My spoilers are very ahh crass.
If I had to sum up all of these stories with a sentence it would be;
HUNTED BY THE BEAST – By Cerys du Lys
Everyone likes a good story. Especially if it thrusts ones mindset to a place of much more innocence. That place being childhood fairy-tales. Tales encompassing the grit that comes with hardships, even the lewd insinuations, hardly understood by the young they were written for. This is such a tale. For the exception of the hinting, it is much more explicit to say the least.
TOO PERFECT – By J.M. Keep
This is a story of love, in its truest sense.
A corrupt society, breeds an innocent boy. This innocent falls in love. His father out of love, procures love. And then proceeds to his son's affections. In the sons innocence, he finds what only Too perfect indeed. Ignorance is bliss would be the moral of this tale.
Brilliantly done.
A HEAVEN OF HELL – By A.Vivian Vane
I am not much into but one doesn't have to be in order to enjoy this I am not sure is accurate, as I think one would never let Or was she privy, and welcoming? I think it can go either way. All part of the allure, in my humble opinion.

A unique world, an interesting read. Could easily have more adventures. Was surprised to learn Soraya is a

Who doesn't like Orc sex?

I probably don't have to say more. Yet, I will. It is a shame that this was a short. I would have liked very much to witness more between these two. Even the 'crew' that delivered the box, intrigued me. It hints at so much more.
ADRIFT IN THE EMPEROR'S HALLS - By P.B. Tae
It has been awhile since I had to look up a word.
Treacle; a British term for molasses ~ cloying sentimentality or flattery.
It reads at times, like the author used a thesaurus-a lot.
Maybe it is just a cultural thing?
It did read a little stiffly, for me , but I admit to being a bit miffed that I didn't know a word.

So what does it say about me when the first part of this story, had me imagining, that Aenaena was some how stuck in a vagina? Like an upside down giant's vagina with a clear speculum inserted keeping it gaping, to account for the light source.
Well this seemed a likely possibility, until she went down a tunnel that appeared to have it's own light source. I thought maybe this author played 'Vanilla WOW', and might have got inspiration from Temple of Ahn'Qiraj (AQ40).

I didn’t get my hopes up coming into this anthology, but holy crap, these dark fantasy erotica stories were GOOD. A good variety of kinks and settings in things, from traditional fantasy fare to more modern and Lovecraftian.
The darkness varied nicely too. It delivers what you’d expect from dark erotica, including lots of situations with less than present consent, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the dark twists/endings in a few stories.
Excellent anthology without a dud story in it.

A lot dark, a lot sexy, and very intriguing. Not for the faint of heart.
Hunted by the Beast by Cerys du Lys - I liked this one. Dark, sexy, and with a heroine who isn't ashamed of using sex to get what she wants. Or needs. She's just not ashamed of sex. I like that in characters. I like that a lot.
Too Perfect by J.M. Keep - A wonderfully creepy, dark look at love and engineered lust in the future. I liked the divide between Andrea's and Rick's thoughts as their tryst progresses. She's bent on serving, he's looking for the bright girl he once knew.
A Heaven of Hell by A. Vivian Vane -Whoa. Holy hot angels, Batman. I'm totally down with this dirty, sexy, smoldering tale of one angel trying to bring a Fallen back into the fold.

where to start? First I was offered this book for an honest opinon. Let me begin with a warning that this book is dark and is not for everyone. Each author offers up a dark, delicious, tale ranging from an adult version of beauty & the beast, angelic persuasion of the kinky kind, BDSM.,programming, slavery and more. Each author has a unique talent in pulling you into a black hole of oblivion with some of the darkest tales I've ever read. Although in one gender was a conundrum to me yet i found myself unable to stop reading. Overall I would recommend but only to those who are not easily offended by a tale or two that some would find disturbing or offensives. The title accurately describes the contents of this material. This is a unique genre of stories and one that I found myself bewitched by.

An amazing collection of dark erotica, like a buffet of exotic and eclectic tastes. From a pseudo-Lovecraftian tale to a twisted dystopian tale of a future where women are robbed of their identity and programmed as sex slaves. There's cheap thrills and poignant storytelling, there's something for all tastes, but I enjoyed them all.

March 5, 2018Nobody read this. It's not formatted, which just means the publisher was lazy. It's also a little rapey. It's stupid and unedited, so there are typos. These fucking erotica writers need to seriously do better. It gets negative 5 stars from me.
