After racking up one disaster after another, Celeste flees Jamaica intent on changing her life. On the island of Cayman, she encounters Mark Weekes who makes her forget she's sworn off men. He's everything she wants in the romance department, if only he'd stop running. A decision to follow him to his island home, Xantrope, puts her in the orbit of a killer. After escaping a kidnapper and murderer five years ago, Mark turns his life around. The only complication is Celeste Davies, and trouble follows her the way night follows day.Instead of the calm life he envisions, Mark ends up neck-deep in the world of software piracy. He has two choices. Walk away and leave Celeste to deal with a stalker by herself, or admit she means the world to him and help the police catch the man who's determined to kill her.

What a story! Whew!! Celeste was something extra! Although she had matured from Book 2, she was still a character! She gave headstrong and stubborn a brand new meaning! She and Mark went through it, literally, but came out of it with new insights of each other! This story was drama and action filled! A “can’t put it down” book! I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I highly recommend this book!! Kudos, Joy!! 💜
I don't even know where to start with Taming Celeste. This was a book that I found hard to stop reading. Celeste was the true star from the beginning to the end of the book. In Taming Celeste the book reminds you that no matter how hard you try you can not run from love and the importance of holding on to those that love you unconditionally.
I was given a complimentary copy of this book for an honest review from the author.
I didn’t like Celeste in a previous book of this series, but in this one she seems more grown and likable. Celeste and her love interest, Mark, are in a heap of business-related trouble, with a relentless killer after Celeste. This is another steamy Caribbean romantic suspense novel from Campbell.
