I gave four stars because its a quick and easy read. No going around multiple ideas, examples or theories. Straight to the point. People should buy wants to bring new or more focused efforts to their profession or art. It's not a list of 10 quick steps to success. It's a guide to become more focused with implementing time tested practices (habits actually).
Looking for solid advice on how to improve your focus? Look no further than this quick read. Admittedly, there are few thunderclaps of insight. Most of the advice is well known and common sense. However, it is concisely presented and easily read in this short book. A good resource.
