An illustrated guide that contains a brief overview of the causes of sciatic pain with photographs explaining all the exercises you should do for nerve compression like a bulging disc versus muscle contraction from piriformis - they are not the same. The information in this manual is the result of a popular workshop the author developed over the last 4 years for sciatic pain. Many of the workshop participants were new to yoga and have improved and in many cases resolved and healed their sciatic pain with the approach outlined in this manual. As a bonus the author included stretches for a sore back and relaxation poses. All the exercises are beginner level and simple to do. Since publication, the manual has become a resource for yoga teachers, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists and Occupational Therapists.

Rather Useless

Not much of a back book. Even for free. At least nice graphic of vertebrates. But pretty elementary. Move on.
