Willi guides you on a path to eating more vegetables more often by widening the definition of breakfast and diversifying what you eat.

A few years ago, I made the decision to try and get way more veggies in my breakfast. It was great to come across a book that had taken this thought to the next level. I’d learned the lesson myself about the necessity of a bit of preparation through trial and error and it was great to have this validated. This book gave me more ideas to make my breakfasts full the same amount of veg I've been putting in them, but with a lot more recipes and strategies to keep it interesting. I’m also not a huge fan of oatmeal, but I am going to put the carrot cake overnight oats on the rotation.

The book is clearly organized, overlaps skills, strategies and ideas in the right places so that they build on one another to. It’s also full of just enough mouthwatering photographs that it makes you want to head straight to the farmer’s market. If you’re looking to eat healthier in the morning, or looking to for more colorful and delicious ideas for breakfast this is a great place to start!

Some good recipe, ideas of how to incorporate more vegetables into your diet. I think that tip about preparing your vegetables over the weekend so that you have easy access to them during the week is a great idea. The easier things are the more likely you’ll stick to them.
