Sweet😍
This was such a sweet story. Cairo and Huntley were cute as pie together. The communication in this book was top tier. There were no misunderstandings, no misrepresentations of feelings; this was really just a sweet romance between two people finding each other again and exploring a love that could be. Cairo! What a man! The way he acknowledged his past mistakes in dating and dedicated himself to doing better was swoonworthy. He saw Huntley and immediately came for her, and correctly! I loved it.

Mr. Goode Stuff 😏😍😏
Cairo has had a thing for Huntley since high school. A chance meeting now that she's moved back to town puts a battery in his back and he is determined to make her his.
This book was hot and heavy but also thoughtful and romantic. There was such open communication between Cairo and Huntley. They both wanted this relationship and worked to ensure it was a healthy one. When Cairo's ex and mother of his son tried to pull rank, Cairo was quick to put her in her place... respectfully of course.
All in all a great read.

Cairo and Hunni!!
This book was pure romance with very little drama. Cairo and Hunni had known each other since high school but never dated. I was glad that Cairo recognized that he wasn't ready to date Hunni back then and allowed her to grow. Cairo also knew that he needed to mature himself and change his outlook on life. When Cairo sees Hunni again after she moves back home, he knew it was time to go after his woman. Hunni was leery of becoming involved with Cairo but eventually realized that he was serious about being in a committed relationship. I wanted to lay hands on Cairo's baby mama when she started acting out of pocket. She was truly doing too much when she found out about Cairo and Hunni, and she got what she deserved at the birthday party for Cairo's son, Kyron. Kyron was a cutie-pie, and he loved himself some Hunni. I loved all of the siblings in the book and all of their interactions. Their banter, chemistry, romantic moments and passion made this a book that I thoroughly enjoyed. Great job!!

The Epilouge Was The Best Part
First the "I'm too pretty and I hate it" angle was a different type of weird and made it hard for me to fully take Huntley seriously. Then the flow of their rekindled friendship turned relationship seemed off. Although Cairo was good at showing up and listening to Hunni and handling her needs, after weeks of unprotected sex everywhere including her place of business, I was flabbergasted that she had never even been to that man's house. Then after dealing with childish BS with a BM that he should have long ago put in her place, he tells Hunni that he will chase her wherever she runs but then in the next sentence he essentially threatens to leave her if she doesn't answer his calls or ignores him. He was a walking contradiction. Nothing about this story gave 5 Star or Couples Goals. At best, each of them had a few good qualities, including both being successful and coming from good families and the epilouge was sweet but the sum total of their storyline didn't make me feel anything else for them.

Nice lazy day read
This was a cookie cutter cute type of story, nothing really happened so it could come off as boring if you are looking for a little zing. Even the favored color palette of everyone which was surprisingly talked about quite a bit was boring. Everybody liked only white or black, even talking about other colors seemed to give them anxiety. Hunni and Cairo were a cute couple, though I feel he could have gotten a better handle on the BM situation since they hadn't been together for years, but I guess that little bit of drama was the author adding zing to the story though it only lasted for a moment. Nice lazy day read, would I read it again, nope, I will probably forget all about it once this review is done.

This love story will definitely have you swooning..
I have to say this is the most realistic representation of a relationship I have read in a long time. Besides them being wealthy of course. Everything wasn't super rushed or full of drama. It was full of transparency, effective communication, learning one another and respecting one another. I was iffy on how it would go but by the third chapter I was deep in!! I swear this is the kind of relationship I yearn for if God blesses me with it! Yes, I know the story is fictional but the solid foundation of this couple is what a true relationship is and should be

Hmmm, as depicted overtly in the iconic 80’s film “School Daze” by filmmaker Spike Lee, sadly colorizism is still a prevalent & pervasive issue within the (our) African America families and or communities. Nevertheless, I needed the vibe, energy, and enthusiasm of this feel good ole school type of romance love story🥰‼️Hunni & Boobie were cute in their schooled daze haze. …you remember (young love🤭), when guy’s were the pursuer, met her family, he planned little dates just to see her smile, listen to music together & become her knight in shining armor etc. Likewise “Good Stuff” was a good read to cleanse the proverbial literary pallet🤷🏾♀️🤭.

Great Read
A beautiful loved story! Young adults well established and finding love with one another! If you enjoy a love story that shows love, respect, integrity, strength and vulnerability in each if the characters, then this is a book for you! There were some challenges for Cairo and Huntley, however they faced them in a mature manner and both had strong family support! The epilogue was beautiful as well!

I love Tracy Gray. Her pen is fire, as the young folks say. I anticipate a new work from her with bated breath. Sometimes, I will get her book and delay reading it, so that when I do read it, my heart will be happier, at having held on to it. I love her work,.whether it's the basketball line, or the Watson girls line. I love all of it. I read a LOT, and she is definitely in my top 5. M. Monique, Edwina Fort, Tracy Gray: In no order, are my top 3, without question.

Sometimes people feel like they are not being seen for who they are inside
You can be pretty or not so pretty on the outside but beautiful on the inside

Wow!
I've never read anything by author before, but I am impressed! This book was nothing short of amazing, giving all the feels, taking you through every emotion that Huntley and Cairo went through. And although the ending was perfect, I wanted more pages. I am so glad I read this book!

Tracy Gray , just as this story was a joy for you to write, it was a joy for me to read. I'm absolutely in love with Cario Goode. I love a flawed man who knows how to grow and become a better man. He loved Huntley with everything. As he said, "you are my heart walking around outside my body.".

This was my first time reading a book from this author, and it did not disappoint. Cairo and Huntlys story is full of love, understanding, and communication. I loved that both of them have present and happy parents. Little to no drama, just two regular people finding love and honoring it. I definitely will be ready more from Tracy Grey.

Very Goode Stuff
This book was exactly what I needed. I loved Huntley and Cairo. Such a great match. The supporting cast just added to the story and Kyron was such a little cutie. Now I have to go back, because I feel there are stories from some of the other couples that I would love to know.
