Just as advertised
This book is chock full of ways to overcome the negative thinking we hold in ourselves. It is full of strategies to overcome that by giving positive prompts and ways to see things in a different light. I like the way the author does not speak down to the reader to get the reader to see what their faults in these areas are. I believe anyone who reads this will lead a happier life.
