I received this book in a Goodreads giveaway and I'm thrilled that I did. I couldn't put this book down and I'm dying to see what the next book brings to the table! This author is now on my favorites list even though this is the first book I've read by her.
This book definitely shows what the power of prayer, strength, and determination can do. It proves that good triumphs over evil and out of the dark there is light. Leah Page went through a divorce, being threatened by her ex-husband and his girlfriend, and running for her life from the Macini Brothers.

Great read!
first read for this author for me. Loved the story. thought the characters and story could have been developed a bit more, but I still really enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed this story. It's a page turner. It has soon much pain, action, and hope. Nice to read a book with a return to God, and a happy ending.

I enjoyed this fast paced novel filled with great characters. The scenery was vivid and made you feel you were there. I read it on the airplane and couldn't put it down. Thanks Vickie for a great read! I will look for more from this Author.
