Really enjoyed it! Combination of technical, theoretical, and practical explanations of the causes and solutions to public policy issues. Rather enjoyed how each chapter presented the social problem with concrete examples, talked about the textbook economic solution, tore the textbook solution to shreds, and then presented a menu of options with their pros and cons.
