Book1
I didn't put it down for a second because it kept me in a book trance. I love that you get every one's point of view you don't see a lot of books like that and I got to say it was one of the best books I've read. You got be in all their shoes it kept me interested more because of it I loved all the characters but Charlotte she's a crazy psycho which is appealing too I don't know why but it is lol. Emily it feels like I know her in another life she's sweet, dedicated, and sexy I have no problem seeing women as sexy and she is one of them. Julian god what a man even though he made me mad all the time but you can tell he truly cared about Emily even though it didn't show those couple times... Her friends are hilarious and wished they were my friends. We didn't meet her ex Adam until more toward the end of the book he is so sweet who got his heartbroken by Emily she thought he was cheating on her because Diana her best friend told her he was cheating.
You have to read this book it won't disappoint you Kim Black is an amazing author and this book was written so good. IT'S A MUST READ.
Book 2
Oh my god I thought it couldn't get better boy was I wrong I need book 3 right now. Poor Emily she keeps having people mess with her like Charlette (Julian's ex). The way it his book ended you keep wanting more I swear Kim Black knows how to keep you into a book trance. Julian I wanted to punch him for leaving her when she needed him the most. Poor Adam he keeps getting kicked down too what Diana did to him and Emily was unforgivable but I think I know what's wrong with her at the end of the book which I will not tell you'll have to read to find out.
Again you must read this series you won't get disappointed.

I read books 1 & 2 as a bundle. I really want to give the books more stars. I loved the plot. I liked the characters, but I didn't love Emily.
But what really held me back was the lack of editing. Usually, this isn't something that bothers me; I can generally glide right over it and move on. However, with this bundled book there were so many instances that it was very distracting and would bring me to a complete stop in the middle of a scene (sometimes the beginning and end of the same scene).
With all that, I'm definitely interested in what will happen in the next book. Hopefully, the conclusion with better editing.

After reading the blurb, what I thought would be a 'love triangle' book was actually that a whole lot more...
While I wasn't crazy about Emily, I really liked Julien, and Adam..
The plot was solid, with mostly likeable characters, although Emily and Juliens relationship seemed a bit rushed at times it fit with the characters.
I would liked to have seen more of suzie, and also charlette, as they seem to be quite interesting characters, so hopefully there will be more written about them in the future?
Some editing issues, but nothing that stopped my enjoyment of the books,

Mixed Feelings
The premise of the story was good. It had just enough drama to keep it interesting. I thought the main characters, Emily and Julien's relationship could have been developed more. It didn't seem believable they were in love and really hadn't gotten to know each other. I would have liked Adam and Diana's situation resolved. A huge pet peeve for me is the grammatical errors... they were exhausting. In the end, I thought Ms. Black wrote a decent story. She exhibited great imagination and an original spin on the typical erotic romance.

Awesome bundle! Love being able to read them without having to wait for the next one. The characters are so intense and the storyline dynamic. Take a look and read the series. I have reviewed each book separately and loved them both. The twists in the story and the cliffhanger will gut you. Enjoy

Twists & Turns
This story never stopped surprising me. It was full of romance, unrequited romance, love scenes, and of course, drama. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to the next book in Kim Black's series.

Draws you in
