I had a keen interest in Pilates. It seems to be the rage at keeping fit at the moment. This book seemed appropriate to teach me the basics of Pilates.
I was right.
This is exactly what every beginner needs to get exercising and keeping fit. It will leave you feeling renewed. Well, that's how I feel after.
Step by step instructions, with proper photos assisting you in your Pilates.
I'm not going to lie to you and tell you it's a piece of cake, it's not! But the end prize of being healthy and fit is worth the tough work to get there.
Anything in life, you get what you put in, and Pilates is no different. If you're a scaredy-cat like me, to go to the class and work out with a bunch of strangers, then this book is perfect for you too!

There appear to be a lot of great exercises in this book. It seemed like a good idea, but unfortunately as a stroke survivor, I just don't have this kind of fexibility anymore. I wasn't super flexible before, but for sure not now. Maybe someday I can try it again.
