While I'm lucky enough to not suffer from inflammatory issues, I'm also smart enough to know that eating a healthy diet and keeping things like inflammation at bay are always a good idea. So, this cookbook was an immediate draw for me.
This is more than just a cookbook, however. It's full of good information and advice on how to slowly change the way you eat and cook. There are also helpful conversion charts at the end, something I always appreciate in a cookbook, as well as a full thirty day meal plan to help you ease your way into a new way of eating.
As for the recipes, there's definitely something for every taste! Divided up into the usual sections, you get ideas for every meal, plus snacks and desserts, a definite plus. There's also a section dedicated to vegetarian recipes, most of which are easily made vegan with a couple of small changes. That last part is also important to me as one of my kids is vegan and having something I can feed us all with is always welcome.
I bookmarked several recipes that I hope to try out in the coming weeks. Cooking is one of my favorite past times, and being able to feed myself and my kids healthy, hearty meals is always at the front of my mind. Whether you have issues with inflammation or not, this is a helpful and handy book to have on hand.

The Ultimate Anti-Inflammatory Diet Cookbook for Beginners by Sofia Michael is an excellent cookbook. There are so many great healthy recipes inside. As a family we have several of the recipes and these are our favorites so far Almond Flour Blueberry Muffins, Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken Breasts and Ginger Spiced Baked Apples. This is a great cookbook for anyone wanting to eat healthier.
