The guys and girls of GMB are great, but this book was a little disappointing. Not too much that isn't already up on their website, and of course since it's an ebook it doesn't include any of the videos that are so essential for movement explanations. Perhaps it was my expectation. Nonetheless, this is a useful guide, but you're probably better of following it over on their website.
