I was pleasantly surprised

I don't do split but I will say this, if you are a fan of BWWM romance first start following Kimberly Smith, second read this book. Once you get hooked then start reading all.of her books.

I loved both characters, neither were looking for love and love found them.
I'm about to get into the next book.

I was doing a good job being open minded about Kindle Unlimited books, and for a while I was on a pretty good KU run, but sometimes stereotypes are true, and Taming the Lonesome Cowboy is a good example of that. Really I blame myself because I should’ve known. The name is silly (okay). The cover looks like it could be **, and the title is one of those that gives more description for SEO purposes. Any (well 2/3) of those on their own could be fine but foolishly, I ignored the trifecta of trash.

I think if i hadn’t *just* read a book that had undeveloped characters who fall in love???? too quickly I may have had a little more grace for this story, but as it’s written, it’s just not appealing. No tension, no reasons, just random unexplained “I love her.” “I love him.”

Finally, there’s way too many perspectives in this story and people with too similar of names. Okay I’m done.

I was hooked

The only thing I didn't like about this book was the main character 's name, LaRiah, I just kinda gave up on trying to read it. The story as a whole was incredible. Wyatt was very likable his story was heartbreaking so I was glad Fish was sensible and didn't do the usual running away. Great job Ms Smith now I have to find Luke's story. I will certainly be reading more of your work if is an example of your writing skills.

This was an amazing book. First time reading this author and now I'm invested into the series. I love that the romance is actually romance. It builds upon tender moments and has just the right amount of spice. I really enjoy it. I felt like I was there on the ranch.

I normally don’t read romantic novels but this and the other books in this series has something special. It tells the story of how two people find themselves in a relationship that can’t be put into words. Lost in their own world and blissfully happy. Too bad this shows up more in print than the 3D world we’re in.

This is giving Harlequin romance. I maybe wrong but when first introduced Lariyah had braids then she didn't. This story had all of the elements but it still didn't land well. Storyline and plot was there but something was missing. The chemistry between Wyatt and Lariyah was ok. Not a bad book but not one of the best.

This story was really interesting, learning about Wyatt and LaRiah how they fell in love so fast. Wyatt's past is a sad one but meeting and falling in love with LaRiah was what he needed. It going to be interesting when her sister gets there.
