Curse rarely deals with complicated women. Chaos Bleeds is the only place where his loyalty lies. He loves women and he certainly loves to give them a good time. Nothing was ever going to change him or force him to want anything more than what he had—then he met Mia and everything changed.
Mia cannot think about the future. Between caring for her mother and trying to take care of all of her medical bills, she doesn’t have time for anyone else. Her past holds her back. She did something awful to protect her friend but she doesn’t know how long she can handle Curse’s seduction and keep away.
He will not take no for an answer and is determined to claim this complicated woman for his own. When Mia is attacked and Curse kills the man to protect her, they have no choice but to rely on each other. However, this kill is about to set off a turn of events that’s going to land Chaos Bleeds in further trouble.
Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound. She loved creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.
This was a 2.5 stars for me. The biggest issue I had was that it was way too rushed. Basically, they come across each, have sex, and have a little bit of hesitation on the herione's part..then...WOW!!! They fall in love. Now, from past books I KNOW that the author can write a story way better than this, and because of that I am very disappointed. It almost felt as this was a filler story for the series. Not sure if that makes sense but; more that it was just put in there for the sake of Curse finding an old lady..and then we will move on to bigger and better things later. In saying that, I look forward to the next book which is Pussy and Sasha's. Sasha is blind, and I do believe that is a book that has some huge potential! My fingers are crossed that it will be way more fulfilling than Curse's Claim was. I will continue with this series, but honestly; if the books continue to be like this one; I will be saying good bye very quickly..
Curse, a member of MC Club "Chaos Bleed" has been obsessing about the waitress Mia for a long time. She is best friends with the club whore Ashley, and despite being in need of money, she does not pay him any attention, until he offers her a no-commitment-fucking-against-the-wall. Mia has gone through a lot. Her tragic past which she shares with Ashley, her dipshit daddy issues and taking care of her invalid mother- all force her to work multiple jobs to make ends meet. She has no time for men, especially for a club manwhore like Curse. But he does not seem to be accepting her refusals! When he offers her a one off fuck, she hornily agrees, believing he would leave her alone after it. But she never expects Curse to get obsessed with her, and vow not to let her go..
Very intriguing and HOT read with super smoking sex scenes, loads of drama, action, angst, kink and HEA. If you don't mind MC club behavior, violence, some relentless promiscuous behavior, a heroine ready to make her bff fuck the hero so he gets off her back- then you definitely won't mind this read.
Exciting and Engaging! This was another rough, raw and edgy story on the Chaos Bleeds Motorcycle club and I loved it!! From book 2, Ripper's Torment, Curse (Chaos Bleeds member) is very attracted to Mia (Waitress, BFF to Ashley) and Mia has no clue. Mia's only focus is working and taking care of her sick mother. Curse wants Mia under him and will not take no for an answer.
As with all of the couples in this series, Curse and Mia were smoking hot! From their first encounter together, they were electric. Mia was protecting a big secret and refused to have any type of relationship with a man. Since Curse is Chaos Bleeds, he was not having any of that. He made his intentions known and would not back away from Mia. If she tried to push him away, he pulled her closer. Curse was a hardcore alpha-alpha male and I loved him for it!!! Curse was all about the control and domination of Mia. Mia needed someone like Curse in her life because she was tired of carrying the load by herself. They made a great book couple. In fact, Curse went to great lengths to protect Mia, which caused the ultimate drama that landed at the club's front door.
The drama in this story rocked!!! The motorcycle club was introduced to a new, and very dangerous, threat. The drama that happened was so unexpected and well-written. Since it was not resolved, it will continue in future installments. I can't wait to see how Devil and Chaos Bleeds handle it. Perhaps they will reach out to the Skulls for reinforcements this time?...now that would make a good story!!
Soooo... yeas I liked it..... was better a bit then Zero and ca not wait for Pussy story....
OOOh and MAN... Is it me or I just hope that Ashley and Frederick... I kinda hope that Frederick is gonna be bad ass in a good way!!! yeah.... think me weird....
I knew I was gonna love this story when I started it Curse is so demanding Mia is strong and stands for what she wants They both begin to crumble for each other and when things get ugly Curse is there to help and protect her
I liked Curse's and Mia's story though it seems the grammar issues were worse with this book. Just as I thought they were getting better. I would have still liked to have seen more of the couple I don't get why the Chaos bleeds only get novellas? They would go from being on a bike to parking a car and taking off helmets? At first I couldn't understand why this book was before Butch in Skulls they did mention he had left the club at the beginning which I didn't get as the stuff with Fredrick didn't come up until the end of the book and really I didn't see why it being mentioned that Butch left as it happened in his story. His story begins with him leaving the Skulls so how did Devil know at the beginning of this story. I am torn on whether I like Devil as a leader he lets his boys do drugs at least Tiny keeps that out of the club even though he distributes it. How can you depend on someone who is high or strung out on coke or heroine? These boys need their own book, not just novellas that are also trying to keep up with the rest of the MC..just a thought. Sam has a way of telling a story but they would be so much better if they were properly edited. Isn't that what an editor is for? The grammar can be so disruptive making you have to reread something more than once to understand what it means. Devil has 3 kids now so he would have taken the three kids and Lexie to see the skulls. I keep hoping the author would read these and take seriously that the books would be so much better if the editor actually done her work. I wanted to give this story such a better rating but being a novella and addressing the grammar won out .
Curse's Claim - Chaos Bleeds MC - Book 3 - By - Sam Crescent
This is the third book in the Chaos Bleeds MC series that I absolutely love and this time it focuses around Curse and Mia. This is such a great story filled with twists and turns along the way. Bradley "Curse" James has been smitten with the gorgeous waitress with the sexiest curves at the local diner since the moment he set eyes on her. Mia Brown is best friends with Ashley, a woman loyal to the club and they couldn't be more different. Mia turns down Curse's advances at every turn but he is persistent. She doesn't have time for a man. Her main focus is taking care of her sick mother and paying her medical bills. She works two jobs just to keep her head above water. She can manage without a man, but Curse is different and wants her for his own. I loved the push and pull between Curse and Mia, how Curse really saw her, got through her walls. The secrets she was hiding from Curse didn't deter him from the chase. They have smoking hot chemistry that sizzles on every page. I couldn't put this book down because I didn't want to. We saw more of Jerry who we have met previously and a new threat in the form of Frederick Gonzalez is now known to the club and brings added complications. I loved seeing more of the other brothers Devil especially, along with Pu$$y, Death and Snake who will hopefully be having their stories told. Another great addition to a thriving series. I am excited for more. Happy Reading. 5 out of 5 Stars.
Curse could not shake Mia. No matter how much he tried. She was just all he thought about. Mia didn’t have time for a commitment. She had to take care of her mother and all the medical expenses. Every dime she made went to her mother’s care. One time together was not going to be enough for either of them. But the Chaos Bleeds is having some serious issues. When one of Mia’s customers gets a little handsy and beats her up, Curse isn’t about to let anyone hurt his woman. He shows not mercy. And let’s say it, Thank goodness. Dale was a letch and needed to be put in his place. This is also the start of when Fred Rodriguez comes to town. Jerry has been working with this guy for a long time and now, the crazy has been let out in Chaos Bleed’s territory.
I actually read Butch (he is from the Skulls) before this one. So, I knew there was an issue with the Chaos Bleeds but didn’t know exactly what. NOW I do. This is where everything started with the Evil man. I almost read Revenge but had to stop myself. You really need to read the stories in the order that it is meant to be read. It helps give you a better idea of what is going on with both clubs since they are always talked about in each other. I don’t want to say that Curse started the chain of events. However, it sort of kind does. Granted Jerry knew Frederick.
This latest addition the Chaos Bleeds Series features Curse a member of the Chaos Bleeds MC, Mia is a waitress a the local diner and is best friends with Ashley one of the club whores. These two are as different as chalk and cheese, but there is something in their joint past that binds them together.
Curse wants Mia but she has her plate full with working numerous jobs and caring for her sick mother. Curse is relentless in his pursuit of Mia and she eventually succumbs to his seduction.
A very good addition to this series, Curse is a hot and sexy, dirty talking biker. Mia was sweet but troubled. The only thing I wasn't keen on is, as Ashley and Mia are best friends, it was odd to me that Mia wasn't bothered that Curse had had sex with Ashley. There's quite a lot of drama, that I'm sure is going to follow on in the books to come. Excellent read.
Merged review:

I get it. Mia & Ashley are like chalk & cheese. Can we please move on from that analogy? Maybe use the good ol' standby of apples & oranges instead? Yes? Thanks.
I like Mia & Ashley's friendship; in that they don't judge each other, they're very accepting & that they genuinely seem to care for one another. I love that Mia had her back, back-in-the-day but like always, I wish the secret would've been revealed earlier. I was mad at Mia for asking Ashley to sleep with Curse but I LOVED Curse's reaction to it!
Curse being a one-woman kind of man was all sorts of awesome. I loved how unrelenting he was in his pursuit of Mia, that he cooked for her, that he found everything about her irresistible & that he wanted to help out with her mother's medical bills. *cue swoon symphony*
Mia got on my nerves a bit; not sharing the secret with Curse or even letting Ashley spill the beans. I felt super bad for what she'd had to experience in life but man, she was a stubborn woman!
As for what happened with Frederick... I'm already nervous at what trouble he'll more than likely bring to Chaos Bleeds in the future. I can envisions several deaths... Not exactly sure how Ashley fit into the deal besides the screwing around though. I understand that she was determined to help out, by being the inside man, but c'mon, Ashley... you were doomed the moment you stepped outside of that clubhouse door.
I'm excited to see where things go for Sasha & P*ssy. Her blindness will definitely bring in a unique angle & I love that fact!
This is not a standalone. Read the books in the author’s suggested order.
Curse (biker) has taken a liking to the waitress at the diner, Mia (waitress, house cleaner), who happens to be BFFs with one of the club hos, Ashley. Where Ashley likes to ride all the D, Mia doesn’t want anything to do with it. She’s too busy working to take care of her sick mother. Curse can’t figure out why Mia keeps turning him down, or how the two women are even friends since they’re so different. Curse pursues Mia for a while before she finally hops on the D, but as soon as he’s pulled out she’s telling him to f*ck off. It’s actually hilarious! So we find out that there’s a secret that keeps Mia and Ashley together. But alas, nothing comes easy for Chaos Bleeds members, so a new bad guy appears. Frederick Gonzalez might be the biggest threat against the club and it could have serious repercussions for both Chaos Bleeds and The Skulls. 😨 😨 😨
I love Curse and Mia and there’s a lot of good sex. Having read this a second time, knowing what happens in the future books makes this one hurt much more. Or at least I see the characters differently. We do get SC's usual writing creativity (I'm being sarcastic). She loved everything, life, family, dogs, pets, animals.
Aren't those last 3 items basically the same things?? 😆
Also, remember I warned y’all way back in the beginning that this series gets dark… well the time has arrived.
I still love this series and all of the characters.
Okay it was a short read but still a good book. It's the 3 book in the Chaos Bleeds MC series. There's no info on the next book but I do believe the 4th book will be Pussy and Sasha's story. Can't wait to read that one.
Okay back to Curse's story. So you have Mia who is keeping a very dark secret and because of that she doesn't let anyone in and keeps everyone at arms length other then her very sick mother and her best friend Ashley. Until Curse finally is able to get Mia to give him and chance and open up to him. They both end up falling in love with each other. At then end Mia finally tells Curse her secret and finally gives herself fully over to Curse. Curse ends up buying a place for them to move into and they are getting married. Just ends like that. So I like the story overall and I love that Curse is so great with Mia and her mom. But I just feel this book could have been a lot longer giving more details of their relationship and what happens now between them.
It leaves a lot of unanswered questions for me such as
1) What happen to Ashley? What's her role in everything? Is she okay? Does she come back?
2) Is Mia's mom okay? Does she get better?
3) Is Mia pregnant? If not does she get pregnant soon seeing as Curse never uses a condom and Mia isn't taking an form of birth control.
Well hell, just when I was losing all hope in this series, I went ahead and read Curse and Mia's story and this book actually did this series some well needed justice! Very good from beginning to end, loved the whole mystery thing between Mia and Ashley, that was one tough secret to crack!
Curse was arrogant and dirty to the point that was just nasty. (Not in a good way) I love bikers and their naughtiness but he was way to crass, that shit just ended up becoming a turnoff, point proven with his and Mia's first sexual encounter...lmao! Mia was okay, she was used to taking care of herself so it was hard for her to rely on others, it was frustrating how she went from being extremely independent to letting Curse order her around, that I didn't like. If he wanted to help take some of her burdens away, I'm all for it, but he took over all her decisions, from taking care of her mother, to where she was going to live, to the use of protection, etc. I lost a little respect for her as the book came to an end...
Excellent new villain! Can't fuck with the mafia and expect to keep breathing, bad ass MC or not! I think Mr. Gonzalez is going to put the Chaos Bleeds through their paces, I see some real excitement in future books, assuming Ms. Crescent does them up properly! Pussy's book looks to be very interesting....a blind love interest....hmmmm!
I so waited for Curse's story. And was not disappointed and that should be no surprise here. After all it's Sam and she never disappoint her reader's. Curse...Well he was hot alpha crass a*****e. And even though that was annoying sometimes, but theres no denying that that also what was so hot and so much captivating about him. Did I mentioned he was hot? No? Well he was. Mia has her demon's that haunted her from prom night. And that's was a reason why she pushed all feeling's and relationship's away. But Curse didn't let that stop him and he claimed his woman. Thanks to him she started to laugh again and have fun. In bed too ;) But because Curse killed the one who attacked Mia, Chaos Bleeds now are lapdogs (And I hate that very much. How dare he leash those free spirits!!!). And no doubt in the next book's we gonna see the consequence's. Hope they gonna get ride of the leash soon. And this book's epilogue are killing me (Sam doing that all the time. And at least I love it ;) ). So wanting my hands, like NOW, on Blind Devotion. BTW now I understand why name the book that way. Its going to be so awesome!!!
Book 3 in the Chaos Bleeds series. This book catches your attention from the very beginning, then it keeps you on the edge of your seat for the rest of the book. Curse has liked the waitress at the place they group likes to go to for lunch. One of the club girls, Ashley, is good friends with her but wont tell him much about her. Mia works as a waitress and her best friend, Ashley, is part of the Chaos Bleeds, who like to come in to where she works. Mia likes them all and is the only one who will serve them when they come in. Curse can't get enough of her, but she is keeps herself at a distance from everyone, but mostly Curse. When Curse steps things up to get Mia, she will have to hold on for the ride or fight to survive. A new threat is on the horizon, and Chaos Bleeds are in the firing line.
4.5 Stars!! Again I'm voicing my complain about the stars system! It's really not fair to give only 4 stars to a 4.5 stars book! Sam Crescent writes good biker stories and she did it again this time! I'm always happy when I see a new bikers book by her, because I know what I'll get and I know I won't be disappointed! Her stories are light, but still hot and full of action and you don't get bored! This is Curse and Mia's story and even the heroine might be annoying at the beginning you will get to love her as the story develops! Curse is the typical hot, sexy, alpha male and you can't help it but want him for you! I've really loved the epilogue and I can't wait for Pussy's story!!! I think his story will be my favorite!!!!!
Okay I really hate to do this because I love Sam Crescent but I didn't love this book. I felt it went really fast and I wanted way more between Curse and Mia. I just didn't feel the connection between Curse and Mia that I did with her other books - I have to admit I do prefer The Skull series better than Chaos Bleed.
I just hope that when she does Pussy's book that it is a bit longer, I guess I just prefer the whole build-up between couples and I know that's not what Chaos Bleed does - they take what they want and get it. I was hoping that Pussy and Ashley were going to get together but I guess that is not going to happen.
This is My ZON Review...... :-) I want Pussy's story ..... Like Yesterday...I just want the next & the next .... Curse & Mia was Sweet ... Lov how he feel hard en fast ... Alpha Alpha typical .... now there's some crap that they have gotten into but I'm sure with Tiny & The Sculls help it will work it self out ....or at least some people might end up dead..... Awesome Hot Story as Always... A Book I Thoroughly Enjoyed......:-)
Curse has wanted Mia since he first laid eyes on her. His plan of attack to make her his woman is slow but working. He has fallen for her and she unexpectedly has fallen for him. But she is so afraid to open up. Then she gets attacked and Curse comes to he rescue putting himself and the whole club in danger. The feelings she has for him and the way things need to change mess with her, but in the end the secret she is keeping will set her heart free.
I don’t like the Gonzalez storyline or how this author seems to lose a little focus on the romance part of the story. But otherwise it was decent enough.
I liked both characters. Unfortunately, I already know Ashley’s fate so that ruined a bit of the book for me. You absolutely have to read “The Skulls’s” MC series while reading this one. They go back and forth between each other. I HATE that!
good read.. didn't like how it ended so suddenly .. I thought she was have given more of a fight with telling him her big secret after all she did to try to keep him away, it didn't make much sense to just tell him even if she did when something traumatic just happened to her... I'd like to reAd more about Ashley, and want to know more about sasha......
Loved it! Another great book by Sam Crescent. Storyline was well written, hot and entertaining. Loved how Curse may be a hot protective badass biker but he can be sweet. He sees what he wants and goes after it. Curse and Mia have smokin chemistry. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait until the next book comes out.
this is an amazing book, I love this series, I so look forward to each time a new one comes out. holy moses, it is awesome. the author is awesome! the series is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! highly , highly recommend it, you will so enjoy them ,believe me!!!!!!! she is wonderful!!!!!!!!!! you get so drawn in, and you feel like you are right there, and she brings them all in, it is fabulous!!!
