The London Observer calls this memoir "a compulsively readable account" of Seymour's career with the Royal Ballet. It gives a "vivid picture of a lovable, vulnerable woman who has paid a heavy price for her outstanding gifts as a dancer." The Times of London describes it as a "courageous book that should be read by everyone interested in dance."
