The book is only 166 pages long, but it unfortunately hasn’t been updated to keep up with technology. Loads of the material is on machines from what seems like the 70’s or 80’s. Even my metrology teacher said that the book is obsolete and that the school is going to a new book for the class the next time it’s taught. So what was the point in even reading it?! The stuff I was required to read I already knew about 75%+ of it from actual physical use in years prior. It almost seems the entire class and book was a waste of time. The little bit I didn’t know I could’ve looked up on Wikipedia.
