If you are looking for vanilla to be the star of the dish, this isn't the book for you. With that in mind, vanilla plays a great role in many Savory ways, and this book nails that Suttle flavor with thought-provoking methods and Innovative flavor complexity.

It's definitely not a book for beginners. Most recipes have an understanding of cooking basics and technique.

Enjoyed it but need the equipment to execute a majority of the Baking Recipes, Canales are difficult without practice.
