Christy’s guides (and there are a number now) give you a real feel for a place even before you go. She lays out the history and culture, so travelers understand more context than just the “touristy” places to visit.
And I love the Beyond the Beaten Path sites. Real hidden gems – so many interesting places to see, you can immerse yourself in the culture, not just visit as a tourist. With this many to see, you will not just want to visit Wales once…
