This is aimed at medical students, but rather deceptively has 'high-yield' paragraphs that contain quite alot of info that can help you blag your way out of trouble at a more senior level.

There are some easy to memorise summaries on all the major orthopaedic problems and makes attacking a proper text a little easier.
