3.95 Stars!!!
I can't believe I read this and that I actually liked it!
I generally stray away from "Stripper/Sex Worker meets Billionaire" stories. They seem so unlikely to me. But this is a modern twist on the Cinderella (plus the sex) story.
Girl is trying to support a mom and family back home, comes to the city, works in a strip/sex club for rich men and attracts the attention of the owner, who eventually starts to see her as a person and less like a piece of @$$ for hire. (I know it is crude way to put it but that is exactly how he starts out viewing her.)
He hires her for a month to keep him company sexually and promises to give her a quarter of a million dollars at the end. Enough for her to finally quit, go home, buy her mom a house and put her sibling through college.
As he get's to know her, he realizes this woman is not doing what she is doing because she enjoys it but because she needs the money and it is good money and hard to walk away from. As he starts to see her as a human being with charm, grace, a mind and personality.
They start spending more time together, even time that does not include sex and they develop feelings for one another. He knows that at the end of this month she will go back to her job in the club and he doesn't like it. She has changed in his mind from a "sex for hire" employee to a woman he loves......what to do?
Add in that she knows she is out of her league and he would never build a real relationship with her. She knows it is over at the end of the month. Emotionally she is sad...how can these two ever figure it out? Will they? You'll have to read it yourself to see what happens.
I enjoyed the reading despite the spelling errors which were at times a bit distracting. I liked the humor and banter between the characters and overall story which the author made very plausible. I think taking a story that would normally not happen...AKA the movie "Pretty Woman" was what sold it for me. Actually a very good read!!!

Very enjoyable!
I love this author's books! This story made me laugh, smile and feel sad for Sassy Belle! Sassy is a wonderful heroine. Sometimes all I want to read is a very nice sexy story and Bec Linder delivered that!

I adore Bec Linder. The world she created in the Silver Cross Series is quite real in fact that women do work and struggle for their finances and day to day. It’s what they choose to do for a living that shocks most people.
In this installment, Sassy Belle, is your “typical” boisterous stripper! One that makes a name for herself and keeps the men coming for her special talents. She IS a burlesque dancer and a beautiful curvy one at that. BUT Sassy Belle isn’t always Sassy, she is also Sasha. She has a family and friends that love her.
Well one day a mysterious man comes into her life and helps her on the way to work, little does she know he will help her at the club too. He is the owner of the club and gives her a Pretty Women type of offer she can’t refuse. BUT will her heart get in the way.
This is a love story with twist and turns and tantrums and grrrrrssssss but I enjoyed it non the less!!

I don't understand how inappropriate name calling be called being alpha.
There was seriously no plot! The hero talk about checking someone else out and life is about partying and in the next two page going to confess love.
The heroine had no spine as she was affirmative all the time even when she was treated badly - just cz she liked the hero.

good book....I enjoyed the story of Alex(a.k.a. Turner) & Sasha(a.k.a. Sassy Belle). I was a big fan of Alex in the beginning I thought he was way too arrogant & an a$$ as well. Sassy is a stripper who tripped on the way to work & skins up her knees & Alex is the kind guy who stops to help her & cleans her knees for her, a few hours later she's dancing on the stage & see him in the audience. Next day he's back & wants private time with her(which is when she finds out he's the owner of the club she works at) & ends up asking to be her only client for a month. Turner is not nice when it comes to his thoughts of Sassy & doesn't think twice about how he talks to her, which hurts her. Things don't go well in the beginning of their relationship but it doesn't take long for Sasha to take over all of Alex's thoughts & Sassy Belle is relegated to the back of his mind. Sasha's background is poor not the rich life that Alex has had & she can't see their relationship working well but Alex won't give up, he works just as hard at reaching Sasha as he does on his acquisitions for work. Will they make it?

This is the first book I've read from this author and I will be reading more of her work because this book was amazing. I laughed so much in the book I love Sasha she is a trip and very strong girl. The stuff she had to go through to help her family is amazing and Alex i can picture him in my head and I'm in love with him. The way their relationship started is so out of the ordinary I didn't like Alex much in the beginning because of the names he called Sasha but you can't blame him though he doesn't know why she's doing what shes doing. This is a must read book if you want to laugh and feel very hot and bothered this your kind of book.

Not enough happening between the sheets for me. Was a sweet story but I like a lil more smut with my sweet :)
