I really liked this book a lot. Xavier and Taelyn are great characters. Taelyn is sweet, smart, passionate, feisty and loving. Xavier is passionate, talented, confident and a little arrogant. He never thought he would fall in love, but he falls hard for Taelyn. They are perfect for each other and they are hot together, but there was a little too much push and pull between them. I’ll read the books about Xavier’s brothers one day, because I really liked them and their women in this book.

And as we come to a close, Xavier’s story is the last of the Steel brothers. As the youngest he is frustrated that he is stuck watching his older siblings fluent how much they are in love. Vowing that he will NEVER be like them….he starts out screwing anything in a skirt or tight pants.
This was a fun book to read especially since all the brothers and Momma Jo play a big part in the fiasco which is Xavier’s life. I love these cocky brothers and the banter/bickering they so love to do to each other.
I nearly choked when I read a part about Xavier and a Barbie doll – that scene had me spitting out ice tea and shaking my head. The author does a great job of incorporating humor, sex, romance and angst in each of her novels and leaves the reader wanting more.
This is a story about two people who feel like they need to prove themselves to the world, Xavier being the youngest of the Steel Industries wants to go out on his own and start up a production company. He needs to get out of the shadow of his family. While Taelyn grew up in an Irish Catholic family; her dad in the police force and her three brothers who always suppressed Taelyn’s life in order to protect her. She is a tough cookie and while leaving her brothers behind, she makes the mistake of falling for a guy who represses her personality even more.
It isn’t until Taelyn catches her fiancée in a compromising position, that she realizes he was an ass and only using her. This is when her wings unfold and she takes off – more or less she takes off with Xavier – sexually she learns how enjoyable it can be while she takes chances to further her career as partner with the production company. As she comes out of her introverted shell and her true personality shines forth, Xavier can’t help falling for this girl.
Yeah, the two have their problems and seem to be constantly fighting and making up….but it’s a journey of self-discovery and growing up.
Along the way we are also brought up to date on the other romances in the Steel family which really bring this series full circle.
I am sad to see an end to the brothers – or maybe it’s just the beginning?

MJ FIelds never ceases to amaze me. Her writing is like know other. You want original look know farther because I can't guarantee there's not another erotic romance writer out there that can top MJ Fields!

MY VIEW: I have read EVERYONE of MJ Fields books and each one is better then the one before! This was such a good book! So much love honesty feisty smart mouth and sooooooo much humor!!!!! I Love that Xavier is naughty naughty boy with a sexy mouth and body!!! He is very protective of Irish but scared at the same time... He doesn't want to fall like his brothers have... While Irish doesn't want to be in a relationship because of what her ex-boyfriend put her through.......I think Xavier was my favorite! I have Loved the Steel boys from the get go and I will continue to love the Steel boys and I hope that this is not the last of the Steel boys.... I cannot wait for the next adventure that MJ will take us on!!!!

Xavier was the fourth book and final sibling in the Men of Steel series by MJ Fields. The series needs to be read in order.
Xavier’s book was my favorite. I loved everything about both characters, Xavier and Taelyn. As the storyline started, Fields had the option to make Taelyn weak, but I loved how feisty she was and how her backbone was revealed. She was ultimately the best match for Xavier. I also loved how Fields brought in Taelyn’s family. I wanted to see more of a conclusion regarding her past, so hopefully we’ll get a peak of that in later books, if not in this series, then maybe in a spinoff with Taelyn’s brothers. That would be an awesome series as well.
And true to form, the Steel family was front and center. Their loyalty, humor, and bantering have totally made the series. I would be remiss in not mentioning the numerous editing errors, if you can look past the lack of editing, then you’ll love the series.
Although the siblings have all found their forever love, there are several follow up books still to read. With each storyline, there have been some loose ends, so hopefully everything will come full circle while getting more Steel family fun and updates. I totally can’t wait!

the last men of steel to go. The last book this is my reaction to that
I mean please Ms. Fields let us see more of these men of steel in the future. I know there were four brothers but these four brothers are great and this book of Xavier falling in love is no exception.
Holy sex on legs! That is what Xavier is Sex on Legs. A hottie to boot. But he stubbornly holds out on love fights for awhile too so he doesn't sell out like his brother. Funny thing is even when he succombs he is still sexy alpha male like Me Man uh you woman! But in a respectable way.
Xavier says what he thinks and feels. What you see is what you get. And you get alot. When he goes home after the away time in Italy he is determined to show his brother he can make it on his own and build up a successful production company while continuing his wild ways. Until Taelyn comes into the office. She captivates Xavier but she is taken.
Xavier does everything to fight his attraction but we know those steel men. Not gonna work buddy just give up now. So when taelyn's boyfriend does something stupid Xavier is there to help her through it. And boy does he help. He is such a sweet guy underneath that man me! exterior.
Now we get to watch them fall. Delving into their world as at first they make it a game If you were mine....Things do happen and Xavier makes mistakes but his mistakes some are out of love and protectiveness. the biggest one is when she pushes too far but it works out and actually helps their relationship for this is when he realizes he loves her and the next day admits it all to her. Taelyn is taken aback and they begin their real relationship anew.
when his brothers come back and start talking smack it does create a cranky Xavier but he makes that right too. I don't like how Taelyn walks away and tries to leave after Xavier admits his love. I understand her reasoning but these two have always been open with each other talk to him for pete's sake. Xavier does force her to do that and his response ladies will have you swoon. He is perfect.
Another winner in the men of steel series. A wonderful smokin hot read literally with the scenes of intimacy it is smokin. This book is wonderful and shows a different side to Xavier as he falls down the rabbit hole of love. A great beach read.

This character is absolutely determined NEVER to fall for a woman and become so whipped that he loses his identity. Women swoon for him. Men find him a good buddy but are leary of his effect on their girlfriends. In Xavier's mind, falling in love would make him ... no other way to say but just come out with it... "pussy-whipped". He is controversial, cocky, domineering, stubborn, foul-mouthed... but in the end, he possesses and gentle heart for those he loves. Like all our Men of Steel, he is loyal to the death.
Xavier is the most rebellious of the Men of Steel. Being the youngest, he has been able to experience first hand all the mistakes his brothers have made. Although he loves his family deeply, he wants to go his own way and build his future by his own smarts and means.
This book is the masterpiece of MJ Fields who has brought us so much love and bad boys in the past. It does not disappoint. It is well written in the slang of the Jersey shore, with strong characters and delightful scenes not to be forgotten. Loved this book! Cannot wait to see what MJ writes next....

Oh Xavier I want to have your babies. Taelyn and Xavier have the strangest conversations:
"Your pen** is on google and you're not worried about that?" she gasped.
"Why? Does it look small?"
I mean he is gentleman enough to give her fair warning on some things, "my di** is hard. I swear to God one more word I'm gonna come in my pants. Please, I am asking you as nice as I know how Irish, shut the eff up and go to sleep." I mean I love the chemistry these two have:

WOW!!! I have found my new favorite Steel man. I love them all but Xavier caught me.
I loved the cockiness of Xavier but I really loved that Taelyn could handle his sexy attitude. She never let him walk over her which was hard since Xavier's protective side came out in force. They were a perfect fit from the start, the banter between them had be laughing so much through out the book.
Xavier wasn't only sexy and cocky but he was totally sweet and swoon worthy. He made my heart swell the way he spoke to Irish, simply beautiful. He made Taelyn feel wanted, loved and desired. A few things that her ex never did. He gave her his heart and she gave him hers. Their hearts were each others.
I loved Xavier Doll relationship with Bella Doll, he truly loves his niece and it shows in a big way.
It was amazing to see Taelyn handle all Steel boys, she slotted right into their family.
"Full Steel ahead, son of a b!tch" loved that quote.

So Lucky to Beta this book and seriously wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! This was hands down my favorite of the men of steel series. MJ Fields went above and beyond what I was expecting and I love it! Xavier is def the naughtiest of the steel brothers and he doesn't disappoint. That prince......o boy!!! Def a must read and super HOT HOT HOT!!!!

Taelyn and Xavier are exactly the same person and shouldn't work out together but they do.
She's a hot head and he likes to test her limits. They both like to make each other jealous so there's a lot of drama, which is expected with a Steel brother.
Taelyn has a douche of a boyfriend who soon becomes an ex and she is completely nieve to it all until she actually sees it happen in front of Xavier. Who she also now works with. Xavier obviously has none of this and even though he's a relationship phobe, he doesn't tolerate disrespect. Once he's dealt with the douche he now wants to care for Taelyn but falls head over heels in love, which terrifies him.
The woman from each book come together and finally form an alliance to the Steel family and I loved that. I love it when women get together and create their own little pact.
All the boys come back and the story ends nicely with the opportunity to lead onto the spin off series.

Can’t believe I’m done with the gorgeous sexy Steel brothers! This one was my favorite.
The narrators were perfect. This book is about the younger Steel brothers, Xavier, he has light hair and eyes. He’s gorgeous and he knows it. Taelyn is hired by Xavier mother to be his assistant.
When he meets her he’s pleasantly surprised! She is a beautiful auburn with green eyes. Nothing like her picture.
One thing leads to another and after alot of drama, angst and romance, they become a couple
This is an addictive series and I am sad that this is the last one!
I love the ending, it’s so romantic and a great ending. There’s a lot of hot love scenes 🔥❤️

I love these Steel boys.
Xavier Steel is the youngest of the brothers. He wants to find his own path in life and make his own money. X is also very determined to not be stupid like his brothers and fall in love. Xavier is hot, arrogant and knows exactly what he wants.
Momma Joe hires a personal assistant to help him start up his own business and to watch out for her baby boy. What Momma doesn't know is that his new assistant Taelyn is exactly the kind of woman that might be a game changer for Xavier.

4.5 Irish stars!!!
Just when I thought Zandor was the only one for me out of all the steel men Xavier came along and proves me wrong.
I LOVE LOVE Xavier he had me laughing and swooning all the time, it also helps that he was sexy as fuck and he was pierced and all tattooed up (yes I have a thing piercings and tattoos! Its HOT!!!).
Now Tealyn I loved her too! She was just as funny, sexy and I loved how she didn't let her dick of an ex-fiancée ruin her and hells yes I would throw the first punch too!
Overall I loved Xavier's and Tealyn's story it was amazing just as Zandor's story so Ms M. J. Fields thank you for bringing me Xavier into my life and I do hope I get more from the Steel men I don't wanna say goodbye just yet! :)

This book was HOT!! This author knows how to write a story and keep you hooked through out the whole book! I really enjoyed it! One of the main things that got me excited to read this was the cover! Hello Richard Rocco!!
Obviously this is book 4 of the series! Xavier is the baby of the family! He is hot and sexy!!! Will warn you he is a total male slut. I'm okay with that tho. This was my favourite book of the series so far. I honestly didn't think I was going to like Xavier Steel but I loved him in the end.
There was plenty happening in this story, I loved how the drama wasn't over the top and didn't go on forever but I kind of felt things were left a bit unresolved! I found it weird Angel just disappeared like that and also Daniel gave up to easy after the threats he made.
I have enjoyed this series and am looking forward to what comes next.

Xavier is the youngest of the super hot Steel brothers. The family has recently come into some money making all of them targets for gold diggers. Xavier doesn't really appreciate the warnings his brothers and mother keep giving him about the way he likes to f-around. He likes his lifestyle the way it is - free. The family is also pressuring him to join the new corporation they started, but he wants to do what he wants to do without any money or help from them. What does he want to do? Start a music production company.
When Xavier's mom hires Taelyn to be his assistant (based on a horrid photo from junior high), momma figured there was no way Xavier would want to tap that girl. But Taelyn Patrick is a fiery beautiful girl, and when she and Xavier have to spend lots of hours starting together starting his company from scratch, they get to know each other. When Taelyn discovers that her boyfriend (who she has been paying his way through school) is cheating on her, Xavier picks up the pieces of her broken heart - mostly through lots of orgasms.
I read this book out of order in the series and it makes me want to go back and read the ones I skipped. M. J. Fields knows how to write some HOT scenes, and she writes characters that are easy to like. I absolutely loved this book. We meet Xavier who is the youngest of four, described as extremely good looking brothers. They are the epitome of what I would think four cocky sons would be like haha. When he wants to branch out and do something on his own, his momma steps in and finds him an assistant.
Insert Taelyn. She is madly in love with her fiance Daniel when she gets the job as Xavier's assistant. He, of course is cocky and arrogant when they meet, so it isnt a surprise that she lets him know right away shes in a relationship. Well when troubled times come and Xavier sheds some light on her fiance, things take a complete change. The one and only Xavier, who doesnt believe in relationships, marriage or children is finding himself feeling some things he hasnt ever before.
Oh, did I forget to mention Taelyn has three brothers who are as equally alpha and protective lol

This is the story of the 4th brother in the series. Reading this in the box set and this book picks up moments after Zandors book. Lots going on, I can see how this was easier to read as a set - you really shouldn't pick and choose these to read as standalones.
Again, these brothers are fun, the family dynamic amongst the family is good - I am a sucker for that! But the whole romance storyline for each of the 4 brothers is exactly the same - meet and fall in love with their girls in 3 weeks - all 4 of them, lots of filler - is making me skim too much for my liking. These books are older - like i keep saying I am really interested to see how this author grows in her writing romance as these spin off! I think next you have the steel cousins, then some band members from Xaviers company..I think. And then you get the Steel kids - lots to come!

Une belle suite dont l’intrigue est bonne et l’histoire entre eux est chaotique, la belle ne se laisse pas impressionner par le beau Xavier, elle a trois frères du même type que ce jeune Steel. J’ai beaucoup aimé cette saga.

Taelyn Patrick is a good girl who is supporting her boyfriend while he goes to medical school at Harvard. She takes a job as an assistant to Xavier Steel as he gets ready to open his music promoting business. She finds out that her boyfriend isn't who she thought he was and, just as they break up, Xavier swoops in to tap her. Other than the physical, there wasn't anything I found remotely attractive about Xavier. His he-man attitude, his dirty talking, his moodiness, his immaturity - all of that was over the top and just made him a big d-bag! Taelyn wasn't much better - the entire book was the two arguing, getting mad at each other and then f*king to make up. It was all very repetitive and most of the time the characters themselves didn't know what they were fighting about. I've enjoyed the other books in this series, but this one was a big miss for me.

This was my favorite out of the Men of Steel books. Xavier and Taelyn's relationship is the least off putting to me. Xavier is a man-whore prior to meeting Taelyn. Taelyn comes to work for Xavier when Momma Joe hires her and she is engaged to a Harvard Medical student, who she finds out is keeping some big secrets from her. They become close while working together so when Taelyn is hurt by her ex, Xavier wants to keep her safe. This book has a lot less crazy misunderstandings that the other books have. Even the characters from the other books are starting to be less dramatic.
Xavier and Taelyn's relationship gets stronger as they start confronting their fears and eventually both of them can admit their feelings and it's believable.

Of course it gets 5 stars!!! If I could give more I would! This series just keeps getting better. MJ opened us up to the baby of the Steel Men and he might of been the hardest to handle. X wants to prove he can do it on his own. No love for him just his business but then Momma Joe sends in Taelyn and he falls hard & fast. X finally sees what all the fuss is with his brothers and he's ready to take you on a ride. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I love the Steel books written by MJ Fields! The sixth book in the series but the fourth brother in the Steel family is amazing...Xavier is the youngest but has more to stand for. He wants to do things on his own not using his families money. He is a ladies man just like his brothers but has to have a assistant and he meets "Irish." They work together and fall in love yup the LOVE word comes into play. Read this amazing series by M.J. Fields yeah I said series not just the book...

The Steele brothers are amazing and I would definitely recommend this series. Though X is not my favorite book. The fighting and walking away, only to forgive and start the fight all over again, really annoyed me. Also the editing in this one needed some work. But with all that said, I still enjoyed Xavier's story and loved spending time with the brothers again.
