Breaking Club Rules

Everyone knows that you don’t touch another biker’s sister. After being out on the road for months Artemus is finally back home and his attraction for his best friend’s sister has only grown. Polly and Artemus have been fighting their attraction for years..until now.

There were so much club drama, secrets being unleashed and a chemistry between Artemus and Polly that burn up the pages that this was a one sit read for me. Another excellent book by this author and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

I liked that this didn't read as a typical MC book, not in a way that the MC isn't involved more the characters are different. Artemis has been away from the club building relationship with other clubs. Polly has been working for Mystic Venom missing Artemis while he has been away, but when Polly is taken by another MC due to her involvement with the Mystic Venom secrets come to light that are about to change people's lives especially Pollys.

What an amazing story! Two people who find themselves unable to stay away or hide their feelings for each other. This story has so many Twists and turns that will keep you guessing, full of drama, yet the intense attraction between Artemis and Polly is full of heat, but the information about to come out has just as much heat. Awesome story.

Artemis & Pollyanna's story is a good read! I always love an MC trope! This book is full of the usual topics surrounding motorcycle clubs, but it has twists & turns that will surprise you!
Artemis & Pollyanna have both wanted each other for awhile but finally make it known after Artemis returns from his recruiting tour. Big no-no !! You can't touch a club brother's sister!
The ending will definitely leave you on the edge!

I loved reading this book, I feel like we have been waiting ages for another instalment to the Mystic Venom MC series, and Artemis was the perfect addition to the series, in my opinion.

I love a good brothers best friend book, and Artemis was all that and more. One of my favourite things is that Polly our FMC who had been crushing on Artemis for quite some time but when Artemis returned back from a long stint of work he was doing for the MC, Polly made the first move on him. I think if that had not happened, the book would have been completely different.

I love the drama the brothers best friend trope brings, and Polly's brother certainly was not happy to find his best friend in bed with his sister, to say the least. He gets over it... ish. I found myself to be quite tense for some of the book, not knowing what would happen, certainly surrounding a rival MC that was causing trouble, and Sadie left us on a cliffhanger in regards to that.

As per usual for this series. The books are fairly short and fast-paced, which I enjoy with them. So much gets packed into the book. It's amazing to read. Sadie has such a way with words, I could just read her books forever and never get bored, especially with these story lines! Overall, I loved Artemis and Polly's book so much, and I am so glad I read it!

If you’re looking for a fast paced, sweet(ish) read, this is for you. I enjoyed it, and liked that it was straight to the point. Like Artemis and Polly’s relationship.

They’ve been pining after each other, but one person stood in the way. Polly’s brother; and Artemis’ best friend. But, as I said, it took off quick. All it takes is one person to make a move, and it took off. I liked how neither backed down when faced with the wrath of her brother. Neither was going to go against what they wanted, and that was each other.

Then you add in a little suspense that changes everything Polly thought she knew about her life and it adds to the plot of the story.

This is an interconnected standalone (book 4) and while you don’t have to read the first three, it just helps you better understand the past problems and some of what is going on now. I loved the relationship between Polly and Artemis. It was quick, but given they’ve known each other for quite some time - and the fact of if you know you know, it isn’t so fast after all.

This is a good read. The characters work well together.
Artemis and Pollyanna have had feelings for each other for years, but due to club rules he isn’t allowed to be with her. They both want it and they both decide to take the chance and be together. This makes her brother mad. But they are still together and refuse to let anyone come between them.
When an old enemy comes back and starts up again, then all bets are off, especially when they take Polly and hold her hostage. When they do this they also let old secrets out that no-one really wanted out , until they decided to tell. This puts a new meaning to the saying belongs to the club, because her roots go deeper then just being her brothers sister or Artemis’ old lady.
This little revelation brings on a full scale war and they are not taking any prisoners .
Artemis and Polly are trying to move thur this development and still be true to them selves.

This was a good book. Check trigger and content warnings. I would not say this was a dark book, but it is a MC trope. Just a heads up, this does end on a bit of a cliffhanger. As this was my first read in this world, I was not sure how well it would work. I did not find myself with lots of questions about things that happened in past books, as this book focused on the FMC and MMC story with a little overlap from the past.

There is found family and brothers best friend along with a touch of friends to lovers. Our MMC is a moral dark gray guy who would do anything for the FMC. The FMC has a shock that changes so much in her life.

There is spice and it’s good. There just isn’t a ton. Now, the banter and casual interactions are good.

Overall rating 4.5 stars, 4 smiles, 2 peppers and 3 black hearts.

Mystic Venom is one of my favorite series to read! Sadie truly has a way of not only captivating my attention, but also, she writes such amazing characters that I fall in love with.
Artemis has always secretly had a crush on his best friend's little sister and Pollyana has always felt the same way, so they secretly crush on one another.
Polly is very independent but also has a great relationship with her brother Eaden and knows she shouldn't go after her brother's best friend, but she can't resist him anymore.
Artemis and Polly allow their feelings to come to light for one another and their chemistry is off the charts!
Artemis is very protective of Polly, and I enjoy how much he wants to save her from everything that is happening around them.
This book was very addictive from the very start! This book is one that you definitely don't want to miss.

Artemis & Pollyana have always harbored feelings for one another. Being a part of the Mystic Venom MC's is everything, a huge family, friends & having each other's back. Problem is, Pollyanna is Artemis's best friends' sister, and a number one rule is a sister is off limits no matter who it is.

These two finally admit their feelings to one another & plan on how to deal with it, until her brother catches them. Talk about all h. e. double hockey sticks breaking loose. Along with their drama, comes high tension with a rival MC that must be dealt with, some twists & turns happening that keep the club on their toes. We also get left on an ending that leaves it open for more to come.

In the end, Artemis gets his woman & all is right in their world. Great couple!

Not my first book by Sadie Rose but is my first read in this series. Artemis is book 4 in the Mystic Venom series but you don’t have to read them in order or even have read the previous books but of course I will after reading this one!

I took my time getting to this story because I realized it was in a series but dang, I couldn’t read fast enough. Knowing how Artemis and Polly feel for one another kept me glued to my chair from the beginning until the end of the book.

Ok so this is my first book by Sadie rose and I’m so glad that I signed up to read this. Artemis was so well written that I think he has slid into my top five book boyfriends. So Artemis doesn’t mind breaking club rules and that’s exactly what he does. Everyone knows that you don’t touch another biker’s sister. But, lo and behold after being out on the road for months. Our very handsome Artemus is finally back home and his attraction for his best friend’s sister has only grown even more. Ahh, I really enjoyed this newest book in this series. Who doesn't love a steamy, brother's best friend romance read. If you are looking for your next quick, spicy read, you will want to pick up a copy of this book.

I love that despite the strong attraction that Artemis was respectful towards Polly. In fact, she is the one that had to be a little aggressive to get Artemis to give in. That first time scene of these two together was HOT!

Polly is great. The way she walked into the clubhouse to call out her brother and everyone. She is a woman on a mission. Love strong FMCs. Although, nothing prepared me for the bombshell that was dropped in this book.

This was a quick and entertaining read. An MC, brother's best friend story filled with angst and a whole lot of drama.

Artemis and Poly have been attracted to each other for years but never acted on it because Artemis and Eaden are MC brothers, and Polly is his (Eaden's) sister. Big no-no! But, surprise, they can not resist each other any longer. Brother/sister drama, brother/brother drama, secrects that come to light, and rival MC drama. Some hºt moments in the middle and ends on a bit of a cliffhanger, so I really hope there's a next book in the series because I really need to know how this MC war plays out!!!

Artemis is my first read by this author and I'm loving her writing style! Artemis and Polly is absolutely smokin hot and their journey is just as steamy and intense as their chemistry. This is a forbidden love story and they've kept their feelings for each other hidden for way too long. There's lots of twists, turns and surprises that keeps you glued to the pages and doesn't let up until the end. Definitely worth the read and I'll be checking out the rest of this authors work!

Artemis is a MC romance with some hidden secrets and unexpected rivalries. This is Artemis and Polly’s story and I love how they finally went after what they wanted. I love their chemistry and how they are with each other. I also like seeing the other members of Mystic Venom MC Club. I really enjoyed their story and that twist at the end!! I can’t wait to read more.

I enjoyed this book a lot. It grabbed me from the first page. The only thing was this was a standalone in the Mystical Venom MC world and I felt like it wasn't a standalone. I haven't read the other 3 books so I was a little lost at times. But I still enjoyed the book very much. Didn't enjoy that cliffhanger though. 🤣

I throughly enjoyed this book, it was great to fall back into Mystic Venom MC world.
Artemis and Polly are such a perfect couple. From admiring from a far too quickly being together, with lots of chaos in between.
Loved the fast pace the story moves at, we see many fav characters from the previous book.
Cliffhanger ending leaves you demanding more, can’t wait to see what happens next.

Artemis is the best. I love a good friends to lovers brothers best friend. She doesn’t take no for an answer and takes what she wants even though she knows her brother will be upset. Then he goes against club code and takes her anyways. This was a very good hot steamy book. There love is perfect and I didn’t want it to end.

Some rules were made to be broken and Artemis breaks them in a BIG way. A long time crush, a huge secret, unexpected twists and off the chart chemistry made this a quick and enjoyable read that leaves you hanging on for more. I liked the fact that Polly is a strong woman who handled herself well in the MC world. I have questions that need answers...
