend disbelief re: the mother/daughter relationship, the movie star/director not pissed his leading lady backed out two weeks before filming, powerful people helping to get the scummy English professor booted off of campus and the re-do on the failed class presentation so Serena wouldn’t have to leave school, etc. and it ALL happened in the last 10-15% of the book, making it feel VERY rushed.

So, while not perfect, enjoyable enough to want to read the next one in the series. I want to see how that storyline plays out and if she can keep the young/first love feels going.

4, how do they get the feelings just right, stars!

DNF but its not like it matters. If you read one of Bella Andre's books you've read them all. Which is why I feel like I am qualified to rate this a 2 stars. Serena was just way too naive to me. Maybe if she was home schooled her whole life, I would be able to believe that she is that naive, but for a super model I'm calling BS. Sure her mom hovers, but if she wants to propel in the modeling world, she would have had to mingle with people at parties etc etc. She act like she didn't have the slightest clue on what was going on in the world when it came to boys. If your a swimsuit/ lingerie model you should at least have an idea of your environment (not saying you have to participate in drugs, sex, and alcohol).
Anyway I'm going to stop ranting. Sean didn't seem bad but it's not enough to save this book from getting 3 stars.
