“Addison.” Gavin’s voice was low and powerful, molding the sound of her name like a work of art in its tender tones. His hand had reached for her, but she pulled it away, snapping it from his grasp as if from fire.

“Stop saying my name like that.”

“Like What?” Gavin said, his voice still milky soft.

“Like that! I can’t think,” she confessed. “My brain gets all fuzzy when I’m around you and can’t think.”

She sighed then went on, “I don’t know what you think.”

Addison Makenzie was the girl next door. Gavin James was her brother’s best friend. Reconnecting after a mutual tragedy, the two discover love letters that will change the course of their lives.

From author B.E. Brown The Love Letters is a moving Christian romance centered on the questions that plague us all about the paths our lives take and what God’s plan is for us.

I have read all 4 of B.E. Brown's books and this is my favorite...so far. But only by a very small margin. In all of her books, the characters, and their struggles, are believable. The romances are intense but clean. Dialogue is filled with raw emotions and wisdom. Unexpected plot twists always catch you off-guard. If you read her first book, "In the Absence of Light", this book is 180 degrees from that. If you haven't read it, you must. You won't be disappointed.

Addison and Gavin love each at first sight. Gavin becomes Jordan's (Addison's brother)best friend. This makes thing complicated for sure. Neither admits their attraction and life moves on. Then tragedy strikes and faith is tested. Great read, recommend to all.
