He didn’t think there could be anything worse than going to the wedding of the one who got away. Then he saw HIM.

Kace recently reconnected with the one man he’s ever loved. He’s too late to be more than friends, but he’ll take it. Of course, going to the guy’s wedding kind of sucks. But the last thing he sees coming is someone trying to set him up with a very familiar face—the man he hires on a regular basis to cuddle with him.

It’s obvious Kace can’t be more mortified by seeing Jamison outside of their appointments. Jamison tries his best to best to put Kace at ease. Things don’t go well. From there, every encounter is a rollercoaster of surprises. While Jamison can’t wait to see what happens next, he never saw his past coming back to haunt him. Now Kace might be the only good thing that ever happens to him again.

Exposed is the seventh book in Charity Parkerson’s Atlantic City’s Most Wanted series. These are sexy and sometimes dark stories where the richest and most dangerous men in Atlantic City meet their match. These are best enjoyed when read in order.

This was a pretty smooth falling in love story of two men ready to find the one they want to keep forever. An easy flowing, low angst book

*I strongly feel that to really enjoy Charity Parkerson's series you should wait and read them together (back to back) because information gets forgotten from one book to the next and the mood evaporates with time. These cannot be read as stand alone books, they really miss the mark and a new reader would not know who is who and would not get vital information of the world in which these stories take place.

I loved this book. But I haven't had enough coffee to write a coherent review. So just read the book. And the series. And everything else she's written.

This is a story about Kace, a man going through a painful experience, and Jamison, his professional cuddle partner, whose private arrangement is abruptly exposed in public. Kace is already dreading attending the wedding of the man he still loves. The situation becomes mortifying when he runs into Jamison, whom he regularly hires for cuddling sessions, and realizes someone is trying to set them up. While Kace is embarrassed by the public exposure, Jamison is intrigued by the shift in their relationship and tries to put Kace at ease. Their new connection quickly becomes a "rollercoaster of surprises," but Jamison's past catches up to him, leading him to fear that Kace might be the only good thing left in his life.

I loved this story with the two men who met thanks to Jamison's unusual occupation. I liked that they cared for each other via the preparation of food as their sexual relationship was not a good enough basis for a long future together. I also liked that Jamison's PTSD was not minimised. There were emotions and feelings in this story which were easy to feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.

‘scientific studies show that cuddling lowers stress’ – a fascinating romance novel

Expanding her dramatic and entertaining Atlantic City’s Most Wanted series – RUINED, CAPTIVATED, DEMENTED, ENSLAVED, DUPED, TWICE THE PROBLEMS, SINGLE GREATEST THREAT, and now EXPOSED, Charity Parkerson continues to create characters who, despite being opposites, eventually bond…with heat! This time ‘round, the principle men are Kace and Jamison in one of Charity’s best ‘friends to lovers’ romances yet. How these two find each other is a history full of ups and downs – but ultimately satisfying! The keen manner in which Charity paints her characters is evident as the story opens: ‘Did you know my nephew gets paid to cuddle people for a living?” Everyone has a God-given talent, whether or not they realize it. Jamison just happened to be born cuddly, compassionate, and completely shameless. It was the perfect combination to his profession…Unfortunately, Dr. Kace Brightly looked downright horrified, and Jamison had no clue how to salvage the situation…’ From that intro on is an intense but entertaining ride – another Charity Parkerson winner!
